10:16 a.m – Sheri Yvonne Bowers, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on five counts of second degree criminal trespass, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second degree trespass, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for contempt and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and theft by receiving. Raymond Lyle Tressel, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

5:48 a.m – Nickolas Ryan Shoulders, was arrested by Lebanon PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft.
5:49 a.m – Johnny Lee Stone, was arrested by Albany PD on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass and failure to comply on a charge for initiating a false report.
8:01 a.m – Unidentified driver was cited for driving while suspended, speeding and driving uninsured. 37/20.
9:34 a.m – Oscar Phillips, was arrested on a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
10:00 a.m – Shawn Gali, 46, of Albany, was cited for a parole violation warrant for third degree theft.
11:10 a.m – Hailey Elizabeth Farrar, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to perform duties of a driver resulting in property damage. Farrar was also cited for driving while suspended and using a mobile device while operating a motor vehicle.

4:23 p.m – Juvenile was arrested for first degree disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a weapon. Lodged in Linn Benton Juvenile Detention Center.

11:47 a.m – Caller reports vandalized trailer at location. Officer responded, report taken for second degree criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Valued loss $64.
1:54 p.m – Felicia Becerra-Fletcher, 28, was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.
3:20 p.m – Jay Boyd Marsh, 59, was arrested by Lebanon PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree theft.

3:18 p.m – Loretta May Delaney, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of resisting arrest and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for a probation violation relating to fourth degree assault.
