Linn County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Lebanon man after executing search warrants at three locations in Lebanon and Sweet Home Tuesday, June 1, Sheriff Tim Mueller said.
The searches were at 38347 Sodaville Waterloo Road, Lebanon; 724 Walnut St., Lebanon; and 1025 North River Road, Sweet Home.
Detectives seized 107 marijuana plants, packaging material, scales and firearms along with just over $3,000 in cash, Mueller said.
He said Stephen Kenneth Pechar, 58, a resident at the Walnut Street address, was arrested and lodged at the Linn County Jail.
He was charged with unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of marijuana.
No one was located at the 1025 North River Road address when the search warrant was executed. Detectives located two separate grow rooms and a drying room inside the residence. Mueller said it appeard that the property was used as a grow site and “no one lived on site for any length of time.”
The investigation continues and additional charges are pending, Mueller said.
