a.m. – Steven Michael Anderson, 51, cited for failure to yield to an

emergency vehicle, driving uninsured, failure to carry proof of

insurance and failure to change registration, 18th and Tamarack.

11:01

a.m. – Joshua Eino Pruitt, 18, arrested on Linn County warrants for

possession of meth, failure to appear on original charge of

unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to appear on original

charge of criminal trespass and charged with possession of meth,

possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a

school and resisting arrest, 1700 block of Main. Transported to Linn

County Jail after release from Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

While on patrol, officer located wanted subject, who allegedly

attempted to elude on bicycle and then foot. He ran into the side of

a vehicle and complained of injuries. He was evaluated by Sweet Home

medics and then transported to SLCH.

a.m. – Brad Edward Martinez, 30, arrested on Linn County warrant for

failure to appear (owes three days in jail) and Lebanon warrant for

failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly

conduct, 1213 46th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had

reported an intoxicated male pounding on the door.

a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 20, arrested for possession of meth,

1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn

County Jail.

a.m. – Paul Eugene Lott, 61, cited for speeding, 50-35, 2400 block of

Main.

a.m. – Natalie Anne Schilling, 19, cited for failure to renew

registration, 22nd and Main.

a.m. – Cassie Marie Taylor, 20, arrested for restraining order

violation, 4615 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

p.m. – Roxanna Marie Beaver, 39, arrested on Lebanon Justice warrant

for failure to appear and Linn County warrant for second-degree theft

and cited for driving while suspended, Long and 10th. Cited and

released.

p.m. – Nicole Sue Reynolds, 30, cited for two counts of endangering a

child passenger, 4400 block of Main.

p.m. – Tye Daniel King, 31, cited for driving while suspended and

driving uninsured, 76 station.

p.m. – Caller reported a Penske truck sideswiped an awning at gas

station, 1810 Main St. No damage to building. Damage to vehicle less

than $1,500. Parties exchanged information.

p.m. – Wesley Jefferson Baxter, 42, cited for endangering child

passenger, Towne Pump.

p.m. – Dustin Matthew Hegge, 29, arrested on Linn County warrant for

possession of meth and driving under the influence and charged with

possession of meth and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana

within 1,000 feet of a school, Clark Mill and Flanagan. Transported

to Linn County Jail.

p.m. – Jody Raymond Maruffo, 34, arrested on Linn County warrant for

second-degree criminal trespass, 1240 Nandina St. Transported to Linn

County Jail.

a.m. – Caller reported subjects throwing rocks at her vehicle, 1800

block of Vine. Officer checked area on foot but unable to locate

subjects.

2:47

a.m. – Fire alarm at Overhead Door, 1744 Main St. Small fire was

located in a small shop area and extinguished.

8:17

a.m. – Officer located drug paraphernalia in patrol car, 1950 Main

St., Sweet Home Police Department. Property seized.

9:29

a.m. – Daniel Jason Danforth, 18, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and cited

for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 1800 block of

Tamarack. Transported to Linn County Jail.

a.m. – Caller reported his girlfriend’s car was egged during the

night, 1200 block of 37th. Report taken.

p.m. – Caller reported someone sleeping on the sidewalk, 13th and

Nandina. Officer woke up male, who would be moving along.

p.m. – Caller reported finding a baggie with bullets in the street by

Speedee Mart, 1501 Main St. Property seized to be returned to owner.

p.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in front of the doors to the

former Charter School, 1825 Long St. Officer contacted male and

advised him to find another place to sleep that is not on someone

else’s property unless he is invited. Male moved on.

p.m. – Craig James Evans, 37, arrested on Brownsville warrant for

failure to appear on a criminal citation, 1807 Vine St. Cited and

released.

p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, Ninth and Main. No citations. No injuries.

Drivers were Cindy Ann Marchbanks, 53, and Mary Lou Merrill, 62.

information exchanged.

a.m. – Caller reported finding a bike leaning against brick in the

600 block of Ninth and what sounded like someone at the back of a

building. Officer responded. Unable to locate anyone. Bike seized as

found property.

p.m. – Caller reported a cougar in the parking lot of First Baptist

Church, 2470 Main St. Officer responded. Cougar had moved on. Oregon

Department of Fish and Wildlife advised.

a.m. – Ronald Robert Youngman, 64, cited for failure to renew

registration, 18th and Main.

a.m. – Jacob Thomas Salvador, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 12th and

railroad tracks. Cited and released.

p.m. – Scott Kevin Heinz, 25, turned himself in on Lebanon warrant

for contempt of court, failure to appear on a criminal citation and

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1950

Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

failure to appear on original charge of carrying a concealed weapon

and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of

fourth-degree assault, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Also charged with

possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. Transported to

Linn County Jail.

p.m. – Caller reported finding papers with someone’s personal

information along the roadside, 3000 block of Main. Property seized.

p.m. – Caller reported that a male was walking around the apartments

with a butcher knife and then gone into an apartment, 300 Hwy. 228,

Stonebrook Apartments. Male left prior to officer arrival.

p.m. – Timothy William Roebuck, 30, cited for driving while suspended

and Joshua Lee Roebuck, 26, cited for possession of less than an

ounce of marijuana, 41145 Hwy. 228.

4:42

p.m. – Tabatha Lynn Rhodes, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for

failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Albany.

Cited and released.

p.m. – Caller reported an elderly male in a power chair riding down

the middle of Main Street drinking a beer, 2000 block of Main.

Officer unable to locate.

p.m. – Officer located a subject riding a three-wheeler in the

Community Events Center, 3805 Long St. Male rider was warned that he

would need written permission to ride there.

p.m. – Caller requests officer use handcuff key to unlock a pair of

handcuffs from caller’s belt loops on pants, 1950 Main St., Sweet

Home Police Department. Officer assisted.

p.m. – Caller turned in awallet he found to an officer, Highway 228

and First. Wallet seized.

a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole a checkbook and wrote three

bad checks, 28700 block of Liberty. Report taken.

p.m. – Jay Lamar Humphries, 49, arrested for second-degree criminal

mischief, 3016 Main St. Cited and released.

3:45

p.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 50, arrested on Linn County supervisory

warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree

disorderly conduct (owes 12 days in jail), Oak Terrace and Terrace

Lane. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:35

p.m. – Loris David Whitton, 58, arrested for second-degree disorderly

conduct, 1250 Nandina St. Cited and released. Callers had reported

several males yelling and screaming.

9:31

p.m. – Caller reported female stealing items, 621 Main St.,

Thriftway. Officer responded, and the subject had placed the items

back on the shelf before attempting to leave the store. Management

did not wish to pursue charges, but the female was trespassed at

management’s request.

p.m. – Tracy Neal Hayes, 47, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt

of court, 1250 Nandina St. Cited and released. Caller had reported a

male subject throwing rocks at windows.

p.m. – Caller reported an unloaded log truck snagged a telephone wire

and pulled it down, 700 block of 43rd.

Ridgeway.

a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a drift boat, Sunnyside Park.

Boat recovered, but $3,000 to $4,000 in fishing gear was stolen.
