2:54 p.m. – Caller reports her vehicle was stolen some time this morning, 1285 46th Ave. Report taken for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

7:46 p.m. – Caller reports male who is trespassed from Dollar Tree, 2414 Main St., was trying to come into the store and caller was attempting to stop him from coming in and he rammed his walker into her multiple times. Darrell Gene Mullenix, 49, arrested for second degree criminal trespass and harassment.

8:16 p.m. – Heather Linn Thompson, 43, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of vehicle and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second degree criminal mischief, second degree disorderly conduct, second degree criminal trespass, and offensive littering, 1950 Main St.

12:20 a.m. – Chelsie Leann Baxter, 34, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third degree theft and offensive littering, 47th Avenue and Green River Road.

2:32 a.m. – Lawrence Lee Jones, 25, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:24 a.m. – Maria Guadalupe Estrada, 47, cited for speeding 57/35, W. Hwy 20.

7:34 a.m. – Joseph Robert Ebbs, 33, cited for speeding 54/35, W. Hwy 20.

9:04 a.m. – David Lee Oviatt, 43, arrested for second degree disorderly conduct, third degree escape, and second degree criminal mischief, 1100 block Main St. Arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.

7:29 p.m. – Caller reports female left without paying for groceries. Felisia Krystal Kay Pecue, 32, cited and released for possession of meth, on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Circuit Court warrants for driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of heroin and animal neglect, a Lebanon Municipal warrant for second degree theft, and an Albany Municipal warrant for third degree theft, Safeway, 1540 Main St.

4:43 a.m. – Jaime Castro-Hernandez, 27, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.

10:02 a.m. – Darrell Mullenix, 49, cited and released for third degree theft, 1900 block Main St., westbound.

10:22 a.m. – Darrell Mullenix, 49, cited and released for first degree criminal trespass, Main Street Market, 1810 Main St.

1:23 p.m. – Caller from Safeway reports male is inside store, 1540 Main St. Another caller from Safeway reports male is yelling at everyone that he is going to kill them. Darrell Mullenix, 49, arrested for first degree criminal trespass, third degree theft, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, third degree robbery, attempting to assault a police officer, and harassment.

6:09 p.m. – Caller reports her generator was stolen, 1881 Ames Creek Rd. Approximate value of loss $400.

10:49 a.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 59, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.

11:12 a.m. – Thomas Pimentel, 25, arrested for identity theft X2, first degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, computer crime, first degree theft, and second degree forgery X2, 1232 4th Ave.

11:19 a.m. – Bryanah Paige Tranilla, 30, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Albany Police Department.

12:19 p.m. – Gary Campbell, 49, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving, on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of harassment, menacing, and a criminal citation X2, and on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court driving without license, FAC facility. Also cited for no driving privileges and open container.

3:51 p.m. – Caller reports theft occurred 15 minutes ago, has video of it, Dollar Tree, 2414 Main St. Approximate value of loss $20.

4:18 p.m. – Caller reports it appears someone attempted to enter her apartment, door is damaged, 1242 Main St. Report taken for second degree criminal mischief.

9:43 p.m. – Shawn Michael Oviatt, 37, cited for no ignition interlock device and driving uninsured, 18th Avenue/Main Street.

10:10 p.m. – Charles Michael Kinney, 38, cited for driving with a suspended license, 1500 block Main St.

12:50 a.m. – Amanda Leah Binks, 30, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Benton County.

3:53 a.m. – Joey Dawayne Persinger, 30, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Linn County Jail.

8:27 a.m. – Leslie Ann Wallingford Gillis, 45, cited for driving with a suspended license and no insurance, Coffee Hut parking lot.

1:16 p.m. – Kevin Willard, 38, cited for driving with a suspended license, Main Street Market, 1810 Main St.

5:31 p.m. – Katherine Marie Berghoffer, 42, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

9:41 p.m. – Ryan Dale Magee, 46, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second degree disorderly conduct and theft of services, Deschutes County.

11:35 p.m. – Caller reports his vehicle is missing, 22nd Avenue/Mountain View Road.

1:43 a.m. – Caller reports male and female took her backpack, Oregon Jamboree. Report taken for second degree theft.

4:21 a.m. – Kealalaine Rainbolt Pence, 41, cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 3000 block Main St.

