12:04 p.m. – Deputy located three loose black cows on open range, Bickmore Creek Road.
2:03 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor stole water while they were out of town, 1300 block Sunset Lane. Suspect warned about theft of services.
3:02 p.m. – Sheena Ramirez, 39, cited on a warrant.
3:22 p.m. – Caller reported shed at vacant house was broken into, 1200 block 49th Avenue.
11:21 p.m. – Caller reported someone banging on her door, 1200 block 41st Ave. Officer determined it was a misunderstanding with Door Dash service.

11:02 a.m. – Trevor A. Knapp, 40, arrested and charged with strangulation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
4:16 p.m. – Grants Pass Police cited Michael James Runyan on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII.
4:47 p.m. – Caller reported house broken into and cat is missing, 100 block 18th Avenue. Report taken.
4:59 p.m. – Earl Sullivan, 71, arrested for domestic strangulation. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
5:36 p.m. – Caller reported shed at vacant house broken into again, 1200 block 49th Avenue. Report taken.
9:57 p.m. – Alysha Enhaynes, 22, arrested on three warrants, and cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended.

12:48 a.m. – OSP cited April Denise Ferebee, 67, on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft.
8:12 a.m. – Linda Sue Blanchard cited on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance – hydrocodone, and tampering with physical evidence.
9:23 a.m. – Andrea Hope Harper cited for driving while suspended, 1600 block Long Street.
1:44 p.m. – Brandon Michael Gregory cited for speeding 36/20, 900 block 22nd Avenue.
5:22 p.m. – Caller reported a downed cable laying across the roadway at 12th and Tamarack. Responding officer found it was a speed monitoring cable.
5:30 p.m. – Caller reported theft of beer at Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $25.
5:42 p.m. – Caller found light bulbs they thought were bombs, 2800 block Fern Ridge Road. Responding officer found they were standard bulbs and nothing was suspicious about them.
8:27 p.m. – Coltin Pritchard, 25, cited for speeding 80/55, 28400 block Hwy. 20.
8:46 p.m. – Unidentified 17-year-old cited for expired vehicle registration and speeding 79/55, 30300 block Santiam Hwy.
9:31 p.m. – James Tagen cited for driving while suspended, 400 block Main Street.

7:47 a.m. – Colette McCool cited for speeding 30/20, 900 block 22nd Avenue.
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported male with a machete near FAC. Brent Anthony Prather, 36, cited on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second degree criminal trespassing.
10:35 a.m. – Deputy responded to report of theft of gas can, 27100 block High Deck Road. Report taken.
2:20 p.m. – Deputies investigated illegal camp, 49400 block Canyon Creek Road. Camper was warned to vacate or face criminal charges.
4:05 p.m. – LCSO cited Austyn Mitchell Clark, 30, on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving while suspended.
9:48 p.m. – LCSO assist OSP with investigation of shots heard in the 28500 block Highway 20.
10:08 p.m. – OSP assist LCSO at an unidentified location in Linn County, which was the scene of a person shooting a firearm alongside the roadway.

7:39 a.m. – Joseph Leonard cited for speeding 36/20, 900 block 22nd Avenue.
12:33 p.m. – Caller reported repeat offender stole items from Thriftway. Report taken for third degree theft. Loss valued at $14.98. Frances Lea Branton, 68, arrested for third degree theft; booked, cited and released.
2:02 p.m. – Caller reported theft from Thriftway on Nov. 15. Report taken for third degree theft. Loss valued at $53.88.
3:11 p.m. – Terry Ohmer cited for speeding 35/20, 22nd/Long.
3:24 p.m. – Unidentified driver cited for misuse of provisional license, and warned for no license plate and failure to use safety belts, 1400 block Nandina.

2:34 a.m. – Caller reported male yelling for help, 5300 block Main St. Joseph Frost Jr. cited on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation DUII.
12:53 p.m. – Nathan Merle Maze, 34, arrested for domestic violence menacing, strangulation, and fourth degree assault.
1:24 p.m. – Nathan Maze arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card. Booked, cited, and released.
2:46 p.m. – Caller reported individuals didn’t pay for pizza that their children ordered during a prank call. Report taken.
3:32 p.m. – LCSO responded to call of an overdose, 1100 block 18th Avenue. Female was transported to the hospital.
5:06 p.m. – Officer contacted female who had a small fire going near Quarry Park, 3100 block Zelkova Street. She was advised to pay the camp fee or leave.
8:06 p.m. – Levi William Weikel, 34, cited for speeding 80/55, 28300 block Hwy. 20.
8:17 p.m. – Caller reported male who used counterfeit bill is at location, 1200 block Long Street. Justin Allen Hugley cited on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court; booked, cited and released.
8:21 p.m. – Brittany Reannen Carrera, 29, cited for speeding 88/55, 28700 block Hwy. 20.
8:37 p.m. – Terrah Amy Brady, 35, cited for speeding 72/55 and failure to carry proof of insurance, 28400 block Hwy. 20.
9:59 p.m. – Jairo Isidro Castillo, 35, cited for illegal window tinting, 2% TLT on all five windows, 5700 block Hwy. 20.

9:01 p.m. – Michael Hoffman, 52, arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer (in a vehicle and on foot), reckless driving, and third degree escape, 24800 block Gap Road.
