12:32 p.m. – Weezer Ciccone, 46, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass X3 and failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal mischief, Safeway, 1540 Main St. Safeway.
12:42 p.m. – Ryan Anthony Gray, 36, of Albany, arrested for domestic violence-harassment, and second-degree criminal mischief. Cited and released. 28800 block Berlin Road.
2:24 p.m. – Caller reported stray dog loose in Cascadia Park. Animal Control contacted owner and owner went to catch dog, remove it from park.
2:56 p.m. – Burglary reported at Whitcomb Creek Campground. Building broken into and numerous tools and supplies stolen. Value estimated at $4,200. Under investigation.
8:45 p.m. – Daniel James Lutton, 49, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Prineville Police Department.

2:06 p.m. – Heather Lynn Rootlieb, 42, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, 4800 block of Main St.
3:05 p.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 32, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St.
8:14 p.m. – Joshua Lee Roebuck, 34, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation, Main St./First Ave. Cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.

12:02 a.m. – Jay Boyd Marsh, 57, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Toledo Police Department.
12:05 a.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 36, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
10:28 a.m. – Deputy patrolled Quartzville Road from North River to McQuade Creek, where snow on road got “really bad. At that point it was clear that nobody had been beyond that point in a while.” Use of area was “minimal.”
11:41 a.m. – Deputy contacted couple illegally camping at milepost 18 on Quartzville Road. They were given 24 hours to clean up the site and vacate. 51100 block Quartzville Rd.
1:47 p.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 41, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
2:00 p.m. – Heather Lynn Thompson, 42, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 1140 12th Ave.

12:59 a.m. – Harold Shane Brown, 57, was cited and released on a Coos County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation and failure to appear on an original charge of harassment X2, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St.
9:02 a.m. – Caller reported concerns with people shooting from road after dark, 45200 block Wiley Creek Dr.
9:21 a.m. – Oregon State Police reported a red Dodge Charger speeding at more than 110 miles per hour eastbound into city limits, milepost 20, Highway 20. An officer witnessed the vehicle run multiple lights. It was headed south on 18th Avenue. Checked area, unable to locate.
1:36 p.m. – Deputy assisted campers illegally occupying BLM dispersed campsite, who had “mechanical issues,” so they could leave. 44700 block Quartzville Road.
1:51 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 32, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Lebanon Police Department.

7:10 p.m. – Errin Montoya, 42, was cited for no valid driver’s license and driving uninsured, 18th Ave./Main St.
9:53 p.m. – Savannah Haley Griffin, 25, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, 13th Ave./Main St. Dakota Matthew Miranda, 21, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth. Jake Sorrell, 25, was cited for driving uninsured, 13th Ave./Main St.
10:39 p.m. – James Andrew Linder, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

9:11 a.m. – Caller reported his locked mailbox was broken open and mail taken in 27700 block Fern Ridge Rd. He reported seeing other mailboxes open on street. Caller hadn’t checked mail for a week, so was unsure what was missing. Cost to replace mailbox estimated at $100. Report taken.
10:04 a.m. – Non-injury rollover crash reported in 57500 block Hwy. 20. Further details unavailable.
