Lobdell transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center.
12:49 p.m. – Cheryl Kelly Hansen, 46, arrested for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
1:34 p.m. – Jodi Lonia Honeyman, 36, arrested for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
Oct. 15
1:38 a.m. – Caller reported male passed out behind Key Bank and would like him checked out. Officer responded and located extremely intoxicated male. Officer provided courtesy ride home.
8:11 a.m. – Caller reported people from apartments in the area, 1500 block of 12th, shooting a .22 rifle. Officer responded and checked the area but unable to locate anyone shooting within the city limits. Officer did hear two small-caliber gunshots that appeared to come from across the river.
12:28 p.m. – Chelsea Jean Lovik, 21, cited for no license, 1300 block of Long.
1:29 p.m. – James Cadden Furst, 27, cited for endangering a child passenger, 1200 block of 12th.
2:12 p.m. – Chelsea Jean Lovik, 21, cited for no license, 1600 block of 18th. Vehicle impounded.
3:15 p.m. – Caller reported that someone keyed her vehicle while parked at her house, 2400 block of Jefferson. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.
4:42 p.m. – Oregon State Police reported receiving a call that a group of juveniles were throwing pipe bombs into traffic near milepost 31, Highway 20. Officer responded and contacted two juveniles who admitted to throwing fireworks around the area and one into the roadway. They picked up leftover pieces and were counseled for their actions.
10:11 p.m. – Caleb Robert Winslow, 21, cited for driving while suspended, North River road off Pleasant Valley Road toward White’s Electronics.
Oct. 14
2:47 p.m. – Caller reported shoplifter caught on camera, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded and took report for second-degree theft.
4:14 p.m. – Paige Brianna Garrett, 14, referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
4:41 p.m. – Paige Brianna Garrett, 14, taken into custody for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, 1770 Grape St. Released to parent.
4:56 p.m. – Robert Mitchell Perkins, 52, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor driving while suspended. Cited and released.
5:47 p.m. – Tyler Alan Morehead, 17, referred to Juvenile Department for runaway and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, Sankey Park. Released to mother.
6:09 p.m. – Austin Ryan Richards, 18, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, Sankey Park.
Oct. 13
12:05 a.m. – Mark Daniel Newens, 23, arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. While in custody, prisoner allegedly urinated on the booking room floor.
8:38 a.m. – Dustyn Lee Barcus, 34, cited for dog damaging property and two counts of dog trespassing, old Sweet Home Lanes property.
10:27 a.m. – Ashley Mae Waters, 22, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original two counts of possession of meth and Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of failure to appear, 1207 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:40 pm. – Caller reported bike stolen from friend’s house, 2000 block of Main. Officer took report. Bike valued at $20.
3:41 p.m. – Timothy Ray Rey-nolds, 57, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of disorderly conduct, 1220 23rd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
6:43 p.m. – Angela Nicole Huss, 35, arrested for driving under the influence, 890 18th Ave., Boys and Girls Club of Sweet Home. Cited and released.
Oct. 12
11:03 p.m. – Mark Daniel Newens, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of carrying a concealed weapon, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:59 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor’s pit bull killed one of her chickens, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer took report for dog trespassing, dog destroying property and first-degree animal abuse.

12:05 p.m. – Robert Dean Whitton, 57, arrested on Marion County warrant for contempt of court and also charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, 1575 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:43 p.m. – Daniel Lee Kellum, 35, cited for unlawful bicycling and failure to register bicycle under city ordinance, 1200 block of Long.
4:56 p.m. – James Andrew Linder, 23, arrested on Lebanon warrant for second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released.
6:07 p.m. – Brandon Duque Davis, 19, arrested on Douglas County warrant for parole violation and Roseburg warrant for failure to carry and present a license and also charged with attempting to elude a police officer, 3224 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:07 p.m. – Austin Ryan Richards, 18, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of theft by deception, Linn County parking lot. Cited and released.
5:50 p.m. – Corrisa Marie Ayres, 35, cited for no license, driving uninsured, failure to carry proof of insurance, failure to register vehicle and failure to wear seatbelt, 12th and Poplar.
8:47 p.m. – Duane Joseph Kent, 42, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1700 block of Long. Cited and released.
11:48 p.m. – Leland Michael Wright, 26, cited and released in field for fourth-degree assault, Shea Point.
Oct. 9
3:17 p.m. – Officer contacted male living in a camp trailer and advised he had 10 days to move the trailer as it is a violation of city ordinance, 3900 block of Osage.
4:04 p.m. – Caller reported people drinking and making out on the steps of the library, 1101 13th Ave. Officer responded and contacted two adults who may have been drinking and two teenagers who were making out. Both couples moved on.
5:46 p.m. – Cassie Lashell Meacham, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for first-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
9:57 p.m. – Robert James Flader, 54, arrested for third-degree theft in connection to theft reported at Sun Motel on Oct. 8. Cited and released.
10:02 p.m. – Kenneth Miles Saunders, 34, arrested on Crook County warrant for probation violation on original charge of telephonic harassment, 3224 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
