Dec. 15

9:36 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of an inflatable Christmas ornament from her yard, 1000 block of 23rd. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole a gun from his vehicle, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park.

10:48 a.m. – Caller reported stacks of plastic garbage bags along neighbor’s house, and the the subject is beginning to throw them over the fence onto mill property, 2200 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.

11:39 a.m. – Caller reported a Christmas decoration stolen from the yard, 3000 block of Foothills. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.

Dec. 14

12:07 a.m. – Michael Anton Hrudka, 47, cited and released in field for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 15th and Long.

1:08 a.m. – Joey D. Persinger, 21, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and Linn county warrants for possession of heroin and first-degree theft, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

6:06 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a ring from her purse, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

7:01 p.m. – Caller found a green wallet on the road, Eighth and Nandina. Placed in found property.

7:16 p.m. – Savannah Kaylynn Nunn, 22, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 12th and Long. Cited and released.

11:11 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $2.99.

Dec. 13

2:23 a.m. – Logan Charles Clark, 24, cited for no license and speeding, 76-55, just west of town.

9:42 a.m. – Caller reported that someone has been using his debit card for the past seven months, 1500 block of Main. Report taken.

1:10 p.m. – Caller found a wallet in the road, 500 block of Sixth. Placed in found property.

2:09 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $6.

6:43 p.m. – Caller reported her husband found an open UPS box with some medical items inside, 1700 block of 11th. Property seized. Investigation continuing.

6:55 p.m. – Samantha Raeann Braley, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, Lane County. Cited and released.

Dec. 12

10:31 a.m. – Austin Louis Rolfe, 33, served on a Sweet Home warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, Corvallis.

2:14 p.m. Matthew Charles Nill, 31, cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 950 Nandina St.

8:18 p.m. – Kristina Marie Ostrom, 46, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear, 15th and Long. Cited and released.

9:34 p.m. – Caller reported that someone took tags off the back of his vehicle, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park.

10:27 p.m. – Sandra Diane Lewis, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.

Dec. 11

8:30 a.m. – Caller reported a hole in the fence, and his tires were carried off and left on the other side of the fence, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Information noted.

9:06 a.m. – Jennifer Lynn Harp, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

9:32 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bike leaning against a building, 3200 block of Main. Bicycle seized as found property.

11:58 a.m. – Morning Star Octafviana Kyriss, 37, cited for driving while suspended, 1334 Tamarack St. Eleanor Elizabeth Matthews, 65, cited for providing a vehicle to an unlicensed driver.

12:39 p.m. – Aaron James Evans, 31, arrested on Multnomah County warrant for third-degree theft and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of theft of services, 1807 Vine St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:44 p.m. – Kristin Maureen Walczyk, 33, cited for no license (driving outside of permit restrictions), 12th and Redwood.

5:59 p.m. – Caller reported that another female assaulted her son, 700 block of 12th. Report taken.

Dec. 10

8:26 a.m. – Caller reported a canopy left beside a building, 600 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported dogs running at large, 1100 block of Spruce. Referred to code enforcement.

11:27 a.m. – Thomas Charles Trotts, 40, cited for driving while suspended, 600 block of Mountain View.

2:42 p.m. – Caller reported his grandson lost his phone at his friend’s house, and his friend stated he had not been able to find it. His grandson traced the phone to Lebanon. Report taken. Phone valued at $150.

4:27 p.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on a citation and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended and probation violation, 1028 13th Ave. Cited and released.

5 p.m. – Caller reported her brother’s vehicle was hit sometime during the day, 900 block of Poplar. Report taken. Damage estimated at $1,000.

8:13 p.m. – Robert Norman Jaques Jr., 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Dec. 9

11:20 a.m. – Caller reported a person living in a van near school, 5500 block of Poplar St. Referred to code enforcement.

11:40 a.m. – Caller found a cell phone on the ground in front of a mailbox, 1100 block of Juniper. Placed in found property.

1:18 p.m. – Caller reported that someone called and said that he owed $1,862. The caller said he paid that amount; and then someone called again and said that the caller owed $1,162. Caller now thinks it is fraud, 28400 Kingsbury Road. Report taken.

3:56 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a $200 watch, 600 block of 43rd. Report taken.

5:11 p.m. – Scott James Lutz, 44, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

6:45 p.m. – Michelle Carpenter, 44, cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry and present license, Highway 228 and Valley View.

Dec. 8

2:22 p.m. – Paden Wallace Tyler, 19, cited for speeding, 54-35, and failure to carry proof of insurance, 44th and Airport.

3:50 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a laptop, 28800 block of Weatherly. Report taken. Laptop valued at $500.

4:51 p.m. – Caller found either a garage door opener or a pager that she believed belonged to a medic or an officer that helped secure a residence a couple of days earlier, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Item seized as found property.

6:30 p.m. – Caller reported a door standing open, 1200 block of 23rd. Report taken for burglary.

5:10 a.m. – Caller reported a male hiding behind the building, 1209 Main St. Officer contacted a homeless male who had sat down behind the building and fallen asleep. He moved on.

9:10 a.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Daggett, 21, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, 877 14th Ave. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

2:06 p.m. – Caller reported that his Samsung Galaxy S4 was lost or stolen in the Sweet Home area.

3:24 p.m. – Caller reported that she had a package delivered to an old residence by accident, and the postmaster said someone signed for it, 1200 block of Clark Mill. Report taken. Value of package was about $50.

3:30 p.m. – Thomas Charles Trotts, 40, cited and released in field on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 47th and Main.

4:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female kicked part of his fence down and headed down Fourth Avenue. Report taken. Minor damage to the fence.

4:35 p.m. – Caller reported a basketball hoop in the road in front of the curb, 1900 block of 37th. Referred to code enforcement.

Dec. 7

4:53 p.m. – Caller reported she dropped her front tire off the asphalt while attempting to enter a driveway and became stuck in a ditch, 30500 block of Fairview. No injuries. No damage. Vehicle pulled free by private party.

Dec. 6

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported a Jeep overturned near his driveway, 43200 block of Marks Ridge. No indication of injury. Operator was not at the scene. Vehicle impounded.

1:02 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of many items while in the process of moving, 27800 block of Fern Ridge. Report taken.

Dec. 3

2:23 p.m. – Caller reported that someone entered a vacant house and took items, including five used light bulbs worth $5, 42100 block of McDowell Creek.

4:12 p.m. – Caller reported finding a vehicle license plate in his driveway, 30200 block of Berlin. The plate belonged to a vehicle reported stolen out of Lebanon.
