Help me please!
After all the ongoing discussion of recreational “pot” in Sweet Home, the city fathers are considering banning alcohol use in the city parks.
What logic is being utilized in banning the use of alcohol in city parks while they approve a “beer garden” on public park and school property during the Jamboree?
I wonder if the “officials” considered the potential liability of individual misconduct and perhaps a person “under the influence” getting behind the wheel of a vehicle driving on city streets or county roads after partaking of alcoholic beverages at a city-approved event?
