10:18 a.m. – David Wayne Samson, 50, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on a second-degree failure to appear charge. 1501 Main St. Booked, cited and released.
11:30 a.m. – Kristopher Charles Garrett, 17, cited for failure to use safety belt. 900 block 18th Avenue.
12:15 p.m. – Jordan Leigh Ramsey, 18, cited for failure to use safety belt. 2000 block Long Srreet.
12:17 p.m. – A man walked into the Police Station to report the theft of a storage trailer from the 3100 block of Main Street. A police report did not include a time frame, but the trailer was valued at approximately $4,000. Value of contents was unknown, but included firearms, according to the report. Plates on the missing trailer were listed as U444336. An all-points bulletin was issued.
12:39 p.m. – Alicia Marie Townsend, 26, cited for failure to use safety belt, 18th Avenue just south of Long Street.

1:41 a.m. – Colten Lester Bateson, 24, arrested in Lebanon on Sweet Home Municipal Courr warrant for failure to comply on a second-degree criminal mischief charge after Lebanon Police located and apprehended him. Booked, given Jan. 5 court date, and released.
Dec. 10
2:11 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a male subject streaking through the neighborhood in the 1800 block of Grape Loop. The man reportedly stopped and sat down, momentarily, in a caller’s yard. An officer checked the neighborhood but was unable to locate the subject.
11:41 p.m. – Eugene Robert Lemke, 55, arrested for driving under the influence; also cited for careless driving, Osage Street and 12th Avenue. Booked, cited and released. Vehicle bearing California plates impounded.

8:21 a.m. – Shawn Stanley Pruitt, 39, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, possession of cocaine and reckless driving, 100 block of Eighth. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:28 a.m. – Caller reported that his car was tagged with spray paint during the night, 1500 block of 40th. Spray paint on passenger side and tailgate spelling profanities, $200 in damage.
11:40 a.m. – Kayla Marie Kragness, 16, referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart.
2:43 p.m. – Shane William Wells, 35, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to carry proof of insurance, Santiam Supply parking lot.
3:05 p.m. – Matthew Ellis Claxton, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief, Nandina and 13th. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:12 p.m. – Caller reported that his bike valued at approximately $1,700 was stolen more than a week ago, 3600 block of Green River Road. Report taken for first-degree theft.
9:36 p.m. – Star Lynn Pearson, 65, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to carry proof of insurance, 12th and Osage.
11:10 p.m. – Justin Lee Smith, 30, arrested for felony fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), domestic harassment, recklessly endangering another and possession of meth, 12th and Kalmia. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:10 a.m. – Eric Daniel Grimm, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 10th and Elm. Cited and released.
9 a.m. – Renee Marie Wilsey cited for failure to use seatbelt, 12th Avenue south of Main.
9:28 a.m. – Michell Dawn Slay, 23, cited for driving while suspended, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug.
10:51 p.m. – Devin Byrone Hostetler Robinson, 19, cited for speeding, 58-45, 3900 block of Main.
12:49 p.m. – Caller reported bad check for $150, Rio Theater. Investigation continuing.
12:57 p.m. – Tobie Arthur Fortner, 31, cited for speeding, 58-35, near Evergreen and Highway 228.
1:14 p.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 21, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended and failure to appear and on Lebanon justice warrant for failure to appear on original charge of minor in possession, 904 14th. Cited and released.
2:56 p.m. – Vivian Eva Wamsley, 63, cited for failure to stop for school bus flashing lights, 2200 blck of Main.
3:15 p.m. – Kimberly Irene Seiber, 37, cited for speeding, 38-20, in a school zone, Main and 22nd.
3:33 p.m. – Caller reported juvenile selling prescription drugs at junior high, 880 22nd. Investigation continuing.
3:54 p.m. – Caller reported someone got into her house while she was gone, and items are missing, 1300 block of 42nd. Officer took report for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. Taken were two handguns, $50 in change, two gold rings with diamonds valued at $200, 10 $1 gold coins and four $2 bills.
3:58 p.m. – Caller reported losing her wallet, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. She left it lying on the counter. When she returned it was gone. Report taken for third-degree theft. Missing were a cigarette case worth $2, an ATM card, a driver’s license and a Social Security card. Approximate value was $7.
4:28 p.m. – Caller reported that he found 10 roofing staples in his driveway, 1000 block of Northside. Caller does not have issues he knows of with anyone and does not know if it was intentional or not.
5 p.m. – Caller reported finding something in her house that is drug related, 1800 block of Vine. Officer responded and contacted parent. Marijuana seized and destroyed.
6:48 p.m. – Tyler Joseph Still, 13, referred to Juvenile Department for runaway, 1243 55th Ave.

1:58 p.m. – Gabriel Batson, 38, cited for failure to use seatbelt and failure to obey traffic control device, 1400 block of Long.
3:37 p.m. – Dillon Kenneth White, 16, cited for failure to use a seatbelt, 1500 block of Long.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported someone threw a rock through the front window while he was out. He discovered what he believed to be a broken Molotov cocktail in the front yard, 2300 block of Harding. Report taken for attempted first-degree arson and second-degree criminal mischief. Damage was approximately $500.
Dec. 5
2:52 p.m. – Caller reported that someone kicked her vehicle, 4800 block of 48th. Approximately $200 damage to passenger rear door.
7:10 p.m. – Richard Freeman Deleon-Irons, 25, arrested on Lane County warrant for third-degree robbery, 1838 Cedar St. Transported to Lane County Jail.
Dec. 4
12:43 p.m. – A male found a Linn County deputy and told him he confronted a bobcat that was not backing away, so he shot it and discovered it was caught in a trap. A deputy found the animal and trap. He turned it over to Oregon State Police for followup on locating the trap owner, 54400 block of Highway 20.
