2:19 a.m. – Keegan Krist Bergerson, 30, cited for driving while suspended and defective taillight, 22nd and Larch.

2:30 a.m. – Nolan Andrew Carruth, 27, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 14th Avenue near Sankey Park. Cited, held for detox and released.

4:09 a.m. – Caller reported his car was stolen, 4500 block of Kalmia. He woke up, heard the engine running, and then the vehicle was gone. Report taken.

9:41 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two acoustic guitars from his campsite, Jamboree RV 4, off 22nd Avenue. Report taken. Guitars valued at $1,000.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported his trailer was entered and items valued at $600 were stolen, Jamboree RV 4, off 22nd Avenue. Report taken.

3:34 p.m. – Tracie Ann Rider, 30, cited for following too closely in two-vehicle crash, 900 block of Main. Second driver was Wayne Dunson, 74. No injuries.

8:17 p.m. – Caller reported his vehicle had been hit, 1300 block of Long. Report taken.

8:54 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Carrico, 29, arrested for second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Approximately $150 in property reported stolen.

11:04 p.m. – Kent Tyler Stoffer, 17, cited for driving outside of restrictions of provisional license, 1800 block of Kalmia.

11:37 p.m. – Richard Alonzo De Santis, 39, cited and released in field for placing offensive substance in water or highway, 1300 block of Long. Caller had reported a male urinating in public.

7:19 a.m. – Caller reported that items were stolen from her trailer, Jamboree RV 1, Sankey Park. Report taken.

7:55 a.m. – Krista Arlene Curtis, 35, arrested for second-degree theft by receiving, 732 Ninth Ave. Cited and released. Items valued at approximately $700 were recovered and returned to owner.

1:26 a.m. – Casey Eugene Hanscam, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft,. Cited and released.

9:48 a.m. – Caller reported a nude male on the beach area, grassy area near Foster Dam. Officer unable to locate.

4:12 p.m. – Nicholas Aaron Tyree, 31, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, 1000 block of Long. Cited and released.

6:11 p.m. – Cody Samuel Akers, 20, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, Jamboree.

6:17 p.m. – Medics responded to an alcohol overdose, Jamboree Campground 16.

6:46 p.m. – Megan Jane Alfaro, 20, cited for driving uninsured, 43rd Avenue.

8:46 p.m. – Candace Caroline Templin, 30, cited for failure to wear seatbelt, 22nd and Long.

9:05 p.m. – Steven John Doll, 53, cited for speeding, 51-35.

10:32 p.m. – Corey Allan Bozich, 25, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal mischief, Jamboree.

10:40 p.m. – Vladimir Tomas Nekvapil II, 35, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, 2200 block of Main. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

11:43 p.m. – Sirena Marie Patricio, 21, cited and released in field for harassment, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller had reported a female threatening to fight him.

11:47 p.m. – Clifton Wade Landers, 37, arrested for driving under the influence, First Baptist Church. Cited and released.

7 a.m. – Caller reported a car hit a nutria, 700 block of Long. Officer responded. Animal dispatched.

8:17 a.m. – Caller reported an out-of-state motor home parked backward with its tipout over the sidewalk, 1600 block of Fir. Referred to code enforcement.

8:58 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of eight fishing poles worth $440, Sweet Home High School baseball field. Report taken.

9:45 a.m. – A bicycle was left in the field just east of Trailer Villa, 3100 block of Main. Bike placed in property shed.

11:36 a.m. – Dustin Jon Hall, 28, cited for failure to obey traffic control device in two-vehicle crash, 15th and Nandina. Second driver was Krystal McKenzie Juza, 20. No injuries.

2:15 p.m. – Caller reported two intoxicated subjects jumped the fence at the Jamboree. Subjects escorted off property and trespassed for the remainder of the weekend.

2:43 p.m. – Eddie Homer Martini, 21, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 18th near Jamboree. Cited, held for detox and released.

2:56 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, 12th and Elm. Drivers were Jeri Kay Dodge, 56, and Harlee Jewel Brendle, 18. No citations. No injuries.

4:19 p.m. – Caller reported finding a bicycle frame behind his apartment, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Frame placed in property.

5:01 p.m. – Caller located a watch in the Safeway parking lot, 1540 Main St. Watch placed in property.

6:15 p.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping inside the bottle room, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Employees did not wish for male to be trespassed and just wanted him to move along. Male moved on.

6:41 p.m. – Jimmy Leon Coonrod, 61, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, 1525 Main St.

7:10 a.m. – Lisa Marie Krisman, 42, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1827 12th Ave.

7:17 p.m. – Tevita Jason Hufanga, 18, cited for speeding, Highway 20 milepost 24.

7:38 p.m. – Marlin Edward Weikel II, 25, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, Jamboree Camp Four. Cited and released.

7:48 p.m. – Jacob Allen Maas, 16, cited for speeding, 91-55, Highway 20 milepost 23.

7:52 p.m. – Neil David Van Epps, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for two counts of identity theft and Linn County warrant for second-degree theft and cited for driving uninsured and switched plates, 1140 12th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:58 p.m. – Caller located drug paraphernalia at the Jamboree security gates. Property seized.

8:10 p.m. – Michael Wayne Green, 44, arrested for possession of meth and second-degree disorderly conduct after a disturbance near stage left, Jamboree. Cited and released.

