March 31

11:51 a.m. – Caller reported someone fraudulently used her debit card, 4000 block of Osage. Report taken.

1:19 p.m. – Caller reported a very bright light shining in her window, 18th and River. Referred to code enforcement.

1:26 p.m. – Caller reported a Ford Expedition parked for about a week without moving, 500 block of Ninth. Referred to code enforcement.

March 30

1:03 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked at Eighth and Cedar and a subject got out and urinated in the roadway. Caller also said the two occupants were yelling at each other. Officer responded and located no evidence of urination. The female said she was squatted next to the vehicle attempting to fix a door panel. The vehicle owner was advised of her driving status, and she said she would go to a friend’s house nearby to get a licensed driver. Both subjects denied yelling at each other. No further action.

1:18 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile destroyed a basketball hoop, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded. Caller did not want to pursue charges. Officer helped the caller and juvenile’s parents reach a civil compromise.

4:27 p.m. – Caller reported finding a syringe near the dumpster, and cedar boards around the dumpster corral had been damaged, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Property seized for disposal. Report taken. Damage estimated at $50.

4:58 p.m. – Caller reported that a customer did not pay for fuel, 2295 Main St., Fast Gas. Report taken. Stolen fuel valued at $4.17.

8:19 p.m. – Leesa Joanne Perdue, 39, cited for driving while suspended, 3900 block of Main.

9:06 p.m. – Caller reported that his bicycle was stolen, 2200 block of Harding. Report taken. Bike valued at $300.

March 29

10:41 a.m. – Wade Alan Campbell, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment and cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, Mountain View between Elm and Ames Creek. Cited and released.

5:35 p.m. – Caller reported people living in a fifth-wheel trailer, 3400 block of Clark Mill. Referred to code enforcement.

7:09 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of cash and a debit card, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken.

March 28

12:17 a.m. – Bradley Edward Amundsen, 33, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 13th and Kalmia. Cited and released.

8:33 a.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle went through her yard, crashed into the neighbor’s fence and then left the scene, 952 Elm St. Report taken. Damage estimated at $800.3

9:49 a.m. – Timothy Tyrell Combs, 21, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Linn County. Cited and released.

10:52 a.m. – Caller reported that someone filed income taxes using her Social Security number, 1100 block of Ironwood. Report taken.

4:57 p.m. – Caller turned in old ammunition for destruction, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Property seized.

5:45 p.m. – Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, 20, arrested by state trooper on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of minor in possession. Cited and released.

9:20 p.m. – Sandra Diane Lewis, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Albany. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:19 p.m. – Sean David McKee, 25, arrested on state warrant for parole violation and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 1500 block of Main. Also charged with felon in possession of a restricted weapon, 1500 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:21 p.m. – Jennifer Ann Coy, 38, arrested for harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. Cited and released.

March 27

2:24 a.m. – Caller reported waking up to find someone in his vehicle, 3200 block of Main. By the time the caller got outside, the subject had left the area in a small gray Chevrolet pickup. Approximately $50 stolen. Report taken.

4:27 a.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 49, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear and failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem. Cited and released.

8:31 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of gasoline, 200 block of Main. Report taken.

1:36 p.m. – Caller reported a person living in an RV, 1100 block of Fourth. Referred to code enforcement.

1:51 p.m. – Shanteal Lynn Bandy, 29, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree forgery, 1890 Kalmia St.

4:05 p.m. – Leslie Lee Gibson, 47, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

4:30 p.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to take out a credit card in her name, 700 block of 28th. Report taken.

4:29 p.m. – Caller reported that a male had taken her cell phone and would not give it back, 2300 block of Main. Report taken.

6:26 p.m. – Caller reported that a male urinated on the side of the road in front of her daughter, Tamarack near 18th. Officer responded and counseled male for his actions.

9:31 p.m. – Caller reported two males fighting inside Chewy’s, 1200 12th Ave. Report taken.

11:46 p.m. – Caller reported his ex-girlfriend entered his residence, slapped him and broke his phone to keep him from calling the police, 1400 block of Westwood. Report taken.

11:01 p.m. – Thomas Elbridge Miller, 37, arrested for fourth-degree assault, 637 Oak Terrace. Cited and released.

March 26

8:54 a.m. – Caller reported a subject living in an RV, 300 block of Seventh. Referred to code enforcement.

8:55 a.m. – Caller reported overgrown bushes on the sidewalk and a hole in the ground, 1600 block of Elm. Referred to code enforcement.

8:58 a.m. – Caller reported garbage in a yard, 1100 block of 24th. Referred to code enforcement.

9 a.m. – Caller reported a couch and chair in a front yard, 300 block of Seventh. Referred to code enforcement.

2:33 p.m. – Caller reported a dangerous-looking tree, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Referred to code enforcement.

3:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a house in her neighborhood has trash around the yard and is not boarded, 1100 block of Fourth. Referred to code enforcement.

4:09 p.m. – Caller reported finding a phone, 800 block of 14th. Placed in found property.

4:27 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a counterfeit $5 bill, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Bill seized as evidence.

4:56 p.m. – Caller reported that a subject stole merchandise from Safeway, 1540 Main St. and left in a gray Hundai. Report taken.

6:04 p.m. – Timothy M. O’Donnell, 51, arrested for harassment, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

10:43 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject stole a bottle of wine worth $5.49, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Report taken.

March 25

11:53 a.m. – Caller reported a green Nissan Pathfinder with Washington plates parked for the past four or five days, 44th and Airport. Referred to code enforcement.

3:29 p.m. – Caller reported open storage, 300 block of Seventh. Referred to code enforcement.

6:04 p.m. – Bobbi Jo Henson, 33, turned herself in at Linn County Jail on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of negotiating a bad check.

March 24

4:16 p.m. – Caller reported finding two needles on the side of the road, 19th and Willow. Seized for disposal.

10:55 p.m. – Caller reported he was stranded in the middle of nowhere on a side road off the South Santiam Pass. Caller later reported he was safe and waiting for a tow truck to come get his vehicle, which was stuck in the snow.

March 22

4:17 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from Wells Fargo Bank, 42000 block of Upper Calapooia. Caller provided information and then called Wells Fargo and learned the person and the phone number were not from the bank.

March 20

6:09 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of her purse from her vehicle, Gedney Creek Boat Ramp. The purse had been sitting on the center console in plain view. There was no sign of forced entry. Purse valued at $20.
