6:36 a.m. – Five callers report hearing gun shots in the area, 2400 block of Harding. Officer responded and located male who was firing off his gun to signal for help because he was having a stroke. Transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by ambulance.
11:11 a.m. – Eudean Bradley Tate, 23, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to carry proof of insurance, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:33 a.m. – Cynthia Lynn Crowder, 53, cited for speeding, 53-35, 2300 block of Main.
5:55 p.m. – Caller reported her tent was stolen from outside of her room at the Sun Motel, 3026 Main St. Officer took report for third-degree theft. Tent valued at $80.
5:58 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bicycle from her residence, 1700 block of Tamarack. Officer took report for second-degree theft. Bicycle valued at $250.
7:15 p.m. – Bryan Matthew Young, 23, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, 1600 block of 18th. Cited and released.

10:27 p.m. – Sandra Lyn Wagner, 27, arrested for possession of meth and on Linn County warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, possession of meth and failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 3224 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:16 p.m. – Caller reported hearing two gunshots in the area, 1400 block of 47th. Officer unable to locate anything suspicious.

10:45 a.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was entered and registration and insurance information taken, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Officer took report.
2:30 p.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 21, taken into custody for contempt of court, 1028 13th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:23 p.m. – Shawn Patrick Jefferson, 16, referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession, 630 Second Ave.
7:56 p.m. – David Wayne Samson, 50, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree failure to appear, Long and 13th. Cited and released.
11:01 p.m. – Destiny Cheyenne Lovely, 14, referred to Juvenile Department for curfew violation, 12th and Main.

5:07 a.m. – Caller reported that someone just stole his vehicle. Officer took report for theft of 1986 Toyota MR-2.
6:36 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke into his vehicle overnight, 1200 block of Fourth. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.
2:21 p.m. – Ryan Joseph Hutchinson, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear, Shea Point. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:54 p.m. – Matthew Ellis Claxton, 23, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for failure to comply on original charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon (owes 10 days in jail) and additional charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, 2200 block of Long. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:01 p.m. – Terry Robert Langstaff, 55, arrested for providing false information to a police officer and failure to carry and present and cited for no license and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, McDonald’s parking lot. Cited and released.

9:40 a.m. – Anthony Edward Swartz, 15, referred to Juvenile Department for runaway, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Released back to school.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reported theft of fishing equipment from back of vehicle, 4400 block of Long. Officer took report for second-degree theft. Items valued at $200.
10:28 p.m. – Travis Earl Pressey, 33, arrested for interfering with a police officer, a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault and Oregon warrant for parole violation, 2405 Main St. Circle K. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:19 p.m. – Kenneth George Adair, 43, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 18th and railroad tracks.

8:11 p.m. – Caller reported theft of kayak from vehicle while parked at Calkins boat ramp.
9:37 a.m. – Michael Turbull, 50, arrested for third-degree assault (domestic violence), strangulation, menacing, kidnapping, coercion and unlawful use of a weapon, 47600 block of Cascadia Drive. Caller had reported that man beat her up, hit her in the head and face and chased her down the road with a gun.

8:38 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle was broken into, 45900 block of Highway 20. Registered owner is a corrections officer, who said his duty belt had been taken. It had pepper spray and handcuffs on it but no firearm.