8:32 p.m. – Samantha Nicole Smart, 19, cited for speeding, 79-55, Highway 20 milepost 24.

8:54 p.m. – Justin Ray Wolford, 33, arrested for driving under the influence and cited for failure to wear helmet and maintain lane, 2200 block of Long. Cited and released.

10:08 p.m. – David Michael Tunnell, 27, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Main and 10th.

10:26 p.m. – Daniel Thomas Flatt, 20, cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol, Jamboree.

10:30 p.m. – Stanley Edward Gray, 50, arrested for driving under the influence, 12th and Osage. Cited and released.

10:44 p.m. – Male transported to Sweet Home Police Department and held for detox. Caller had located a male subject passed out on sidewalk, 1890 Kalmia St.

11:51 p.m. – Timothy Henry Schaffner, 62, cited for operating a vehicle while using a mobile communications device, 600 block of Main.

Aug. 1

9:39 a.m. – Caller reported that residents had put out barricades to block the street in front of their houses and a vacant house across the street, 2200 block of Kalmia. Referred to code enforcement.

9:54 a.m. – Caller reported renters had forged a rental agreement with six names and damaged a unit, 1800 block of 12th. Report taken.

10:18 a.m. – Caller reported finding a backpack with syringes under the trees in her yard, 1400 block of 53rd. Property collected.

11:10 a.m. – Caller reported that the windshield was broken out of his vehicle, 1200 block of 37th. Report taken.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported that the windshield was broken out of her truck and a mortar was stuck in the tailpipe, 2300 block of Harding. Report taken.

12:40 p.m. – Daniel Eugene McCarty, 53, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, Linn County warrant for two counts of possession of meth; Linn County warrant for second-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrant for possession of meth, 1890 Kalmia St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

2:14 p.m. – Bradley Marion Pugh, 29, arrested for third-degree theft, 1800 block of 18th. Cited and released.

3:30 p.m. – Caller reported finding some of his stolen property, 1000 block of 13th.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported a large motor home was parked on the street instead of using a campground, 1600 block of Long. Referred to code enforcement.

5:01 p.m. – Kaynalynn Marie McCord, 17, cited for careless driving in two-vehicle crash. Caller reported a green pickup had slammed into the back of a trailer that was turning, 4800 block of Main. Second driver was Guadalupe Guerrero, 72.

9:30 p.m. – Caller reported a male just stole batteries and left on a BMX bike, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.

July 31

1:28 a.m. – Brian Clayton Braught, 24, arrested for driving under the influence, 3200 block of Main. Cited and released.

1:29 a.m. – Caller reported that a male just tore a banner off the fence at Chewy’s, 1200 12th Ave. Officer attempted to locate and trespass the male.

1:41 a.m. – Caller reported a motorcycle accident west of Pleasant Valley on Main Street. Male transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Investigation continuing. Vehicle impounded.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported missing items from a shop over the past couple of weeks, 5100 block of Redwood. Report taken.

1:21 p.m. – Lyle Allen Braaten, 53, arrested on state warrant for parole violation, 1220 23rd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

2:33 p.m. – Veronica Lynn Schmidt, 24, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 12th and Elm.

4:51 p.m. – Jeannie Gail Hardwick, 39, cited for driving while suspended and endangering child passenger, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

8:42 p.m. – Rachel Elizabeth Crisp, 14; Natasha Lynn Ellison, 14; and Devin Ray Rogers, 16, taken into custody for first-degree criminal trespass, 2165 Cedar St. Ellison also referred to Juvenile Department for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. All released to parents.

July 30

10:12 a.m. – Caller reported someone living in a vehicle, 200 block of Highway 228. Referred to code enforcement.

10:37 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti, 1100 block of Long. Damage approximately $40. Report taken.

2:27 p.m. – John Pablo Scott, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court for nonpayment of a traffic fine, 1849 Ulex St. Cited and released.

3:35 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a battery from his boat, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Value was approximately $70.

4:04 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his home, 100 block of 10th. Report taken.

4:56 p.m. – Matthew Jose Lizezey, 19, arrested for first-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Caller reported an employee in custody for theft of $1,176 in cash.

5:15 p.m. – Caller reported someone had fraudulently charged $53.85 to his bank account, 27800 block of Meridian Heights Loop. Report taken.

5:17 p.m. – Caller turned in a skateboard found behind the Rio Theater. Placed in found property.

9:03 p.m. – Christopher William Jurica, 18, cited and released in field for harassment, and Justin James Patton, 14, referred to Juvenile Department for second-degree criminal mischief, 1700 block of Long.

12:29 p.m. – Caller reported that her bank account was accessed, and $24,000 was missing, 40100 block of Mountain Home. Report taken.

2:08 p.m. – Jeremy Michael Hicks, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 12th and Redwood. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

2:35 p.m. – Caller’s husband found a set of keys with a broken fob on Highway 20 east of the city limits. Keys placed in found property.

3:23 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a bicycle valued at $400, 500 block of Mountain View. Report taken.

3:38 p.m. – Cassie Marie Taylor, 20, arrested for restraining order violation, 799 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:09 p.m. – Dewayne Lee Edwards, 40, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and Shonnacee Jahreese Banks, 30, arrested on Salem warrant for failure to appear on trespass, 4220 Long St. Cited and released.
