November 22

1:22 a.m. – Patrick John Ward, 41, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

8:31 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash with injuries and lane blockage, 15th Ave./Main St. Operators were Sarah Ann Smith, 42, and Stevana Marie Russell, 64. Smith was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

9:29 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash, non-injury, non-blocking, 2300 block of Main St. Operators were Bobby James Mize, 39, and Frances Ann Bronson, 67. Mize was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured and a dangerous left turn.

10:11 a.m. – Skylar James Samson, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree forgery, Linn County Jail.

10:52 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 54, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of meth possession and first-degree trespass, 1950 Main St.

9:53 p.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 54, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

10:24 p.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 31, was cited and released on a Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on two original charges. Brandon Dale Miner, 35, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 6000 block of Main St.

November 23

2:42 a.m. – Caller reported someone flying around outside their residence, possibly with jet packs. 28400 block Liberty Road. Deputy checked area, did not locate anyone in the air or on the ground in the area. (Note: The Sheriff’s Office responds to frequent “mental health” calls at this location.)

1:39 p.m. – Caller reported unauthorized transactions on bank account, 39600 block Crawfordsville Dr. Report taken.  

4:01 p.m. – Linda Evelene Kennedy, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of unlawfully purchasing a firearm, Albany Police Department.

4:20 p.m. – Caller reported a break-in at a building in the 42800 block of Green River Drive. Officer responded; a report was taken for second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

5:03 p.m. – Deputies responded to residence in 41200 block Upper Calapooia Drive. to conduct welfare check. Discovered that resident was deceased. Death investigation conducted. Report taken.  

November 24 

12:47 a.m. – Caller reported a person dressed as a police officer, driving a Dodge Charger that appeared to be a police car, with police lights, pulled them over and took their wallet, then departed the scene. Investigation ongoing. Hwy. 20/Fairview Road.  

2:22 a.m. – Frank Joe Whitton, 41, was cited and released for second-degree theft, 1200 block of Long St.

2:32 a.m. – Franklin Joe Whitton, 41, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for contempt of court X3, 1200 block of Long St.

11:14 a.m. – Maureen Carol Conneely was cited and released for hit-and-run, 1530 block of  Tamarack St.

12:21 p.m. – Laura Rae Fanning, 51, was cited and released for driving with a suspended license, 1100 block of Long.

1:05 p.m. – Daniel James Lutton, 49, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, 2000 block of Main St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license.

5:02 p.m. – Michael Austin Hurley, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

5:33 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 54, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 1400 block of Nandina St.

6:42 p.m. – Stacy Manuel Teixeira, 56, was cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree contempt of court, 10th Ave./Cedar St.

9:13 p.m. – Caller reported theft after taxi cab driver transported male from Portland to Sweet Home and male left without paying $263 fare. Male’s identity unknown. 41900 block Marks Ridge Dr.

10:23 p.m. – Nikolas Rice, 19, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 80/55, Highway 20/Dew Road.  

11:12 p.m. – Kaelen Taeler Stansbury, 19, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 18th Ave./Vine St.

November 25

12:18 a.m. – Amber Ann McAlpin, 38, was arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

8:44 a.m. – Sammy Hughes, 21, of Sweet Home, Marasia Wink-ler, 18, of Lebanon, and Leonard Finnell, 19, of Sweet Home, arrested for burglary and theft by receiving for possession of stolen Amazon package, 28500 Liberty Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, caller found the three in his garage and confronted them as they were in the process of allegedly stealing outdoor items (firearms, rangefinders) and were in possession of kids toys that had been delivered for Christmas and had allegedly been taken from other locations. Report taken.  

10:09 a.m. – Sammy Raymond Hughes, 21, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

11:40 a.m. – Sammy Hughes, 21, of Sweet Home, arrested on multiple warrants, lodged at Linn County Jail. Liberty Road/Hwy. 20. Report taken.  

10:41 p.m. – Cory Brando Ford, 30, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

November 26

10:58 a.m. – Luke Buehner, 37, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X2, failure to appear on a second-degree charge X4 and contempt of court, 5300 block of Poplar St.

2:05 p.m. – Deputies assisted Albany Police Department with locating an individual involved in a hit-and-run. Further details unavailable. 1200 block Gilbert Lane.  

8:00 p.m. – Ethan Hawk, 20, was cited for no valid driver’s license and careless driving, 600 block of Main St.

11:39 p.m. – Gerald Perrien, 58, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 2000 block of Main St.

November 27

3:08 a.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.

3:40 a.m. – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 45, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 2300 block of Main St.

4:10 a.m. – Andrew Huddleston, 30, was cited for speeding 53/35, 1700 block of Main St.

8:40 a.m. – Mail found on the ground in 42000 block North River Dr. was returned to original owner. Report taken.

10:04 a.m. – Caller reported mail theft, 42500 block North River Dr. Report taken.  

7:22 p.m. – Travis Phillip Bennett, 28, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for allowing a dog to run at large. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proof of insurance, 1900 block of Main St. Kennedy Duran Gonzales, 26, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft. Cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for providing false information to a police officer. Cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for heroin possession, 1900 block of Main St.

8:58 p.m. – Brandon James Kingsberry, 33, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering X3, 2400 block of Main St.

November 28

2:30 a.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 40, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original citation for third-degree theft, and a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, PV & Main.

4:49 p.m. – Gail Patricia Peery, 75, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1700 block of Fir St.

8:35 p.m. – Warren Eric Duncan, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

9:27 p.m. – Vincent Kadge Michael Lutzi was cited for driving with a suspended license, 3200 block of Main St.

10:14 a.m. – Caller reported attempt to steal items from vehicle, 45900 block Hwy. 20. Further details unavailable. Report taken.

10:23 a.m. – Matthew Mason, 45, of Redmond, cited for speeding, 55/78, Liberty Road/Santiam Hwy.  

10:23 p.m. – Whitney Dawn Denherder was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 19th Ave./Main St.

2:15 p.m. – Burglary reported at 45400 block Hwy 20. A freezer and stove were missing from a vacant house. Report taken.

9:45 p.m. – Catherine Hampton, 31, of Sweet Home, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court bench warrant, cited for traffic violations. 1200 block 44th Ave. Report taken.  

11:20 p.m. – Hollie Lavern Gregory, 65, was cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proof of insurance. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree child neglect, 18th Ave./Main St.
