1:28 a.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 26, arrested on multiple warrants, including a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree escape, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:14 a.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis. Cited and released.

Jan. 14

1:03 a.m. – Abraham John Woosley, 23, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Main and 18th. Cited and released.

1:10 p.m. – Auhnna Christine Rodriguez, 29, arrested on Junction City warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Released to Junction City Police Department.

2 p.m. – Donald Ray Walkup, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

9:35 p.m. – Luke Kenneth Buehner, 34, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation 28110 Riggs Hill Road. Released to Lebanon Police Department.

Jan. 13

2:01 a.m. – Shauna Ray Harden, 24, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and illegal alteration of plates, Main and 23rd. Plates seized to be returned to DMV.

12:08 p.m. – Ashley Michelle Umphress, 21, cited for speeding, 45 mph in a 25-mph zone, and driving uninsured, 1st and Nandina.

12:20 p.m. – Billy Dye, 56, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Eugene.

12:42 p.m. – Robert Kenneth La Follette, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:01 p.m. – Jacob William Jones, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County. Cited and released.

3:58 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 45, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 18th and Tamarack. Cited and released.

7:36 p.m. – Caller reported that a rented tow dolly had been stolen, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken.

7:45 p.m. – Billy Don Passmore, 33, arrested for driving under the influence, 1319 9th Ave. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

Jan. 12

10:02 a.m. – Caller reported two dogs running at large on the caller’s property, 40000 block of Highway 228. Owner of dogs warned for dogs running at large and failure to license the dogs.

11:52 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of an outboard motor from the caller’s boat, 39200 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken. Loss valued at $2,800.

10:05 a.m. – Caller reported that occupants are still in a travel trailer, 1100 block of 24th. They have been advised to vacate but have not.

10:41 a.m. – Terry Lee Anderson, 56, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and a new charge of felon in possession of a firearm, 18th and railroad tracks. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:55 a.m. – A 16-year-old male referred to Juvenile Department for third-degree theft for allegedly stealing a Red Bull from Chevron earlier in the day, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Loss valued at $8.58.

11:57 p.m. – Caller reported her purse was stolen sometime in the past week, Sankey Park. Information noted.

12:32 p.m. – Caller reported two trucks with about 40 kids under the bridge, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Officer responded. Juveniles warned for being under the bridge. Driver of vehicle warned for operating a vehicle with passengers on the outside.

1:14 p.m. – Two juvenile males referred to Juvenile Department for second-degree criminal mischief and minor in possession of marijuana, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Caller had reported that two juveniles wrote on the bridge with a black marker.

3:41 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into a travel trailer, 48200 block of Cascadia Drive. Report taken.

4:54 p.m. – Caller found a cell phone, charger and wallet in the restrooms, Santiam Sno Park. Dispatch attempted to contact owner without success. State trooper took possession of the property.

11:38 pm. – Daniel Joseph Browand, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

11:38 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog just showed up at her door, 500 block of 6th. Dog placed in kennel, and Animal Control notified.

Jan. 11

6:56 p.m. – David Paul Gruwell, 51, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 845 6th Ave., United Methodist Church. Cited and released. A caller had reported a transient male sleeping behind the church building. The caller was concerned due to children going to and from school.

12:12 p.m. – Caller reported students left school without permission, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High. One juvenile located. He was counseled for his actions and picked up by his grandmother.

12:38 p.m. – Caller reported a red truck parked and not moved for three to four weeks, 800 block of 6th. Vehicle tagged for removal.

2:05 p.m. – David Paul Gruwell, 51, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 845 6th Ave., United Methodist Church.

3:50 p.m. – Erin Mackenzie Way, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Toledo. Cited and released.

4:35 p.m. – Caller reported pieces of a bike lying by a power pole, 1100 block of 18th. Placed in found property.

7:09 p.m. – Caller found a purse in the roadway by Hilltop Market, 4800 block of Main. Placed in found property.

8:32 p.m. – Cheyanna Nickole Morse, 26, arrested on Marion County warrant for second-degree theft, Lebanon warrant for failure to appear and probation violation, Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment and Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, 895 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Jan. 10

12:41 a.m. – Collin William Church, 25, cited and released in field for misdemeanor driving while suspended, and Emily Marie Hayes, 23, cited for open container of alcohol, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware.

2:39 a.m. – John Mark Taylor, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Newport. Cited and released.

4:58 a.m. – Jeffrey Ryan Harris, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

10:57 a.m. – Frank Archie Thompson II, 43, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released in field.

12:05 p.m. – Todd Buddy James Waterman, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of failure to report as a sex offender, second-degree disorderly conduct and misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon. Cited and released.

1:47 p.m. – Lisa Marie Magers, 37, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear and cited for driving while suspended, 3400 block of Main.

2:23 p.m. – Tylor Alen Jackson, 19, arrested for felony hit and run and reckless driving, Ames Creek and Mountain View. Cited and released.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reported that someone backed into her vehicle, 1400 block of Main. Parties exchanged information.

7:28 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 23, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, west city limits. Cited and released.

7:26 pm. – Linda Rae Phillips, 49, arrested for third-degree assault, 900 block of 12th.

Jan. 9

6:49 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle that does not belong to her on her back porch, 2400 block of Long. Bicycle placed in found property.

11:50 a.m. – Officer located a stop sign and fence that had been damaged, 1st and Highway 228. Report taken. Public Works advised. Damage estimated at $500.

2:10 p.m. – Caller reported an RV parked for an extended period, 1000 block of 3rd. Officer contacted the owner, who planned to move it the following morning.

2:44 p.m. – Caller reported a trailer stolen during Christmas break, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Loss valued at $3,000.

3:43 p.m. – Rosa Marilea Fox, 29, cited for second-degree child neglect, 1340 Poplar St.

3:48 p.m. – Caller reported two cameras stolen and he has the suspect on video, 1200 block of 23rd. Report taken. Loss valued at $140.

4:50 p.m. – Fredrick Travis Atchley, 50, cited for open container of alcohol, 1101 13th Ave., Sweet Home Public Library. Caller had reported a group of subjects standing near the drop box and an open container of alcohol on the ground.

6:58 p.m. – Caller reported that her juvenile son has been stealing money from her, 2400 block of Long. Report taken for fraudulent use of a credit card.

Jan. 8

8:13 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Placed in found property.

8:43 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for more than a week, 1200 block of Main. Vehicle posted for removal.

9:58 a.m. – Caller reported transients sleeping around the old video store building, 1500 block of Main. Officer contacted two by the old video store, advised them of the complaint and they moved on.

9:59 a.m. – Trevor Alden Groff, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree escape and Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:11 a.m. – Caller reported a mailbox had been vandalized, 1200 block of 41st. Report taken.

3:23 pm. – Caller reported a utility trailer taken during the morning, 4100 block of Osage. Report taken. Loss valued at $500.

3:54 p.m. – Caller reported personal garbage dumped in the park, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Officer attempted to contact the owner of the garbage. The owner no longer lives in Sweet Home and now lives in Lebanon.

4:55 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been parked in the driveway of a vacant residence for a month, 3400 block of Juniper. Officer responded. Vehicle belongs to a neighbor. Officer unable to contact neighbor but would follow up.

9:40 p.m. – Caller located a suspicious item in the roadway, 1600 block of 18th. Item seized for destruction.
