9:46 a.m. – Tyler Paul Dean Malloy, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Albany.
2:10 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen during a shed break-in, 4600 block of Airport Lane. Officer responded; report taken for second-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
2:25 p.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 54, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
3:47 p.m. – Caller reported items taken in a house break-in, 3600 block of Green River Road. Officer responded; report taken for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
11:22 p.m. – Shelby Keith Brigham, 55, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of failing to report as a sex offender, Linnn County Sheriff’s Office.
11:59 p.m. – Ember Ann McAlpin, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
January 18
4:39 a.m. – Ember McCalpin, 38, of Lebanon, was cited for driving while suspended, speeding, 79/55, 28800 block of Hwy. 20.
5:03 a.m. – William Alan Beemer, 45, of Sweet Home, was cited for speeding, 81/55, 28400 block of Hwy. 20.
9:16 a.m. – Deputy gave a verbal warning to dog owners concerning a canine trespassing complaint. Owners are in the process of ordering a transmitter to repair the fence. 41100 block of Upper Calapooia.
January 19
12:03 a.m. – Caller complained about spotlights in the area of Foster Dam Road/North River Drive. Deputies checked the area, but were unable to locate.
1:21 a.m. – Driver ran out of gas in the lane of travel, 2800 block of Hwy. 20. Sweet Home police were able to provide him enough gas to get him out of the roadway.
3:20 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a motor-vehicle crash blocking traffic at 12th Ave./Main St. Officer responded; the vehicles were cleared from the roadway and a report was taken. Damages more than $2,500. Louise Yoder, 32, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
7:36 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 46100 block Old Hufford Dr. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Jacob Sizemore, 18, of Lebanon, passed a vehicle and he did not have his headlights on. Sizemore ended up crashing his 1991 Toyota pickup into the ditch. No injuries or property damage reported. No citations. Report taken.
January 20
9:07 a.m. – Linda Evelene Kennedy, 31, was arrested on a Lebanon Police Department warrant for second-degree theft, Foster Dam access road.
12:42 p.m. – Richard Lee Kintzley, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of reckless driving and failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, Linn County Jail.
2:28 p.m. – Derris Jhonny Young, 22, was arrested for domestic violence harassment, 140 block of Osage St.
6:06 p.m. – Caller reported concerns that someone was using bright lights off the road in area of Berlin Road/Marks Ridge Drive.
January 21
1:44 a.m. – Amanda Leah Binks, 29, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Oregon State Police.
1:56 a.m. – Zachariah Lee Davis, 32, was arrested for third-degree escape, a restraining order violation, and on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long St.
11:49 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor was getting “overly intoxicated” and sleeping in a van overnight, 40800 block of Hwy. 228.
6:58 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Riggs Hill Road/Wiley Creek Drive. When a deputy arrived, no one was at the scene.
January 22
3:16 a.m. – Robert Scott Countryman, 61, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, Yamhill County.
3:13 a.m. – Kodie Bixby, 29, of Junction City, was arrested on two outstanding warrants, 44500 block of Quartzville Road. Report taken.
3:43 a.m. – Neil Vanepps, 33, of Sweet Home, was cited on warrants, 43500 block of North River Drive. Report taken.
9:04 a.m. – A single-vehicle crash was reported at the dead end of Ridgeway Road in the 28700 block. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the crash involved a single vehicle, a 2004 Volkswagen Passat driven by Sandy Igou-Stein, 35, of Elmira, and a juvenile passenger. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
7:29 p.m. – Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 20 from Santiam Terrace Road at 90 mph. Operator did not stop and continued on at speeds of over 120 mph. Deputy terminated the pursuit due to Sheriff’s Office policy.
8:04 p.m. – Tara Hunter, 40, of Sweet Home, was cited on warrant, 41900 block of Marks Ridge Drive. Report taken.
10:45 p.m. – Bryan Dennis Haproff, 43, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of interfering with making a report, 1200 block of 23rd Ave.
January 23
1:34 p.m. – Caller reported that her brother stole her vehicle, 5600 block of Nandina St. Bennie Lee Bell, 42, was cited and released for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
11:27 p.m. – David Sterling Schwan, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