2:23 p.m. – Caller reports her purse with multiple items inside was stolen from her car at Thriftway, 621 Main St. Report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and second degree theft, approximate value of loss $875.

3:45 p.m. – Elias Mendoza, 20, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to carry or present license, Cottage Grove Police Department.

6:19 p.m. – Raymond Lyle Tressel, 27, arrested on two Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second degree criminal trespass and unauthorized entry into motor vehicle, Deschutes County.

1:48 a.m. – Caller reports friend is intoxicated and left Strawberry Park driving to Salem. Oregon State Police located female and arrested her for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

8:06 a.m. – Caller reports his significant other’s backpack was stolen along with multiple items inside of it, 1140 18th Ave. Camp A. Report taken for first degree theft.

8:10 a.m. – Caller reports multiple items stolen from Camp A, 1140 18th Ave.

8:30 a.m. – Caller reports her purse with multiple items inside was stolen sometime last night, Camp A, 1140 18th Ave. Report taken for first degree theft.

3:47 p.m. – Caller reports multiple items stolen from Camp A, 1140 18th Ave. Report taken for first degree theft, Approximate value $1,260.

7:46 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 47, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, 1285 46th Ave. Steven Lee Ballweber, 34, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of hit and run, an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second degree trespass, and a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license. Catherine Jean Hampton, 33, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraudulent use of credit card. Kyle Andrew Metzger, 33, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal warrant for second degree trespass, and arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree burglary. Kirsten Ann Stevenson, 33, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal warrant for providing false information to a police officer, and arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for delivery of heroin.

9:26 p.m. – Caller reports an intoxicated male came to her residence and punched her husband in the face and ran away, 2019 Long St. Jeremiah Levi Mendoza, 20, arrested for third degree assault and second degree criminal trespass.

11:27 p.m. – Kevin Roy Hampton, 59, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 1285 46th Ave.

Aug. 7

12:53 a.m. – Caller reports male took items without permission and made concerning statements and she believes he may be suicidal. Report taken for second degree theft, $350.

Aug. 5

9:57:52 a.m.: A rescue operation was reported at 45400 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A female patient was being carried by Sweet Home Fire from the trail when authorities arrived. There was no need for LCSO.

11:48:30 a.m.: Marine Patrol on Foster at 43700 North River Dr issued three citations for No PFD. The citations were issued to Crystal Orr, age 36 of Myrtle Point; Lucas Bjornlund, age 25 of Independence; and Bethany Morrow, age 32 of Eugene.

1:30:33 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported at 49400 Canyon Creek Rd/Hwy 20, Foster. A camper parked on the Canyon 51 line was investigated, and it was determined that the camper belonged to a contractor for another timber company who accidentally put his camper in the wrong place.

2:21:38 p.m.: A parking complaint was reported at 44500 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A vehicle was located illegally parked at the Calkins Boat Ramp in a spot designated for Law Enforcement/Emergency Vehicles Only. A citation was issued to the registered owner and posted on the vehicle.

2:34:14 p.m.: Hugh Harris, 71 of Sweet Home, was taken into custody at 26500 Old Holley Rd, Sweet Home for multiple outstanding felony warrants. Harris was also issued traffic citations for careless driving, driving uninsured, failure to register his vehicle, failure to maintain lane, driving without a driver’s license, and failure to report a crash.

4:13:04 p.m.: A marine incident occurred at 2400 Foster Dam Rd, Sweet Home. A disabled boat was towed to the ramp.

4:52:37 p.m.: Illegal camping was reported at 47700 Quartzville Rd, Foster. A male was contacted illegally camped near mile post 19 on Quartzville and was advised to pack up and move on.

5:32:58 p.m.: A Marine Deputy conducted a shore patrol at 44900 Quartzville Rd, Foster. Three passing boat inspections were conducted, and one failed boat inspection with a warning. Clayton Doyal, age 47 of Corvallis, was issued a citation for Certificate of Number Required for a Boat.

2:45:00 a.m.: A juvenile complaint was reported at 28000 Hwy 20, Sweet Home. A deputy responded to a suspicious person/trespass in progress and located a runaway 10-year-old who wanted to go back home. The juvenile was transported home.
