Dec. 11

12:53 a.m. – Kyle Alexander Richards, 24, cited for driving while suspended and unsignaled turn, 23rd and Long.

1:47 a.m. – Coty Allan Carr, 27, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of contempt of court, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft and new charges of possession of meth and possession of heroin and cited for driving while suspended, failure to register vehicle and unlawful display of plates, 22nd and Nandina. Transported to Linn County Jail. Vehicle impounded.

Dec. 10

1:25 a.m. – Travis Trent Stach-Sells arrested for possession and distribution of meth, 40100 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:38 a.m. – Caller reported an unresponsive male lying on the sidewalk, 12th and Long. Officer located an intoxicated male subject, who was given a courtesy ride home.

6:53 a.m. – Caller reported that her son stole items from her house during the past month, 1600 block of Elm. Report taken. Loss valued at $585.

1:23 p.m. – Caller found a wallet in the roadway, 300 block of Holley Road. Item placed in found property.

6:30 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his house and stole a lock box, 900 block of 12th. Report taken. Loss valued at $20,000.

Dec. 9

2:45 p.m. – Caller reported that someone backed into his vehicle while he was in church, 2400 block of Main. Report taken.

3:35 p.m. – Officer located a vehicle with switched expiration stickers, 100 block of W. Holley Road. Tags seized.

7:41 p.m. – Caller reported that an adult male was using a pressure point on juvenile males and caused swelling, 300 block of 9th. Officer responded and contacted all involved. The male did not intend to harm anyone. A report will be forwarded to the city attorney for review.

9:17 p.m. – Stacy Manuel Teixeira, 52, arrested for possession of meth and Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation and contempt of court, Main and 46th. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:03 p.m. – Dale Jesse Grant Reeley, 29, cited for no license, Main and 4th.

Dec. 8

9:36 a.m. – Deputy found two dogs running out of the woods, West Brush Creek Road. Deputy captured them but was unable to locate the owner. Deputy lodged them at Animal Control.

7:20 a.m. – Caller reported finding used needles, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Items seized for disposal.

8:09 a.m. – Caller reported that a minivan had been parked for two days and several cats were inside it, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the owner who had been checking on the animals and planned to move the vehicle.

9:08 a.m. – Euvonne Murphy, 78, cited for careless driving, Highway 228 at the city limits. Multiple callers reported a small lowered red pickup driving approximately 5 to 10 mph, weaving back and forth, impeding traffic and driving in oncoming traffic, with a line of cars behind it. Officer contacted the operator of the vehicle. The window was too icy to drive safely.

9:48 a.m. – Caller turned in a cell phone he found in the Sweet Home area. Placed in found property.

10:58 a.m. – Caller reported that six male juveniles were in the restroom smoking marijuana and then ran off, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Officer unable to locate described juveniles. Officer did locate and counsel three juveniles skipping school.

11:35 a.m. – Louis Anthony Scott, 31, cited for driving uninsured, 621 Main St., Thriftway.

1:11 a.m. – Caller found a used needle, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Item seized for disposal.

1:39 p.m. – Marguerite Gay Steinborn, 65, cited for failure to yield to school bus lights, 2400 block of Main.

2:44 p.m. – Allen Kimvybol Mom, 26, cited for speeding, 64 mph in a 35-mph zone, and no license, 621 Main St., Thriftway.

5:46 p.m. – Caller reported a chainsaw stolen from a shed, 1600 block of Elm. Report taken. Chainsaw valued at $140.

7:50 a.m. – Caller reported that customers were concerned about an intoxicated male in dark clothing that was barely able to stand in the parking lot, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer contacted the male, who was OK. The male, his dog and another male went into the Police Department lobby for the night because it was cold out.

10:15 p.m. – Eight callers reported hearing multiple gunshots in the area, 1200 block of 49th. Officer checked the area but unable to locate anyone or a suspicious noise.

Dec. 7

12:38 a.m. – Caller reported a male talking to the sky along a trail, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Officer contacted a male who agreed to move along.

1:13 a.m. – Caller reported that he was robbed at gunpoint and his vehicle stolen, Pleasant Valley and North River. Report taken.

1:59 a.m. – Desire Laree Tenbusch, 35, and Liv Shaela Breanne Lanning,19, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Main and 49th. Lanning also arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of attempting to elude in a vehicle, attempting to elude on foot and reckless driving, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charges of eluding police and possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Both transported to Linn County Jail.

10:39 a.m. – Caller reported a lock cut, 47100 block of Whiskey Butte. Suspect was seen in the act in game camera footage. Report taken.

