6:04 a.m. – Caller reported four males pushing tires in the roadway, 1200 block of Wiley Creek. Officer unable to locate anyone matching descriptions.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was hit in the parking lot, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken for hit and run.
12:53 p.m. – Caller reported finding several items in a burn pile and they do not belong there, 1150 Elm St., Elm Street Baptist. Weed eater, two welders and a hand truck placed in found property.
1:04 p.m. – Caller reported face plates drilled out and stolen, 958 Main St., car wash. Report taken.
1:27 p.m. – Lawrence Lee Jones, 20, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and cited for minor in possession of alcohol and marijuana, westbound from Shea Point.
2:56 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked near the racquetball court for several days, 1712 11th Ave., Northside Park. Posted for removal.
3:19 p.m. – Two-vehicle rollover crash, 2400 block of Main. Multiple crash victims transported to hospital by medics. Report taken.

1:56 a.m. – Raymon Wayne Littell, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of negotiating a bad check, Linn County.
2:03 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping on the sidewalk and making strange noises, 1800 block of Fir. Officer contacted the male, who was fine, and advised him to move along.
9:23 a.m. – Jacob Reginald Bliss, 43, arrested for restraining order violation, 810 Dogwood St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:47 a.m. – Caller reported dropping his phone several hours earlier in the parking lot, 1540 Main St., Safeway. The caller then tracked his phone in the 2300 block of Main. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate.
11:25 a.m. – Angel Sue Johnson, 37, turned in herself on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released in field.
1:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole alcohol, 4824 Main St., Hilltop Market. When the caller confronted him, the male tried to assault the caller. Officer unable to locate the male. The caller did not want to pursue charges but requested that the male be trespassed from Hilltop and Foster Lake markets.
2:09 p.m. – Caller reported a power line came loose and was hanging 9 feet above the ground, 1700 block of Main. Officer responded. The line appeared to be a cable line that was not attached at either end. Dispatch left a message with Comcast.
4:05 p.m. – Caller reported an unconscious female in the bathroom, 1712 11th Ave., Northside Park. Female transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics.
4:33 p.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 29, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, 1500 block of Tamarack. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:08 p.m. – Gaylynn Wagner (Estep), 48, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.
7:22 p.m. – Sarah Marie Bubar, 22, cited for no seatbelt, eastbound Highway 20 near milepost 24.
9:44 p.m. – Kaleb James Elmer, 22, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation and Philomath warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
10:56 p.m. – Dean Patrick McCartin, 62, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1000 block of 38th. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded. Caller had reported a car in the ditch.

July 13
1:43 a.m. – Christopher Kirt Edward Kaufman, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree escape and third-degree possession of stolen property, Lebanon.
2:38 a.m. – Jeffery Daniel Anderson, 26, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 12th and Nandina. Cited and released. Officer had located multiple individuals involved in a physical alteration.
4:44 a.m. – Officer located a stray dog, 1800 block of Main. Placed in kennel.
10:54 a.m. – Caller reported that her father-in-law gave a check to a person claiming to be a Direct TV employee, 1900 block of 19th. Information noted.
11:43 a.m. – Caller reported a 10-year-old was bitten by a dog, 300 block of Juniper. Owner of dog given a quarantine order.
3:47 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog barks all night long and the owner will not stop the dog, 800 block of 27th. Officer responded. Area quiet upon arrival. Officer unable to locate any barking dogs.
5:24 p.m. – Abigael Elizabeth Wood, 30, arrested for unlawful use of a credit card, first-degree theft and computer crime, 13th and Main.
6:41 p.m. – Caller reported a small dog in a car, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Owner left with the dog while officer was inside the store looking for the owner. The dog did not seem to be in distress.
8 a.m. – Caller reported two dogs running on the highway, 5300 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.
8:58 p.m. – Caller reported that her dog was taken by a woman at Safeway, 1540 Main St., about two weeks earlier. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
9:23 p.m. – Eric Raymond Shipp, 43, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Caller had reported that a male subject took a bag of items, refused to pay and sat outside the door saying he wanted to go to jail.
