11:48 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle break-in at McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block McDowell Creek Road. Jeep Grand Cherokee had rear window broken. Two backpacks stolen, valued at approximately $100. Report taken.
2:33 p.m. – Caller reported the tags were taken off of her vehicle, 4901 Airport Rd. Report taken for second-degree theft, $100.

12:19 a.m. – Caller reported female screaming and possibly physically fighting, 2200 block Main St. Another Caller reported friend’s boyfriend became intoxicated and started hitting and choking them. Joshua Wayne Carl Dean cited and released for strangulation, fourth-degree assault, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
7:56 a.m. – Caller reported his truck, trailer and lawn mower were stolen from 887 22nd Ave. Report taken for unauthorized use of vehicle and first-degree theft, approximate value $3,000.

9:45 a.m. – Caller reported radar sign laying on the sidewalk, 900 block Main St. Approximate damage value $7,000.
2:13 p.m. – Darrell Mullenix, 49, cited and released for offensive littering, Managed Outreach and Community Resource Facility.
2:34 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious air gas tanks, other debris near lake shore, 43500 block North River Drive. Deputy located what appeared to be remnants of makeshift raft discarded near shore. Good Samaritan in area volunteered to take the debris home and dispose of it.

4:15 p.m. – Vehicle cited for illegal parking at Sunnyside Boat Ramp, 44900 block Quartzville Road.
4:28 p.m. – Caller reported he has been storing a boat for the last seven years for a friend, the boat was stolen within the last 24 hours, 780 9th Ave. Approximate loss of value $1,800.
7:11 p.m. – James Edward Brown, 57, arrested for second-degree assault, 40355 Holley Heights Loop.
7:39 p.m. – Deputies responded to motor vehicle crash in area of Marks Ridge/North River drives. Eric McAllister, 32, of Albany, arrested for DUII. Cited and released from local hospital. Report taken.

3:37 p.m. – Multiple victims of theft reported at golf course RV park. Golf clubs and Milwaukee blower, loss valued at $1,800. Golf clubs and range finder, loss valued at $1,500. Golf clubs and Eco brand leaf blower, loss valued at $1,000.
8:35 p.m. – Deputy cited campers at Milepost 25.5 on Quartzville Road who had been warned for illegal fire on July 2. According to Sheriff’s Office, they had another fire, so they were cited.
8:40 p.m. – Cory West, 28, of Albany, cited on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 18th Avenue/Main Street. Report taken.
