April 6

8:16 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle cashed into a carport, 43100 block of North River. No injuries, and the suspect left the scene. Investigation ongoing.

April 5

4:14 p.m. – Caller reported receiving notices she had been denied a credit card and line of credit that she did not apply for, 41900 block of Marks Ridge. Report taken.

April 3

7:54 a.m. – Caller reported a shoplifter, 40100 block of Highway 228, Holley Market. Surveillance footage showed a man stealing a beer and putting it in his pants. The video also showed the male putting the beer back in the cooler. Deputy searched the area but was unable to locate the male.

10:03 a.m. – Michelle Ray, 28, arrested on two outstanding warrants and giving false information to a police officer, 39800 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:22 a.m. – Chadd Nickle arrested on Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 39800 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

April 1

12:32 a.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 25, cited for driving while suspended, 2400 block of Long.

1:49 a.m. – Eric Carlson, 31, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, reckless driving, failure to carry and present a license and giving false information to a police officer after being pulled over for allegedly driving at 107 miles per hour, Highway 20. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:15 a.m. – Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on two original counts of harassment and original charge of second-degree criminal mischief; Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended; and Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment, attempted class C felony and coercion, 2100 block of Long. Cited and released.

8:42 a.m. – Caller found a used syringe on the ground, 2200 block of Main. Officer disposed of the syringe.

9:18 a.m. – Caller reported fraud on an account, 1140 12th Ave., City Hall. Report taken.

9:39 a.m. – Caller reported an old Mason Lodge sign taken, 942 Main St., old Mason Lodge. Report taken.

12:37 p.m. – Jordyn Leigh Hanna, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

2:55 p.m. – Cheyanna Nickole Morse, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Salem.

March 31

12:14 a.m. – William John Bogle, 35, arrested for violating a restraining order, 1500 block of 12th. Transported to Linn County Jail.

2:43 a.m. – Alejandro Martinez Arciniega, 24, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Albany.

9:11 a.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 4804 Main St., Spoletto’s. Caller had reported that someone broke into the building during the night. Report taken, and investigation continuing.

9:56 a.m. – Mary Elizabeth Wreyford, 54, cited for dog at large, 4800 block of Main. Caller had reported two large pit bulls in the field behind Hilltop Market.

10:07 a.m. – Caller reported a male living in a white RV parked on the street for a month, 12th and Poplar. Officer unable to contact anyone related to the motor home. Vehicle tagged for removal.

10:31 a.m. – Officer tagged a vehicle that had been parked for an extended period, 1300 block of Poplar.

12:24 p.m. – Caller found a loose Husky mix, 4th and Elm. Dog placed in kennel then returned to owner.

6:53 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors were beating their chickens with shovels, 2000 block of 18th. Officer contacted the owner of the chickens and discussed a more appropriate way of dispatching her roosters.

8:22 p.m. – Caller reported that traffic lights were not changing, 18th and Main. Officer responded and directed traffic through the intersection. Officer determined that the lights were most likely being affected by a medic unit down the street.

11:31 p.m. – Sean Michael North, 26, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

March 30

1:40 a.m. – Caller reported a subject going through locked trash cans, 6100 block of Highway 20. Caller confronted the male, and he didn’t stop. Officer contacted the subject, who said he would be more understanding and contact the property owner during the day.

3:45 a.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 35, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of heroin; Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and first-degree criminal trespass; and a new charge of possession of meth, 2300 block of Main. Cited and released.

12:41 p.m. – Caller reported three vehicles partially in the roadway that have not moved for a month, Highway 228 and Gilbert. Vehicles posted for removal.

1:52 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 31, missed court and turned himself in on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

2:26 p.m. – Caller reported a young blond child peeking in the caller’s front door without knocking, 1800 block of Ulex. Officer unable to locate.

5:47 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male lying in a yard, 3224 Main St., South Fork manufactured home park. Medics transported a 30-year-old male to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

6:36 p.m. – Dorothy Annette Jones, 60, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and improper left turn, 12th and Main. Caller had reported a vehicle crashing into the median. No injuries. Vehicle towed.

7:59 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog, 10th and Pinetop. Placed in kennel.

8:18 p.m. – Angela Dianne May, 40, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lake County.

9:32 p.m. – Caller found a male who was not supposed to be there in her father’s house, 1300 block of 44th. Officer responded. The male was having a medical issue and mistakenly wandered into the wrong house. The male’s sister responded, and medics transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

March 29

12:18 p.m. – Jennifer Marlene Robertson, 45, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lincoln County.

2:13 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for three weeks, 800 block of 2nd. Vehicle posted for removal.

3:45 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 1200 block of Long. Placed in found property.

4:09 p.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 30, missed court and turned himself in on Sweet Home warrants for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and failure to comply on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

4:30 p.m. – Caller reported a loose German shepherd in the neighborhood, 1100 block of 28th. Dog returned to owner.

9:46 p.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from the garage, 1100 block of 38th. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,200.
