10:11 a.m. – Courtney Cisco, 24, of Lebanon, was cited for driving uninsured and warned for speeding, 27500 block of Hwy. 20.
10:26 a.m. – Jasmine Bowman, 30, of Lebanon, was cited for speeding, 87/55, 28800 block of Liberty Road.
11:08 p.m. – Caller reported a theft from a barn in the 26800 block of Old Holley Road. Aggregate value of tools and equipment stolen: approximately $3,200. Report taken.
4:09 p.m. – Caller reported concerns about an abandoned RV near the corner of Hwy. 228, Fern Ridge Road.
4:21 p.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 28, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree escape and failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, offensive littering and second degree criminal trespass, 1140 block of 12th Ave.
6:24 p.m. – A man was found lying in the roadway, after being hit by a vehicle, 3000 block of Main St. Report taken. Maxwell Stachelrodt, 29, was transported by medics to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Damage to vehicle: over $2,500.
February 8
1:56 a.m. – Deputy warned two people for illegal camping along Foster Lake in the 43500 block of North River Drive.
1:59 a.m. – Deputy reported people sleeping in cars near the intersection of Foster Dam Road/North River Drive.
2:04 a.m. – Deputy contacted people at a lookout on Mark’s Ridge Drive, just north of the intersection with North River Drive.
9:05 a.m. – Jeffrey Michael Clark, 51, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failure to appear on a second-degree charge, Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
10:02 a.m. – Nina Lee Patrick, 53, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, and on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
1:21 p.m. – Caller reported unlawful entry, use of motor vehicle. 26900 block of Old Holley Road. Deputy found evidence of an attempt to steal RZR side-by-side. Seatbelt was cut, its ignition was punched and the hood was up in what appeared to be a hot-wiring attempt. Report taken.
3:51 p.m. – Jacob Lynn Goodwin, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
5:24 p.m. – Timothy Loren Ames Jr., 32, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, reckless burning, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle X2 and first-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

9:50 a.m. – Deputies accompanied “multiple other agencies” to an address in the 49200 block Hwy. 20, Cascadia, to address “environmental hazards” with a property owner.
9:22 a.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix, 46, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for driving with a suspended license, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
12:22 p.m. – Caller reported a mail theft in the 42000 block of North River Drive. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
12:25 p.m. – Curtis Ray Daniel, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
2:26 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile beaten up by other students, Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. Officer responded; a report was taken for third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree robbery.

6:24 a.m. – Michael Austin Hurley, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
11:58 a.m. – A 15-year-old female was arrested for third-degree assault, Sweet Home High School.
1:57 p.m. – Leola Nulene Ellingsen, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.
1:56 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors yelling at him while he shot targets on his property, 27100 block of High Deck Road.
2:05 p.m. – Caller reported that transients in the 39400 block Hwy. 228, who were looking for cans, were knocking on doors.
3:46 p.m. – Harley Michelle Webb, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
8:02 p.m. – Aleece Rochelle Woods, 35, was arrested on a Corvallis Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, Corvallis Police Department.
8:54 p.m. – Tiffany Ann Bates, 21, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

9:26 a.m. – Caller reported that a male with a knife assaulted another male, Wiley Creek Park. Maxwell Phillip Steven Stachelrodt, 29, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct, Wiley Creek Park.
2:23 p.m. – A 16-year-old male was arrested for third-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct, Sweet Home Police Department.
5:20 p.m. – A 15-year-old female was arrested for third-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct, Sweet Home Police Department.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle drove through a lawn in the 38300 block of Crawfordsville Drive. No damage. Sheriff’s Office was unable to locate vehicle.
8:20 p.m. – Billy Richardson, 55, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 13th Ave./Long St.
10:32 p.m. – Karen Davenport, 57, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 41000 block of McDowell Creek Drive.

12:07 a.m. – Timothy James Shehan, 27, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt, 800 block of 14th Ave.
9:36 a.m. – Suitcase located on the side of a road in the 40600 block of Hwy. 228. The black rolling bag, which appears to be older, can be claimed from the Sheriff’s Office by identifying its contents.
1:55 p.m. – Caller reported nephew in a manic state outside, ripping off his clothes and freaking out, 1600 block of Fir St. Derik William Noah, 32, was arrested for assault on a public safety officer, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.

12:44 a.m. – Spencer Dean Borthwick, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of initiating a false report, Marion County.
2:27 a.m. – Steven Allen Jones, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of being a felony in possession of a restricted weapon, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
10:21 a.m. – Two out-of-control pitbulls were reported after charging the caller in his yard, 2700 block of Long St. Christina Marie Boatwright, 45, was cited for dog as a public nuisance.
2:00 p.m. – Matthew Carl Martin, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Oregon State Police.
6:48 p.m. – Esteban Garcia, 26, was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding 43/25, 1200 block of First Avenue.
10:54 p.m. – A 17-year-old Lebanon female was arrested for DUI, reckless driving, felony elude, misdemeanor elude and speeding, 112/55, 28900 block of Hwy. 20. Her name was not released by the Sheriff’s Office. Report taken.
