p.m. – Leesa Joanne Perdue, 38, cited for driving while suspended in

three-vehicle collision, 12th and Main. No injuries.

a.m. – Caller reported that his neighbor’s dog, which continues to

run loose in the neighborhood, killed one of the caller’s chickens,

4800 block of Osage. Officer responded. Report to be forwarded to

Linn County Animal Control.

a.m. – Caller reported that a large tree branch fell on his

neighbor’s house, 600 block of Oak Terrace. Officer responded. No

one answered the door. Branch was lying on the roof but did not

penetrate the roof.

failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly

conduct, Albany. Cited and released.

citations issued at this time. Damage to both vehicles more than

$1,500.

electricity last week to do work on a neighboring house, 3224 Main

St., South Fork Mobile Home Park. The workers told her that the

found property and placed in property shed.

p.m. – Caller reported that she attempted to open a Comcast account

and was told she had an outstanding bill from 2006, Sweet Home area.

The caller would have been 12. The incident occurred in Lebanon, and

the caller was referred to Lebanon Police Department to report the

identity theft.

failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

for sale, 1500 block of Ninth. Money was picked up somewhere in

Delaware. Caller believes he was scammed. Information noted.

p.m. – Caller reported subjects shooting a bow, 4900 block of Maple.

Officer contacted subject, who was unaware of city ordinance. He was

advised and said he would stop.

failure to obey traffic control device, Mountain View and Ames Creek.

p.m. – Nina Lee Patrick, 45, arrested on Linn County warrants for

failure to appear and driving under the influence and cited for no

license, Long and 10th. Transported to Linn County Jail.

p.m. – Gary Richard Legore, 35, arrested on state warrant for parole

violation; Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charge

of second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespass and

resisting arrest; and Linn County warrant for failure to comply on

original charge of resisting arrest (owes seven days in jail), 2582

Kalmia St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle backed into her driveway and knocked

down a mailbox, 41900 block of North River. Driver, Sean McKee, 24,

said he would pay for and help fix the mailbox. McKee arrested on

unrelated warrants, including parole violation; Linn County warrants

for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault,

sentenced to 60 days in jail, and failure to appear on first-degree

criminal mischief, dismissed; and two Lebanon warrants for failure to

appear on criminal citations.
