June 6

11:26 a.m. – Multiple callers reported a broken-down vehicle near the intersection of Marks Ridge Drive/Ridgeway Road. Male was just trying to fix a car.

June 7

2:53 a.m. – Deputy observed a vehicle parked alongside the road near the intersection of McDowell Creek Drive/Pleasant Valley Road. Contacted operator, who said he was waiting for a friend to go hiking.

4:48 a.m. – Deputy contacted a vehicle parked on the side of the road near the intersection of McDowell Creek Drive/Pleasant Valley Road with four-way emergency lights activated. The driver was waiting for a friend to bring gas; about 30 minutes out. (Sheriff’s Office: This and the previous report were separate incidents.)

10:43 a.m. – Caller reported a laser stolen June 2 from his work pickup, White’s Park. A burgundy PT cruiser was parked near it during the theft, then returned. Officer responded; a report was taken for first-degree theft.

10:53 a.m. – Caller reported her vehicle stolen sometime the previous evening, 1800 block of Vine St. Officer responded; a report was taken for first-degree theft. No vehicle information.

11:36 a.m. – Multiple callers reported a motor-vehicle crash in the area, 45th Avenue/Main Street. Dylan Jaymes Johnston, 30, was cited for driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

12:43 p.m. – Fraud reported in the 39400 block of Hwy. 228. According to the Sheriff’s Office, someone opened an account at Verizon in the victim’s name, using his personal identifiers. Victim found out when he was sent a bill for $330. Report taken.

3:30 p.m. – Caller reported a male crashing a vehicle into a building, Dairy Queen, 1364 Main St. Officer responded; a report was taken for a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

6:08 pm. – Destry Dion Myronenko, 46, of Sweet Home, was arrested for offensive littering after, according to Sheriff’s Office, he drove by a deputy who was parked to type a report and threw a beverage container from his vehicle directly in front of deputy’s vehicle, parked near intersection of Port Drive/Walkerwood Lane. Report taken.

7:29 p.m. – Caller reported a broken window and stolen purse, 3200 block of Long St. A report was taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft.

8:11 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor having a mental health issue, ripping up and attempting to steal the caller’s flowers, 1830 block of Fir St. A report was taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

10:12 p.m. – Caller reported customers entering to get change for a $50 bill and taking both the change and the bill, Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long St. A report was taken for third-degree theft.

June 8

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported theft of mailbox valued at $100, 28200 block Ridgeway Rd. Report taken.

June 9

1:18 a.m. – Kyle Frederick, 25, of Lebanon, was cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended and for a warrant, 1000 block of Long St. Report taken.

1:57 p.m. – Helen Rochelle Thompson, 53, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for negotiating a bad check, Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

3:08 p.m. – Caller reported that a male pointed a gun at him and tried to steal his vehicle, Safeway, 1540 Main St. Allen Dale Ensley, 33, was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm, second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful use of a weapon. Arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief.

June 10

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle break-in in the 44900 block of Quartzville Rd. A Glock 43 9mm handgun in a holster, plus two sets of keys were reported missing. Total value: $920. Report taken.

10:51 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to Sweet Home Police Department, 1950 Main St., to pick up a dog. The dog was in bad physical condition and taken to a veterinarian by LCSO. Sweet Home police investigating animal neglect case.

12:43 p.m. – Jordan Nicole Moore, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card, Lebanon Police Department.

12:58 p.m. – Caller reported several thefts involving a female, Thriftway, 621 Main St. Cristy Jane Cromwell, 41, was cited and released for third-degree theft X3. Approximate loss of value: $21.17. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2; a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft; a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of meth possession, a criminal citation X5, third-degree theft, meth possession and a criminal citation X3; a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession and a Polk County Circuit Court warrant for false information/reckless burning.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported a warrant-less search without consent on a house in the 44200 block North River Drive by a non-law enforcement agency. Report taken.

2:42 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office recovered mail discarded at the timber gate off McDowell Creek Drive. Mail returned, report taken. 28500 block Ridgeway Road.

3:47 p.m. – Karla Salladay, 74, was cited and released for second-degree animal neglect, Sun Motel, 3026 U.S. Hwy. 20.

4:19 p.m. – Caller reported wanting to trespass a male who refused to leave, Sun Motel. Alex Levitsky, 38, cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

5:56 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a male throwing cones, barricades and garbage into the roadway, 22nd Avenue/Main St. He had also started a fire on the sidewalk, but it was extinguished. Alex Levitsky, 38, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, and offensive littering.

6:17 p.m. – A campsite occupant in the 44700 block of Quartzville Road was contacted about the condition of a camp and excessive trash. Instructed by the Sheriff’s Office to clean up and vacate the site.

7:34 p.m. – Clayton Mayfield, age not available, was cited for driving while suspended, 1600 block Main St.

7:37 p.m. – Citizen found a wallet near a local market and took it to the Sweet Home Police Department. Deputy responded and returned the wallet to its rightful owner in the 38300 block of Main St.

8:47 p.m. – Rhonda Sparks, age not available, cited for driving without license, 6000 block of Hwy. 20.

June 11

4:20 p.m. – Caller reported a customer’s vehicle had been entered the previous evening, O&M Point S Tire & Auto, 4420 U.S. Hwy. 20. An officer responded. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

4:23 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:16 p.m. – Richard Stephens, 51, was cited for driving without insurance, operating an unsafe vehicle and for warrants after, according to the Sheriff’s Office, he crashed his vehicle into a shed, fence and another vehicle in the 29500 block of Berlin Road. Report taken.

7:26 p.m. – Deputy recovered a stolen vehicle that had been crashed, McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block McDowell of Creek Drive. Report taken.

8:10 p.m. – Bryce Taylor Keenon, 25, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon Police Department.

9:39 p.m. – Caller reported that a trespassed male was refusing to leave, 3000 block of Main St. Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

9:52 p.m. – Chelsie Leann Baxter was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license.

11:03 p.m. – Lisabeth Ellen Herron was cited for no valid driver’s license, Fourth Ave./Hwy. 228.

June 12

1:20 a.m. – Caller reported a trespassed male on a resident’s porch knocking on the door and refusing to leave, 1200 block of 47th Ave. Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

6:10 p.m. – Callers reported an out-of-control intoxicated female throwing rocks at people, 1800 block of Yucca St. Cheryl-Lynn Elizabeth Johnson was cited and released for harassment.

6:34 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of someone shooting near caller’s property in the 44200 block of North River Drive. Deputies contacted the shooter, who was doing so legally.
