1:27 a.m. – Jessey Allen Tenbusch, 24, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 1890 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:16 a.m. – Caller caught someone on camera stealing items from her carport, 700 block of 5th. Report taken. Loss valued at $12.

10:38 a.m. – Caller reported someone was sleeping in the bushes next to a gate at Cascade Timber Consulting, 3210 Main St. Officer contacted a female, who gathered her belongings and left the area.

11:11 p.m. – Officer located two people camping in the bushes, 12th and Nandina. Male and female trespassed.

12:12 p.m. – Caller reported a dog attacked her stepfather, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Officer contacted the caller, who said her stepfather went to the hospital for treatment. She was advised to have him call the Police Department after returning.

3:35 p.m. – Caller reported two coin-operated food dispensers stolen from the South Santiam Fish Hatchery, 43100 block of North River. Report taken.

5:37 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole her wallet while she was doing laundry, 4824 Main St., Hilltop Market. Report taken. Loss valued at $35.

7:59 p.m. – Isaac P. Waugh, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of interfering with a police officer, Linn County.

July 6

Sweet Home Police Department received one complaint about illegal fireworks, but was unable to locate.

2:50 a.m. – California Highway Patrol located a vehicle reported stolen out of Sweet Home.

3:03 a.m. – Mason William Monroe, 26, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured and arrested for possession of heroin, Linn County warrants for failure to appear on multiple original charges, including two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of meth; Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and interfering with a peace officer; Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft and a criminal citation; and Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, south side of the dam maintenance building. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:37 a.m. – Caller reported cans stolen, 2200 block of Larch. Report taken. Loss valued at $99.

5:57 a.m. – Caller reported that her son forcefully kicked her out of her home, 4610 Main St. Report taken.

6:55 a.m. – Michael Robert Naro, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for false swearing, Linn County.

9:41 a.m. – Nicholas Gregory Godell, 35, cited for driving while suspended, 400 block of Elm.

9:44 a.m. – Caller reported her son’s bicycle stolen during the night, 3100 block of Main. Information noted. The caller did not wish to pursue charges.

10:50 a.m. – Caller reported a male was walking in circles in the parking lot and talking gibberish, 1203 Long St., All-Star Pizza. Officer contacted the male. He said he was just preaching the Gospel.

12:26 p.m. – Caller reported that his ex, who has a restraining order against him, keeps following him around. He wanted to know his options. Information noted.

12:34 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole the wheelchair lift from his pickup, 1100 block of 38th. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,000.

12:52 p.m. – Caller reported her backpack was stolen, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Report taken. Loss valued at $22.

1:12 p.m. – Caller found a pink case containing syringes, 1400 block of 13th. Officer disposed of the syringes. Case placed in found property.

2:22 p.m. – Caller reported a dog locked inside a hot car, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer responded. The dog did not appear in distress. Windows were rolled down. Officer advised the owner of the complaint.

2:54 p.m. – Deputy located three illegal camps and two illegal fires, one unattended, while on patrol in the Quartzville Corridor.

3:03 p.m. – Caller reported broken glass in the intersection, Main and Pleasant Valley. Hazard removed from the roadway by Public Works.

5:57 p.m. – Caller reported an abandoned vehicle blocking the trail next to the caller’s house, 1300 block of 45th. Officer contacted a female at the location. She said the truck belonged to a friend who was sleeping and that she would have him park it legally.

9:19 p.m. – Chyalan Dale Tosta, 37, arrested for violation of a restraining order, 1840 Tamarack St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:31 p.m. – Jaycee Ryan McClurg, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 42800 block of Marks Ridge. Cited and released.

11:45 p.m. – Quentin W. Quadros, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on two criminal citations, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and Sweet home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and cited for driving while suspended, 4400 block of Main. Cited and released.

July 5

6:37 a.m. – Caller found a dog, 1300 block of Nandina. Dog placed in kennel. Animal control advised.

4:49 p.m. – Katherine Julian, 40, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 18th and Vine.

6:59 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dogs got out and tried to attack the caller’s nephew, 5300 block of Main. Officer responded. The dogs were on their own property and acting territorial. Owners warned for dog at large.

7:08 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1937 Main St., Dollar General. Report taken. Loss valued at $8.

7:24 p.m. – Caller reported his son’s bicycle stolen, 3500 block of Flannigan. Report taken. Loss valued at $40.

8:24 p.m. – James Mobley, 35, cited and released in field on Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charges of resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market.

10:09 p.m. – Charles Michael Kinney, 34, arrested on Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of a controlled substance Schedule II and driving under the influence and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Highway 20 and Sun Lane. Vehicle impounded.