11:30 a.m. – Danny Ray Roebuck, 63, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

12:09 p.m. – Mark Duane Budd, 52, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for third-degree sexual abuse, 1881 Cedar St.

12:40 p.m. – Caller reported a dog at large, 7th and Birch. Officer advised and would watch for the dog.

1:02 p.m. – A 15-year-old referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

3:07 p.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 32, arrested on Benton County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 13th and Kalmia. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:35 p.m. – Mackenzie Erin Way, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Marion County. Cited and released.

4:35 p.m. – Caller reported transients frequenting a residence on Weatherly Lane.

10:18 p.m. – Joshua Wayne Welch, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Lebanon. Cited and released.

Dec. 6

6:26 a.m. – Nathan Daniel Parker, 25, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1230 4th Ave. Cited and released.

12:03 p.m. – Donald Charles Ackeret, 29, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving and a citation and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, 1166 18th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a male breaking a window trying to get into the house. Report taken for criminal mischief.

12:42 p.m. – Caller reported some items were stolen from her ex-boyfriend’s vehicle, 1400 block of 42nd. Information noted. Investigation continuing.

2:25 p.m. – Caller reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle during the night, 3500 block of Kalmia. The suspect left behind a glove. Information noted.

2:56 p.m. – Rhett Jeremiah Tucker, 21, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Caller had reported a shoplifter. Stolen item recovered.

6:14 p.m. – Konane Nicoiulane Leslie, 24, turned in himself on a Lebanon warrant for probation violation and contempt of court on original charge of driving while suspended and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released in field.

10:11 p.m. – Kimberly Dawn Hall, 43, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 1600 block of Long.

Dec. 5

7:54 a.m. – Jermey Ray Harris, 39, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of meth, 3224 Main St., South Fork manufactured home park. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:04 a.m. – Caller reported that his tires were slashed a few days earlier, Long and 23rd. Report taken.

10:07 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her car and stole items, 1100 block of 27th. Report taken. Loss valued at $160. Unknown whether the car had been secured.

10:32 a.m. – Caller reported several junk cars parked on the street, 900 block of Cedar. Referred to code enforcement.

12:45 p.m. – The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality reported garbage burning, 1800 block of Elm. Referred to code enforcement.

1:34 p.m. – A 17-year-old male referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, 1541 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

2:12 p.m. – Caller found a pair of headphones in the courtroom, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Placed in found property.

3:53 p.m. – Caller reported that her husband’s pistol was stolen from the lockbox in his truck, 1100 block of 29th. Vehicle had been left unsecured. Report taken. Loss valued at $800.

4:16 p.m. – Caller reported that his son stole his credit card and cash, 1900 block of 37th. Report taken. Loss valued at $60.

4:43 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog on Brush Creek Road near Highway 228. Officer contacted the caller, who did not wish to release custody of the dog at the time. She planned to care for it until the owner was found.

6:04 p.m. – Caller reported a truck partially parked in the roadway, Highway 228 at the west city limits. The boat was parked just outside the city limits. Oregon State Police informed.

7:02 p.m. – Caller found a German shepherd, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

8:46 p.m. – Caller reported transients sleeping in the carport, 1575 Main St., Chamber of Commerce. Two men trespassed from the location. Report forwarded to city attorney for review.

Dec. 4

8:15 a.m. – Jody Lawrence Maruffo, 39, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

11:14 a.m. – Caller reported household trash dumped in the park garbage cans, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Information noted.

11:25 a.m. – Caller reported a fraud, 27000 block of Fern Ridge. The victim was sent a fake email and responded by sending approximately $350 to an unknown person. Report taken.

12:59 p.m. – Caller reported buying a card with minutes for his phone from Bi-Mart, but it wasn’t working and he wanted his money back from Bi-Mart, 28400 block of Liberty. Deputy called the tech service and found out he just needed to restart his phone. No further action.

3:28 p.m. – Caller reported two junior high students ran past him and tried to slash his bicycle tire, 22nd and Long. Officer unable to locate. Investigation continuing.

4:03 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a female who was standing in the bottle return for about 10 minutes yelling for someone, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded. Female was gone upon arrival. Unable to locate.

4:07 p.m. – Caller reported eight juveniles smoking marijuana at Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Officers contacted juveniles who denied being involved in the activity. No marijuana found. Officer located a backpack and seized it as found property.

5:50 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her husband’s car at Midway Market, 3239 Main St. Vehicle had been left unlocked. Report taken. Loss valued at more than $100.

6:11 p.m. – Caller reported that his gun was stolen within the past two years, 1600 block of 13th. Report taken. Loss valued at $315.

11:47 p.m. – Wesley Alan House, 34, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
