May 29

10:16 a.m. – Deputy patrolling the 44900 block of Quartzville Road found a tree across what appeared to be high-tension lines. Learned they were phone lines, so no power issues, but the tree put enough pressure on the lines that it broke six poles supporting the lines up and blocked roadway access. A Pacific Power employee assisted by raising lines temporarily so traffic could leave the area.

12:24 p.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.

12:26 p.m. – Tia Johnston, 34, was cited for driving uninsured, 2400 block of Main St.

1:05 p.m. – Caller reported that a worker saw a male attempting to steal from the Public Works Maintenance Yard, 1400 24th Ave. Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief.

4:18 p.m. – Stolen trailer recovered in the 45600 block of Sunnyside Road. The white enclosed 12-foot, single-axle cargo trailer was originally stolen in April from Edgewater RV Park. Sheriff’s Office seeking suspect(s). Report taken.

6:24 p.m. – Faith Jasmine Hodge, 20, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duties of a driver when property was damaged, 1950 Main St. Cited for dog as a public nuisance.

7:34 p.m. – Illegal camp located in 44500 Quartzville Road at Milepost 3. Male and female in a tent were told to move on.

9:12 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Oregon State Police.

9:15 p.m. – The Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported an overdose, 1030 block of 13th Ave. Officer responded; a male was transported by medics. Karen Rene Davis, 54, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of meth and unlawful possession of a firearm.

May 30

3:20 a.m. – Trevor Joel Brown, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Corvallis Police Department.

3:36 a.m. – David Sterling Schwan, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

4:40 a.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 24, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

8:19 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of theft of tools and electrical wire from a work van in the 27500 block of Riggs Hill Road. Ongoing investigation. Report taken.

9:37 a.m. – Caller reported attempted fuel theft in 38400 block Hwy. 228. Requested extra patrol.

10:24 a.m. – Caller reported she was scammed out of $5,900. She purchased gift cards, as instructed by the scammer, then found out it was bogus.

12:16 p.m. – Caller reported the use of a debit card without permission, 1800 Kalmia Street. Report taken for fraudulent use of credit card and second-degree theft. Value: $122.17

1:14 p.m. – Alyssa Thomas, 23, of Lebanon, was cited and released on warrant, 44900 block of Quartzville Road.

1:19 p.m. – Lawrence Lee Jones, 24, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Philomath Police Department.

4 p.m. – Robert Lee Edblom, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

May 31

4:35 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 26, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Corvallis Police Department.

5:21 a.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 33, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duties of a driver when property was damaged, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

2:16 p.m. – Crystal Marie Woodward, 39, a transient out of Albany, cited and released on warrant, 45600 block Sunnyside Rd. Report taken.

9:23 p.m. – Deputy responded to a traffic hazard in the 48100 block of Cascadia Drive. Subjects were unloading a vehicle and said they would be done and have it moved within a few minutes. They were gone when the deputy checked back 20 minutes later.

June 1

1:24 a.m. – Joseph Salley, 49, of Sweet Home, cited and released on a warrant following a traffic stop at Ridgeway Road/Shady Lane. Report taken.

2:18 a.m. – Loyd Everett Patten, 55, of Albany, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 60th Ave./Hwy. 20.

4:17 a.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 31, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended. 14th Ave./Kalmia St.

4:40 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office responded to the third mental health call for service in 24 hours in the 800 block of 43rd Ave. Adult Protective Services contacted and is involved.

8:09 a.m. – Bryanah Paige Tranilla, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

8:58 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass X2 and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal trespass, a criminal citation X10, possession of meth, and a criminal citation X8.

10:06 a.m. – Kimberly Renee Lunn, 53, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

6:56 p.m. – Caller reported animals in the area of Old Hufford/Quartzville Road. This location is open range.

June 2

2:13 a.m. – A male was refusing to leave after being trespassed earlier from Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long St. The subject left prior to an officer’s arrival but was found outside of the business. Colton Robert Michael Rictor, 20, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft. Detained on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Also detained on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for theft by receiving.

11:54 a.m. – Melissa Merlene Nelson, 51, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.

2:24 p.m. – Motor home in a ditch removed from Sunnyside Road, just north of North River Drive. It had been tagged for removal.

9:02 p.m. – Three juveniles were determined to be minors in possession, 6300 block of Hwy. 20. One was reported as a runaway. All three were released to their parents. Report taken.

9:02 p.m. – Bobby Alan Erickson, 28, was arrested for first-degree sexual abuse, 800 block of Cedar St.

11:03 p.m. – Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 2405 Main St.

June 3

8:49 a.m. – Danny Ray Roebuck, 67, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.

10:10 a.m. – Fight involving minors reported in the 44900 block of Quartzville Road. One suffered minor injuries, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

6:22 p.m. – Brian Courtright, 38, was arrested for menacing, harassment and interference with making a report, Linn County Jail.

6:33 p.m. – Thomas Tackett, 66, was cited and released for failing to register as a sex offender and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 49th Avenue/Main Street westbound.

10:34 p.m. – Caller reported that a female hit him in the face and shoved him as he walked away, 1100 block of 12th Ave. Officer responded. Ashley Price, 29, was cited and released for harassment.

June 4

2:20 a.m. – Kristin Free OIson, 37, of Junction City cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended, Main St./22nd Ave.

2:48 a.m. – James Wood, 37, of Sweet Home, was transported to County Jail after arrest on warrant, 1000 block of N. River Drive.

5:12 a.m. – Jamie Carpenter, 46, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree attempted burglary, third-degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X2 and failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth, Ashbrook Park.

9:03 a.m. – Caller reported lost firearm in Sunnyside Park, 44900 block Quartzville Rd.

5:26 p.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 31, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.

11:54 p.m. – Deputy instructed campers along Foster Lake, 6100 block Hwy. 20, to move on.

June 5

1:54 a.m. – Caller reported that a young male had kicked in a neighbor’s door, 1900 block of 18th Ave. Damion Aragon, 25, was cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.

10:43 a.m. – Caller reported being advanced upon by an unleashed dog. He then kicked the animal, whose owners then began yelling at and threatening him, 1500 block of Tamarack St. Franklin Luster Cutbirth, 41, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license.

11:18 a.m. – Chavana Ann Bowser, 30, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 12th Avenue/railroad tracks. Jacob Thomas Salvador, 29, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for false information.

12:10 p.m. – Nicholas Scott Warren, 42, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass X4 and reckless burning, 15th Avenue/Safeway.

12:18 p.m. – Caller reported a crash involving a car and bus 22nd Avenue/Main Street. Minor injuries. Damages: more than $2,500.

1:37 p.m. – Caller reported dogs attacking a goat in the 1600 block of Cedar St. Laura Hughes, 46, was cited for dog as a public nuisance.

2:33 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a male blocking the roadway with cones and throwing them and rocks at vehicles, 1st Avenue/Main Street. Police and Sheriff’s deputies responded. Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct.

6:57 p.m. – Caller reported a female apparently under the influence driving around the parking lot, 621 Main St. Officer responded. The woman hit a wall. Mica West, 31, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and resisting arrest.

7:21 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office reported snow in several spots between mileposts 39 and 44 on Quartzville Road.

10:22 p.m. – Ryan Dale Magee, 45, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and theft of services, Deschutes County.