10:49 p.m. – Caller reported that his nephew took his vehicle three weeks earlier with permission but then refused to return the vehicle, 4100 block of Main. Report taken for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

July 4

Linn County Sheriff’s Office received four reports of illegal fireworks in the Sweet Home area outside the city limits. None located. No citations issued.

Sweet Home Police Department received seven complaints of illegal fireworks inside the city limits. Police issued one warning. They received one noise complaint related to fireworks.

1:04 a.m. – Mark Daniel Guiley, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Jackson County.

1:25 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 29, cited for driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration.

8:08 a.m. – Robert Joseph Dandurand, 52, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1200 block of 13th. Vehicle impounded.

10:47 a.m. – Caller reported that another driver backed into her vehicle, 2295 Main St., Mobil station. Information exchanged. No citations. No injuries.

11:50 a.m. – Tabatha Lynn Rhodes, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Grants Pass.

1:25 p.m. – Dillon Kenneth White, 24, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured in two-vehicle crash, Main and Pleasant Valley.

1:57 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog was left in a vehicle with the windows barely rolled down, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded and determined it not to be a crime or violation.

2:46 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer placed it in found property.

4:04 p.m. – Caller reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle during the night and took various items, 1300 block of Sunset. Information noted.

5:35 p.m. – Caller reported a generator stolen, 1800 block of Tamarack. Report taken.

8:26 p.m. – Jackalyn Elise Arneson, 26, cited and released in field on Justice Court warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver and cited for driving uninsured, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

9:14 p.m. – Caller reported a mortar landing in front of her residence after ricocheting off her vehicle and nearly hitting her child, 100 block of E. Holley Road. Information noted. Mortar seized.

9:45 p.m. – Jeremy Thomas Chaney, 42, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of failure to perform the duties of a driver, 3300 block of Juniper. Cited and released.

10:18 p.m. – Caller reported legal fireworks falling into her yard and catching a small section on fire, 41st and Long. Officer contacted the group using the fireworks and learned that one had gone off in an unexpected direction, into the neighbor’s yard. The fire was extinguished, with no damage to property.

11:56 p.m. – Pamela Henderson, 61, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to install an ignition interlock device, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

July 3

Sweet Home Police Department received four reports of illegal fireworks inside the city limits. None located. No citations issued.

12:50 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 23, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 18th and Elm.

8:19 a.m. – Caller reported that a male and a female stole several items from his pickup, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at $524.95.

8:39 a.m. – Caller reported his gun was stolen, but he did not know when and where, 3500 block of Juniper. Information noted with a report to be forwarded to Tillamook Police Department.

9 a.m. – Caller reported that she believes someone tampered with her brakes, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Information noted.

9:56 a.m. – Caller reported that two trailers had been parked on the street for about three weeks, 4600 block of Live Oak. Officer advised the owner about the complaint. He agreed to move them to a different location.

10:30 a.m. – Report taken for violation of a stalking order, 38300 block of Highway 228.

10:47 a.m. – Caller reported her ex, against whom she has a restraining order, continues to harass her, 4900 block of Osage. Information noted. No violations at the time.

10:59 a.m. – Caller reported that someone cut the cap and lock off a water meter, 800 block of Cedar. Report taken.

11:05 a.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle had been parked on the street for three days, 1200 block of 46th. Officer unable to locate owner, and the caller was unavailable when the officer responded.

11:12 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his house and stole money from his safe, 1800 block of 12th.

12:11 p.m. – Austin Jackson, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation and Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, 41900 block of Marks Ridge. Transported to Linn County Jail.

12:31 p.m. – Caller reported that someone is using his identity to submit applications to various companies, 1400 block of Meadowlark. Report taken.

1:25 p.m. – Caller reported that a male crawled through a hole in his fence and was in his backyard, 2200 block of Long. Officer responded. The male was gone upon arrival. The caller said the male had once lived there and he wanted the male to move on.

3:26 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle pulled in front of her and the driver slammed on the brakes, gave an inappropriate hand gesture toward the caller and continued east on Main Street. Officer contacted the driver, who complained about the caller’s driving. Officer advised the driver on how to handle future problems.

3:47 p.m. – Caller reported a three-vehicle collision, 1600 block of Main. Drivers exchanged information. No injuries. No citations.

4:25 p.m. – Caller reported receiving threatening text messages from an unknown sender, 300 block of Holley. Information noted. Caller advised of options.

4:51 p.m. – Caller reported an unauthorized charge of $1,486 on his debit card, 39200 block of Crawfordsville Drive.

