Nov. 29

3:29 a.m. – Catherine Jean Hampton, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a fraudulent use of a credit card, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:31 a.m. – Jon Julian Robertson, 50, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of harassment, Lebanon Police Department.

8:50 a.m. – Deputy recovered firearm found in public restroom, 1400 block 60th Ave. (Foster Dam Road). Report taken.

9:40 a.m. – Deputy responding to call found caller intoxicated and, according to Sheriff’s log, “attempting to engage with his neighbor.” Caller was advised to remain separated. 43700 block Wiley Creek Dr.

10:48 a.m. – Seth Gaylord, 20, was cited for failure to register a vehicle, west parking lot, Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St.

3:40 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle left at Ashbrook Park, 2800 Juniper St. Seized as found property.

8:37 p.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 32, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 42800 block of Green River Road.

Nov. 30

9:59 a.m. – Randy Dale Ensley, 58, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

10:44 a.m. – Caller reported a hangar break-in, 42800 block of Green River Drive. Officer responded; a report was taken for second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Approximate cost of damages: $200.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent banking activity. Loss in excess of $2,000. Investigation ongoing, report taken. 28000 block Pleasant Valley Road.

4:12 p.m. – Caller entered Sweet Home Police Department to turn in a coat found at 18th Ave. /Tamarack St. The item was placed in Property.

5:27 p.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver, Lebanon Police Department.

7:14 p.m. – Irene Joy Trent, 56, was cited for driving uninsured, 1500 block of Main St.

9:56 p.m. – Ryan Ray Helms, 33, was cited for unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item, 4600 block of Main St.

Dec. 1

9:20 a.m. – Caller reported damage to a city vehicle at Sweet Home City Hall, 3225 Main St. Officer responded; report taken, Total damage: more than $1,000.

9:56 a.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix, 46, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt of court, Sweet Home Police Department, 1950 Main St.

12:53 p.m. – Kimberly Renee Lunn, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

3 p.m. – Caller reported a male throwing a rock through a window and stealing cigarettes, Hilltop Market, 4824 Main St. Tyler Jackson Horner, 32, was arrested for assault on a public safety officer X2, resisting arrest, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. Value of damages: more than $1,000. Loss of value from theft: $19.06.

2:56 p.m. – Injury crash reported in 50600 block Hwy. 20. Further details unavailable.

3:45 p.m. – Caller reported trash can stolen from shoulder of road. 40500 block McDowell Creek Dr. Valued at $75.

7:57 p.m. – Adam Scott Lytle, 36, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license and a Florence Municipal Court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering X2, reckless driving and hit-and-run, 600 block of Main St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and speed racing.

9:21 p.m. – Denis Lee Parker was cited for driving with a suspended license, failure to register a vehicle and failure to carry proof of insurance, 3100 block of Main St.

9:36 p.m. – Alicia Geneva Bowman was cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proof of insurance, 900 block of Main St.

Dec. 2

8:30 a.m. – Kellie Ann Hesson, 55, was cited and released for harassment X2. Cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for attempted assault on a law enforcement officer, harassment, first-degree trespass and failure to appear on an original second-degree charge. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass X3, parking lot, Safeway, 1540 Main St.

9:22 a.m. – Callers reported a motor-vehicle crash, 3000 block of Main St. A report was taken for motor vehicle crash injury. Estimated damage to both vehicles: more than $2,500. David Lee Brock, 72, was cited for failing to yield right of way when entering the roadway.

10:25 a.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 32, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct X2, Albany Police Department.

12:12 p.m. – Hailie Sue Rikala, 18, was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol, Santiam Discount Variety Store, 1530 Main St.

3:16 p.m. – Caller reported a bike theft from Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. Officer responded; a report was taken for second-degree theft. Approximate value: $400.

4:10 p.m. – Daniel Steven Rodriguez, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

10:11 p.m. – Steven Charles Eaton, 25, was cited and released on a Florence Municipal Court warrant for probation violation, 3100 block of Main St. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license speeding 58/35 and driving uninsured.

Dec. 3

10:48 a.m. – A 17-year-old male was arrested for second-degree theft, football field. Referred to the juvenile department.

2:56 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to report of disturbance in 27100 block High Deck Road. According to Sheriff’s log, squatter living in an RV was being hassled by owner of property and other squatters living on the site. All parties were told to leave each other alone. Reportedly, according to Sheriff’s Office, “all squatters were given a 30-day notice to move by an unknown government agency and it is now over 30 days, so tensions are high.”

8:31 p.m. – Deputies were dispatched to report of children yelling. They located a large group of kids running around outside on property in 27000 block Fern Ridge Road, playing and having a good time.

9:08 p.m. – Jaimie Sloat, 38, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 900 block Main St.

9:28 p.m. – Heather Lynn Thompson, 41, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Newport Police Department.

Dec. 4

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported theft of submersible well pump and filtration system for cabin, 43900 block McDowell Creek Dr. Value estimated at $1,000-plus. Report taken.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported game camera taken from private timber property in 38900 block Crawfordsville Dr. Value estimated at $150. Report taken.

3:30 p.m. – Buzz Star Dodson, 24, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-=degree criminal trespass, 1200 block of 23rd Ave.

4:53 p.m. – Leonard Michael Ray Wilson, 47, was arrested for probation violation and on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

7:54 p.m. – Perry L White, 57, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, Lebanon.

10:05 p.m. – Joshua W Welch, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Lebanon.

Dec. 5

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported that Amazon package delivered on Dec. 4 by USPS was stolen out of her mailbox overnight in 41900 block North River Dr. Contents valued at $130. Report taken.

2:41 p.m. – Caller reported that a customer left without paying for propane, Main Street Market, 1810 Main St. Officer responded; report taken. Approximate loss of value: $17.

3:15 p.m. – Leola Nulene Ellingsen, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Corvallis Police Department.

4:02 p.m. – Caller reported trespass on Cascade Timber Consulting property in 43800 block Whiskey Butte Dr. Several 4×4 trucks were driving around boulders and onto the property. Vehicles gone by time deputy arrived.

10:32 p.m. – Chance Holley, 22, was cited and released for third-degree theft, 2200 block of Long St.

11:29 p.m. – Heather L. Elmer, 28, of Sweet Home, arrested on four outstanding warrants following traffic stop on Brush Creek Road near Hwy. 228. Lodged at Linn County Jail, issued citation for driving while suspended. Report taken.