July 12
2:52 a.m. – Caller reported that a garage door was open, 400 block of Juniper. Officer responded, left message for the owner, closed the door and secured the residence.
2:54 a.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 35, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, Sunshine Espresso.
2:57 a.m. – Caller reported a dog barking all night, 800 block of 27th. Officer unable to find where the barking was coming from. The dog had quieted down.
4:59 a.m. – Caller reported a window broken out of the neighbor’s car and a suspicious male in the area, 1200 block of 23rd. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. Loss valued at less than $99.
5:14 a.m. – Christine Lorraine Reigstad, 51, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Dallas. Cited and released.
8:18 a.m. – Kyle Alexander Richards, 25, arrested for first-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass, 960 Poplar St. Caller had reported that someone was at a vacant residence.
9:51 a.m. – Caller reported a deer was hit in front of his business, 250 Main St., OK Country Feed. Officer responded and dispatched the deer. Public Works advised.
12:32 p.m. – Caller located new plates in the roadway, 200 block of 5th. Officer seized the plates.
3:18 p.m. – caller reported fuel stolen during the night, 1600 block of Fir. Report taken.
4:48 p.m. – Colton James Pickett, 16, cited for disobeying a traffic control device in a two-vehicle crash, 44th and Main. No injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
4:53 p.m. – Officer located a non-injury crash, 12th and Main. Information exchanged.
6:19 p.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 24, arrested on Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and possession of burglar tools and a new charge of third-degree escape, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released.
7:44 p.m. – Euvonne Murphy, 78, cited for driving while suspended, Main and 15th.
8:10 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was hit while she was in Safeway, 1540 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at less than $500.
8:53 p.m. – Ray Knight, 55, and Annette Bain, 55, cited for trespassing, 51100 block of Quartzville. While on patrol, deputy located an illegal camp.
July 11
12:12 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in the lobby, 1303 Long St., Sweet Home Post Office. Officer contacted a male, who moved along.
4:44 a.m. – Caller reported a door was open on a vehicle and no one was around, 47th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the owner. Nothing was missing. Owner was uncertain if the vehicle was secured.
7:35 a.m. – Caller reported a theft, 41200 block of Sun Lane. Report taken.
7:51 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping on Weddle Bridge, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Officer issued a 30-day exclusion to a 20-year-old male. Officer seized a marijuana pipe on the bridge.
9:42 a.m. – Caller reported a fuel line on a vehicle had been cut, 400 block of Maple. Report taken. Damage valued at $100.
9:59 a.m. – Officer located garbage dumped in the 2000 block of Willow. Investigation continuing.
10:07 a.m. – Caller reported a camp set up in the woods, 1900 block of 20th. Officer located tent. No one was in or around it.
10:24 a.m. – Officer located a bicycle, 2000 block of Willow. Placed in found property.
10:24 a.m. – Caller reported a trailer full of metal parked on the side of the road, Willow and 20th. Trailer posted for removal.
1:46 p.m. – Caller reported that someone backed into the caller’s vehicle on July 8 while parked at Foster Lake.
4:44 p.m. – Caller reported a log truck parked facing the wrong direction, 1700 block of Dogwood. Officer responded. No answer at the door. Officer left a card advising of the complaint.
6:37 p.m. – Caller captured a dog she saw jump out of a vehicle at Safeway, 1540 Main St. She did not want to give it back to the owner because she has witnessed it being abused before. Officer advised the caller to take the animal back and return it to the owner.
8:06 p.m. – Caller found an Oregon Trail card on the sidewalk, 2000 block of Main. Placed in found property.
8:20 p.m. – Caller reported that he had just allowed a male claiming to be with Dish Network to come into his house, 800 block of 4th. He looked at the TV equipment and then left. The caller then called Dish Network and learned it had no employees in the area. Officer responded and located two males in a vehicle matching the caller’s description. They advised they work for another corporation, which provides updated TV equipment. Officer advised them to be very clear on what they do and who they work for when they are contacting people. Caller advised of the situation.
9:09 p.m. – Casey Rae McDowell, 29, arrested on state warrant for parole violation and charged with possession of meth and distribution of meth, 9th and Elm. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:04 p.m. – Caller reported dogs barking, 18th and Dogwood. Officer unable to locate.
