Kalmia. Report taken. Damage and stolen property estimated at $972.

failure to appear and Linn County warrant for possession of meth,
Juniper off Mountain View. Cited and released. Shane Ryan Jakeway,
25, cited for no license.

a.m. – Caller reported that lights were ripped down, 4800 block of
Main. Report taken. Estimated value was $800.

a.m. – Donald Paul Sullivan, 50, driving a Public Works vehicle cited
for failure to yield prior to entering a roadway in two-vehicle
crash, 1300 block of Long. Second driver was Inda Rose Porter, 16. No
injuries.

a.m. – Katrina Jo Van Stippen, 25, cited for failure to obey a
traffic control device in two-vehicle crash, Highway 20 and Pleasant
Valley. Second driver was Ronald Ray Nipp, 75. One occupant had a
possible heart condition, but medics did not transport anyone to the
hospital.

p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 40, arrested for first-degree criminal
mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to
Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a male subject throwing objects
through the front door and window at the Police Department, breaking
the glass. Damage estimated at $1,500.

p.m. – Caller reported that a pickup towed away his utility trailer,
42nd Avenue. Investigation continuing.

a.m. – Tyler Stephen Griffin, 18, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for
failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal
trespass, Husky Field. Cited and released.

p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his vehicle during the
night, 900 block of 12th. Report taken. Loss valued at $220.

p.m. – Caller reported a trailer full of garbage, and the garbage is
falling out of the trailer onto the street. A mattress and box
springs are on the side of the road, 1800 block of Tamarack. Referred
to code enforcement.

p.m. – Caller reported finding vehicle registration cards strewn
across her front yard, along with a face plate from a car stereo, 800
block of 12th. Items had been taken from the 900 block of 12th.
Residents also reported someone went through a motorcycle saddlebag
and removed items.

p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile shining a laser pointer into
people’s eyes as they drove by or rode by on bicycles, 2300 block
of Main. Officer contacted juvenile and notified parents. Officer
warned juvenile, and at parents’ request, seized the laser pointer.

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon.

a.m. – Kristina Anne Ferrell, 20, arrested for third-degree theft,
1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Cited and released.

p.m. – Brian Lee Lindsay, 25, arrested on Linn County supervisory
warrant on original charge of fourth-degree assault (owes five days
in jail) and on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original
charge of third-degree theft, 1337 Hawthorne St. Transported to Linn
County Jail.

p.m. – Lisa Marie Krisman, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for
theft of services, Main and 12th. Cited and released.

p.m. – Caller came into the the Police Department, 1950 Main St., to
report he was beaten up and needed medics. Officer responded. Male
was uncooperative in making the report. He was transported to
Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by ambulance.

p.m. – Ashley Marie Smith, 23, turned herself in on a Sweet Home
warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree
assault, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and

a.m. – Caller reported hydraulics removed from equipment at a
chipping operation at Sun Lane. Taken was a hydraulic cooler worth
$5,000 and 150 gallons of diesel fuel. Report taken.

p.m. – Caller reported that a male subject had attempted to steal
from the store, 610 Main St., Dan Dee Sales. Report taken.

p.m. – Bradley Marion Pugh, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for
failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal
trespass, 1400 block of Nandina. Cited and released.

p.m. – Caller reported that a female was at customer service
reporting her checks were stolen a week earlier and had been used at
Safeway, 1540 Main St. Safeway had video of the suspect. Report
taken. Value was approximately $250.

for probation violation, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Transported to Linn
