12:29 p.m. – Caller reported fraud involving resident of 28300 block of Ridgeway Road. Would-be victim was nearly scammed for $100,000, but a bank employee discovered the scam in progress and prevented the transaction from occurring.

3:43 p.m. – Aaron Matthew Smith, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Department of Corrections.
3:46 p.m. – Denise Burrow, 54, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, failure to appear on an original charge of a citation X8, failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, and failure to appear on an original charge of a citation X9, 1900 block of Grape St.

11:26 p.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Oregon State Police.

11:35 a.m. – Deputy patrolling timberland in the 44700 block of Quartzville Road pulled a vehicle from a snow ditch that was “occupied with children.” Heavy snow reported above Milepost 12.
1:22 p.m. – Caller reported that someone illegally opened a bank account in her name and charged $226.81. Under investigation. 000 block of 21st Ave. Report taken.
6:00 p.m. – Brittney Renee Duncan, 24, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree theft, 621 Main St.
7:44 p.m. – Linda Evelene Kennedy, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of unlawful purchase of a firearm, Oregon State Police.

5:37 a.m. – Cory Lawrence, 54, of Lebanon, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant, 43900 block of Whiskey Butte Drive. Report taken.

Obed Pizarro, 35, was cited and released for third-degree theft and cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft.
1:47 p.m. – Mark Aaron Lamb, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of reckless driving, Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

2:29 a.m. – Timothy Loren Ames, 32, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle X3, third-degree theft, and first-degree criminal trespass. Arrested on the same warrant for reckless burning, and on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, Ninth Ave./Main St.
11:59 a.m. – Deputies took possession of dog that was running at large, chasing chickens. Lodged at Animal Control. 29100 block Pleasant Valley Road.
1:57 p.m. – Deputy patrolling forestland found Cascade Timber Consulting gate (C500) cut open, with pieces on the ground. 39300 block Childers Dr. CTC notified.
2:47 p.m. – Deputy patrolling Weyerhaeuser South property came across large group of people and five vehicles circled around small fire at milepost 18.5, in front of Potts Creek Gate. They were talked to regarding trespassing and parking violations. They were cooperative and packed up and left.
3:26 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.
