8:27 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke into All Star Auto during the weekend, 1801 Main St. Report taken.

12:06 p.m. – Caller reported that a male took the wrong hay, worth $20, 250 Main St., OK Country Feed. Report taken.

2:41 a.m. – Jeremy Michael Hicks, 34, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1200 block of Tamarack. Cited and released.

7:47 a.m. – Taijin Wang, 22, cited for speeding, 78-45, Riggs Hill and Main.

9:09 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Ledgerwood II, 21, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and Mason William Monroe, 22, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and Linn County supervisory warrant, Chevron at 13th and Main. 11:03 a.m. – Kevin Wayne Johnston, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Jail.

11:07 a.m. – Caller reported finding an arrow in his backyard, 900 block of Poplar. Officer contacted a male juvenile who admitted to shooting the toy. Juvenile advised of city ordinance and warned.

11:38 a.m. – Caller reported hitting debris in roadway during the weekend, damaging her truck, Long and Airport. Report taken.

11:58 a.m. – Caller reported a male transient sleeping on Weddle Bridge. Officer responded and contacted several juveniles and one adult on the bridge. The male was fine and did not want any medical attention.

2:07 p.m. – Caller reported a new driveway installed without a permit, 3200 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.

2:13 p.m. – Caller reported a lock had been cut on a storage unit, 987 Nandina St. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.

4:36 p.m. – Michael Aaron Kahrmann, 18, cited and released in field for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, 1300 block of Nandina. Caller had reported a young male lying on the sidewalk crying and screaming. When approached by the caller, he said he had no home.

5:03 p.m. – Michael Aaron Kahrmann, 18, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 1336 Nandina St. Transported to jail and held for detox. Caller reported a subject crying and screaming again.

6 p.m. – Michael Aaron Kahrmann, 18, arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. While in custody, subject allegedly urinated on the inside of the cell door.

March 22

3:56 p.m. – Caller reported that someone shot a hole through a window, and the bullet was still stuck in the wall, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Report taken.

5:43 p.m. – Caller reported her bike, worth $150, was stolen, 1200 block of 37th. Report taken.

6:55 p.m. – Off-duty Lebanon police officer followed a vehicle into town from the west city limits. The vehicle was unable to maintain lane. Officer responded. The driver was not impaired. The driver has poor driving ability. Driver warned.

8:51 a.m. – Caller reported a stolen pickup truck, 28700 block of Liberty. Report taken.

10:32 a.m. – Caller reported a load of roofing materials dumped on his property, 29500 block of Berlin. Report taken.

5:39 p.m. – Caller reported that a male hit the caller and caller’s husband, 24800 block of West Brush Creek. Report taken.

7:07 a.m. – Caller reported that a service truck was entered and a Victor Professional series torch set was stolen, 39900 block of Highway 228. Report taken.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a call from a “detective,” who told her that her grandson was in jail and needed $5,000. He told her to go get some cards. Report taken for fraud.

2:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a female just rammed her car and took off, 26900 block of Old Holley. Report taken.

8:16 a.m. – Caller reported that someone tried to break into the buildings at Gilliland Cemetery. The front door was off the hinges. Report taken.
