April 17

1:27 p.m. – Taylor Ray Plummer, 29, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Oregon State Police.

1:32 p.m. – Deputies responded to a sunken road in the 46600 block of Quartzville Road. It was determined that the county Road Department is aware of the issue.

2:33 p.m. – Zane Anders Tweed, 19, arrested for second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and first-degree online sexual corruption of a minor, 1530 Tamarack.

4:22 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to motorist’s truck stuck on U.S. Forest Service property off 805 Road, 51300 block of Quartzville Road. Determined motorist would get help or call tow truck.

5:09 p.m. – Caller reported trash dumped on Cascade Timber Consulting property, 27600 block of Hwy. 20. Dumping has been ongoing problem at site, according to Sheriff’s Office. This was new batch of garbage.

6:42 p.m. – Deputy stopped Craig Snyder, 44, and Stefani Brock, 31, both of Crawfordsville, in area of Washburn St./Worley Ave. in Brownsville for a equipment violation. During the stop, deputy determined that both had outstanding warrants. A vehicle search yielded guns and methamphetamine, according to Sheriff’s Office. Snyder cited on three counts of felon in possession of firearm; three counts of carry concealed weapon; one count of first-degree theft, driving while suspended and multiple traffic violations. Both were lodged in Linn County Jail. Report taken.

April 18

10:57 a.m. – Caller reported an illegal camp on Cascade Timber Consulting property in the 45200 block of Wiley Creek Drive. By time deputy had arrived, Timber Security had already dealt with subjects and they left the area.

4:10 p.m. – Caller reported crash in area of Hwy. 20/Whiskey Butte Dr. Firefighters arrived prior to deputies, advised it wasn’t a crash. Female driver had trouble getting car out of ditch.

April 19

9:15 a.m. – Caller reported illegal camping in area of High Deck Rd./Cascadia Dr. Caller said individual had been living there for one or two years and has refused to leave when caller has tried to get him to of his own accord. Deputy recommended caller proceed with eviction process.

10:05 a.m. – Crash reported in the 45200 block of Hwy. 20. Oregon State Police responded. Further details not available.

1:53 p.m. – Heather Lynn Thompson, 42, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree disorderly conduct. Arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a criminal citation X2, and a first-degree charge.

2:34 p.m. – Caller reported vacant shop entered in 28800 block Brushwood Rd. No one there by time deputies arrived.

4:47 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving with a suspended license, Lebanon.

7:16 p.m. – Caller reported male hitting his car with hammer for unknown reasons at Gilliland Cemetery, 1300 block 50th Ave. Sheriff’s Office reported that incident may have been mental health episode. Male was not hurting anything/anyone except his own vehicle. He told deputy he would be leaving cemetery soon. No crimes.

9:08 p.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 58, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 2200 block of Long St.

April 20

2:13 a.m. – Michael James Coomer, 47, was cited and released on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to report as a sex offender, and on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief, 46th Ave./Mahogany Lane..

8:26 a.m. – Michael Austin Hurley, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

1:29 p.m. – Caller reported adult male missing. 27900 block Fern Ridge Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Matthew Crocker, 49, of Sweet Home, traveled to Mexico with his wife and disappeared there. Sheriff’s Office reported that Crocker had been heard from and was in contact with family, but his wife was still in Mexico Monday “with no way to get home.” Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

April 21

1:24 a.m. – Sun Sierra Lynn Ackley, 26, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended, 4200 block Hwy. 20.

2:43 a.m. – Kenneth Parick Wilson, 61, of Springfield, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended, 40800 block Hwy. 228.

3:45 a.m. – Theodore Eugene Shinall, 44, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended. 1000 block N. River Dr.

8:02 a.m. – Vehicle stolen out of Lebanon recovered in area of Wiley Creek Dr./Riggs Hill Rd. Single vehicle, a 2002 Oldsmobile ALO, was found in ditch. Report taken.

9:34 a.m. Callers reported a woman yelling at herself and walking around with her dress up exposing her buttocks, 3500 block of Long Street. Willa Raie Harris, 51, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct. Arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree disorderly conduct and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of citation.

2:37 p.m. – Deputy patrolling West Brush Creek and Timber Road noted evidence of ATV violation in area of 24200 block West Brush Creek. Investigation continuing.

4:27 p.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 33, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault, 15th Ave./Nandina St.

10:35 p.m. – James Tidwell, 63, of Lebanon, and Heather Kelly, 42, of Lebanon, both arrested on outstanding warrants. Tidwell cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 3600 block Main St.

10:42 p.m. – Heather Mae Kelly, 42, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree theft X2, and failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

April 22

11:37 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog running loose in the 4600 block of Main St. Sonya Leann McKendree was cited for dog at large.

3:43 p.m. – Deputy contacted individuals trying to illegally camp on Cascade Timber Consulting property off Old Hufford Road. Advised them to move on. 45100 block Old Hufford Rd.

April 23

2:44 a.m. – Zachary Guy Richmond, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Corvallis Police Department.

12:32 p.m. – Deputy contacted group illegally camped in an RV at corner of Highway 20/Quartzville Rd. They were sent on their way after advising Sheriff’s Office that they would be finding somewhere to camp, in Albany.

6:56 p.m. – Leanne Krause, 43, was cited for driving uninsured, Towne Pump, 890 Main St.

April 24

1:35 a.m. – Deputy provided courtesy ride to man locked behind gate in 1300 block 50th Ave. Sheriff’s Office did not have details on how he got there, but said he had reportedly been locked in for 24 hours.

11:51 p.m. – Jerrad Henke, 40, of Idaho, arrested for first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and felon in possession of firearm after deputies responded to security alarm at residence in 27900 block Hwy. 20. Assistance provided from Sweet Home Police. Report taken.

12:47 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 890 Main St.

1:31 p.m. – Caller reported a person in a red Dodge pickup intentionally running people down in a parking lot, 4800 block of Main St. Another caller reported a juvenile with autism driving his dad’s pickup around in circles in a parking lot and hitting someone. His father was attempting to get him to stop. Jesse James Johnson, 18, in custody for second-degree assault.

3:33 p.m. – A motorhome was damaged in the 4300 block of Main St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Approximate value: $200. A report was also taken for first-degree criminal mischief. Approximate value: more than $1,000.

10:45 p.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to perform duties of a driver, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