July 10
7:17 a.m. – Caller found a syringe near a dumpster, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer disposed of the syringe.
8:04 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a vehicle, 100 block of Alder. Report taken.
9:23 a.m. – Caller reported that a male walked into her residence uninvited on July 8, 1800 block of Tamarack. Information noted.
10:13 a.m. – Caller reported dogs are allowed to roam the neighborhood, 800 block of 18th. Officer contacted and counseled the owner on the law. The dogs were not running around at that time.
10:20 a.m. – Caller found a syringe, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Officer disposed of syringe.
10:35 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 3100 block of Long. Report taken.
12:50 p.m. – Caller reported a lawnmower stolen from a shed, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken.
3:29 p.m. – A 17-year-old male taken into custody and referred to the Juvenile Department for third-degree theft and unlawful possession of oxycodone, 900 block of 2nd.
5:59 p.m. – Amanda Leah Binks, 25, turned in herself on Linn County supervisory warrant for contempt of court, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
6:55 p.m. – Caller reported he found skateboards in the bushes, railroad trestle and 47th. Placed in found property.
9:10 p.m. – Caller reported two males stole beer and returned them when confronted, 1937 Main St., Dollar General. Subjects trespassed.
9:17 p.m. – Caller reported finding three syringes in an ex-roommate’s room, 800 block of 14th. Officer disposed of syringes.
11:35 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking outside, 800 block of 4th. Officer sat in the area but did not hear any barking.
June 9
7:33 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog barks nonstop every day starting at 6 a.m., 300 block of 7th. Email sent to code enforcement.
7:42 a.m. – Caller reported a large dog running loose and growling at the caller when he tried to run it off, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Officer contacted the owner, who was able to get it home. Owner warned for dog at large.
10:47 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor parks his vehicle the wrong direction every day, 1600 block of Fir. Officer contacted the owner of the vehicle and advised of the complaint.
10:52 a.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 300 block of Ironwood. Officer responded. Dog ran back to the owner’s garage.
11:22 a.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 37th Circle. Officer unable to locate.
12:12 p.m. – Caller reported a dog was out on the sidewalk and barking at passersby, 1200 block of Nandina. Officer responded. The dog was back in the house. Owner warned for dog at large.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported that a boat caused a wake that damaged another boat on July 4 on Green Peter Reservoir then left without providing contact information, 45000 block of Quartzville. Report taken.
12:57 p.m. – Caller reported a very sick dog lying on the sidewalk and growling at people as they walk by, 1100 block of Poplar. The dog looked like it was foaming at the mouth. Officer unable to locate.
1:52 p.m. – Caller brought in a dog she located in the 2200 block of Nandina. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.
2:26 p.m. – Caller reported a dog had been barking all day, 300 block of 7th. Officer unable to contact owner and left business card.
2:46 p.m. – Caller reported that his daughter was bitten by her grandmother’s dog, 4610 Main St.
3:30 p.m. – Caller reported a credit card stolen and used, 1100 block of 24th. Report taken.
3:31 p.m. – Caller found a syringe in the bushes, 3200 block of Main. Officer disposed of the syringe.
5:08 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run to a parked vehicle at Foster Lake. Report taken.
8:33 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor was yelling curse words through a megaphone, 4200 block of Long. Officer contacted the neighbor and counseled her for the noise issue. The neighbor said it was because the caller was throwing rocks at her residence. Caller advised. Report to be forwarded to Mental Health.
9:47 p.m. – Officer found a bicycle, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Placed in found property.
11:37 p.m. – A 16-year-old male referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco and marijuana, 900 block of Terrace. Items seized.
11:42 p.m. – Zachary Kurt Rose, 31, cited and released in field for second-degree disorderly conduct, and John Andrew Mance, 30, arrested for disorderly conduct, Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation and Linn County warrants for strangulation, menacing, interfering with making a report, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, reckless driving, misdemeanor driving while suspended and probation violation on original charges of driving under the influence and two counts of recklessly endangering another person, 1000 block of Long. Mance transported to Linn County Jail. Officer had located a disturbance while on patrol.
