5:50 a.m. – Kyle Travis Immel, 34, was cited for careless driving, 1300 block of Clark Mill Road.
10:36 a.m. – Emily Hicks, 19, of Bend, reported a hit-and-run, Brush Creek Road/Childers Drive. Call came “days after” a motorcycle crashed into the side of her vehicle, and Hicks told the Sheriff’s Office she was not able to get information from the motorcycle operator. There were no injuries and there was some damage to the vehicle hit, a 2013 Ford CMA. Report taken.
1:47 p.m. – A 14-year-old student from West Albany High School was arrested for third-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct stemming from a Feb. 9 attack on a juvenile at Sweet Home High School.
5:36 p.m. – David Joshua Wall, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
5:39 p.m. – A caller reported the theft of a fifth-wheel RV trailer, 1200 block of 44th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for first degree theft, value $2,900.
7:09 p.m. – Lisa Dawn Johnston, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second- and third-degree theft, and for third-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St.
8:20 p.m. – Deputy responded to a vehicle, a 2005 Ford ECP, that had hit a large rock in a ditch in the 45200 block of Wiley Creek Drive. Its front bumper and left tire were damaged. No one was around when law enforcement arrived to find the vehicle left in the middle of the road, causing a hazard, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Vehicle towed.
February 15
12:37 p.m. – James Wood, 37, of Sweet Home, was issued citations for felony driving while suspended, 28000 block of Fern Ridge Road. Report taken.
3:39 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

2:12 a.m. – Austyn Mitchell Lee Clark, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
3:17 p.m. – A deputy patrolled Cascade Timber Consulting property looking for trespassing ATV riders, 26400 block of Scott Mountain Road. The monitoring of the area continues.
5:09 p.m. – Malury Rose Martin, 19, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Linn County Jail.
5:09 p.m. – Elias Mendoza, 19, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to carry and present, Oregon State Police.
6:27 p.m. – Michael Emmit Lowden, 41, was arrested on a Josephine County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree assault, 550 block of 9th Ave.
11:54 p.m. – Peter Robert Piazza, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree animal neglect, Albany Police Department.

12:27 a.m. – Melissa Jill Whitemore, 33, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for dog as a public nuisance, Shea Point.
12:45 p.m. – Marilyn J. Crosiar, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
1:23 p.m. – Vincent Holt, 50, of Lebanon, was arrested for disorderly conduct and six warrants from six different courts. 41200 block of Hwy. 228. Lodged in Linn County Jail. Report taken.
2:23 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt Jr., 50, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct, Linn County Jail.
2:36 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second degree trespass, 1100 block of 12th Ave.
9:09 p.m. – John Martin Chelstad, 55, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt. Also cited for an at-large dog, 100 block of 21st Ave.
10:43 p.m. – Shannon Richards, 48, was cited for driving uninsured, 46th Ave./South Main St.
February 18
9:01 a.m. – Carl Edwin Steinborn, 24, was arrested for first-degree assault and child abuse, 1300 block of Poplar St.
10:12 a.m. – Caller reported that someone had slashed their tires, 47300 block of Hwy. 20.
2:16 p.m. – Dakota Alan Ray House, 18, of Albany, was arrested for third-degree assault, riot, reckless endangerment, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree robbery stemming from a Feb. 9 attack on a juvenile at Sweet Home High School.
4:05 p.m. – Caller reported that two males in a “newer” pickup tried to take a fifth-wheel trailer that wasn’t theirs, 1000 block of Pleasant Valley Road. They were run off by a neighbor.
5:36 p.m. – Citizen reported finding a rifle while walking through woods looking for antler sheds, Scott Mountain Road/Mountain Home Drive. The rifle was badly rusted and had been out in the elements for a while. Report taken.
8:17 p.m. – Somer Renay Shaver-Berry, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Marion County.
10:01 p.m. – Jared Hoffman, 36, was cited for no valid driver’s license, 12th N RR.
10:40 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 46, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Sunshine Espresso, 1209 Main St.
February 19
12:22 a.m. – Brandon Miner, 35, of Sweet Home, was arrested and issued a citation for two warrants, Sunnyside Campground. 28500 block of Sunnyside Entrance Road. Report taken.
2:39 p.m. – A vehicle crash was reported at McDowell Creek Drive/Sunnyside Road. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Ashley McCarthy, 24, of Sweet Home, was driving a 2016 Kia Soul on McDowell Creek Road when she tried to turn onto Sunnyside at too high a rate of speed. Her vehicle slide off the roadway and rolled onto its top, partially down a steep embankment. McCarthy was uninjured and there was no property damage, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Vehicle was towed. Report taken.
5:08 p.m. – Derek Armond Johnson, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Oregon State Police.
5:48 p.m. – Albert Blaine Arthur Wilson, 18, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave.
6:25 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing in the 41500 block of Ridgeview Lane. According to Sheriff’s Office, a 20-year-old male, whose name was not available, went on the property near his to find his lost puppy and was threatened by the homeowners, Fredrick Miller, 45, and Amy Duncan, 45, with “words and actions,” according to the Sheriff’s Office. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
8:23 p.m. – Deputies located an individual throwing rocks across Highway 20 in the 6000 block. The individual agreed to stop.
9:37 p.m. – Thomas Junior McCarthey was cited for driving uninsured and driving with a suspended license, 2000 block of Main St.
11:57 p.m. – Diana Lynn Hall, 65, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, Thriftway, 621 Main St.
February 20
1:40 a.m. – Natasha Sue Funk, 43, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
12:56 p.m. – Matthew Carl Martin, 31, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft and resisting arrest, All Star Pizza. Cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured and operating with prohibited lighting.