5:43 p.m. – Prestin James Hugley, 35, arrested for hit and run, 1283 44th Ave. Caller had reported a neighbor’s pickup was hit by another vehicle and the driver left the scene. Hugley cited and released.

8:29 p.m. – Jorge Hernandez-Jimenez, 27, turned himself in on Linn County warrant for driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released in field.

8:39 p.m. – Report taken for theft, 44900 block of Quartzville.

July 2

6:18 a.m. – Officer located a stray dog in the parking lot, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Dog placed in kennel.

7:49 a.m. – Caller reported someone was sleeping inside a car, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Officer contacted the owner of the vehicle. The owner said he was friends with residents there. Officer advised him of the complaint, and he agreed to move his vehicle.

10:35 a.m. – Betty Joline Banta, 45, cited for dog at large, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

12:03 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog attacked her uncle, 5300 block of Main. Officer contacted involved parties. The caller’s uncle did not have any injuries. Neighbor warned for dog at large.

12:42 p.m. – Caller reported that her daughter stole some of her belongings, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at less than $100.

1:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female fighting, 2100 block of Main. Male suspect left prior to officer arrival. Report taken. Minor physical disturbance. Non-mandatory arrest situation.

4:32 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 46, turned himself in on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

6:41 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle was taken about a half hour earlier, 845 6th Ave., United Methodist Church. Report taken. Loss valued at $340.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported that a male driver attempted to run over the caller, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken.

10:01 p.m. – Caller turned in a phone found at Highway 20 and Clark Mill. Placed in found property.

July 1

7:54 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s vehicle had been parked on the street for about two weeks, 1500 block of 9th. Vehicle posted for removal.

8:44 a.m. – Caroline Regina Pearson, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County warrant for failure to appear and probation violation on original charges of driving under the influence and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:45 a.m. – Caller reported someone painted on her fence, 1400 block of 54th. Caller just wanted information noted.

9:22 a.m. – Caller reported a dog had been stolen, 400 block of W. Holley Road. The caller reported that the person who found the dog refused to return it to the owner. The person who found the dog claimed the dog ran off about a week earlier and she didn’t know where it was. Investigation continuing.

9:47 a.m. – Officer located a camera that had been spray painted, 5200 block of Poplar. Report taken.

11:14 a.m. – Caller reported someone shot her car with a BB gun, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Damage valued at more than $500.

11:43 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered her vehicle and went through the glove box, 1800 block of Fir. Nothing was taken. The caller also located a phone under her car. Caller just wanted information noted at this time.

1:36 p.m. – Caller reported people are staying in an RV on her property without permission, 2200 block of Main. Officer responded. The RV belonged to the residents next door. Owner advised of the complaint, and he agreed to remove it from the property.

3:12 p.m. – Shane William Wells, 43, cited for driving while suspended, driving without insurance and failure to register vehicle and cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, Linn County warrant for failure to report as a sex offender and Albany warrant for failure to comply, 18th and railroad tracks.

3:14 p.m. – Deputies and medics located a female who had been in a kayak that had been found empty floating down the river, 42000 block of North River. The female sustained no injuries and had been rescued by a passing boater.

5:21 p.m. – Caller reported a power line lying in the roadway, 700 block of 8th. Officer responded. Phone line removed from the roadway. Phone company advised.

7:04 p.m. – Lynette Irene Johnson, 40, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured and arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, providing false information and a criminal citation, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:16 p.m. – Report taken for violation of an order, 27800 block of Meridian Heights Loop.

8:18 p.m. – Caller found a driver’s license in the parking lot, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Item placed in found property.

8:26 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog got out and attacked her dog, 1000 block of Wiley Creek. Officer warned and counseled the neighbor. The animal was somewhat contained, and the owner was working on a solution to keep the dog on the owner’s property.

9:15 p.m. – Caller found syringes in the trash can, 1203 Long St., All-Star Pizza. Officer disposed of the syringes.

9:24 p.m. – A 16-year-old male taken into custody for hit and ran, 12th and Tamarack. Caller had reported a vehicle crashed into a power pole and then left the scene. Juvenile referred to Juvenile Department and released to mother.

9:33 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors caused a small fire in the caller’s backyard from setting off fireworks, 1300 block of 2nd. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate.

9:43 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dog had been locked inside a barrel for a couple of days, 1000 block of 3rd. Officer delayed by other calls but would follow up the following day.

11:06 p.m. – Kristopher Ray Moak, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original two charges of possession of meth and one charge of driving under the influence, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Transported to Linn County Jail.
