April 12

1:55 a.m. – Andrew James Freitag, 20, arrested on an Albany Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal mischief, Albany Police Department.

5:25 a.m. – Taylor Ray Plummer, 28, cited for speeding 90 in a 55, 28689 Santiam Highway T2 Trucking.

7:25 a.m. – Caller reports fire hydrant appears to be hit by vehicle, 12th & Nandina. Officer responded, report taken, approximate value of $5,000. Public works advised.

5:23 p.m. – Caller turned in backpack he located in roadway, Fern Ridge Rd. Linn County Sheriff’s Office advised. Released to Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:20 p.m. – Joseph Salley, 48, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 1010 Main St. A & W.

9:31 p.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 53, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Albany Police Department.

10:29 p.m. – Juvenile male, 17, name unavailable, issued citations for speeding, 88/55, and driving uninsured, 28800 block Highway 20/Brushwood Road.

10:36 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow cited and released for second degree criminal trespass, 1700 Block Main.

April 13

12:06 a.m. – Rebecca Charlene Fox cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, Sun Motel.

12:59 a.m. – Oscar Junior Phillips cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 2200 block Nandina. Plates seized.

2:39 a.m. – Vincent Lee Holt Jr., 50, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree disorderly conduct, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

9:07 a.m. – Caller brought in key to the Police Department, City Hall Pl. Assisted, placed in property.

10:54 a.m. – Scott Clark, 50, of Sweet Home, arrested on two outstanding warrants, including a no–bail warrant for parole violation. Transported to Linn County Jail. 27100 block High Deck Road. Report taken.

11:15 a.m. – Caller brought in car seat and clothes that were left at location, 1347 Long St. Evangelical Church. Officer responded, assisted.

11:31 a.m. – Robert Lewis Jr. Hough entered in LEDS as missing, 1196 43rd Ave.

12:14 p.m. – Caller reports fishing gear was stolen out of his boat last night, 1924 18th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for theft. Approximate value of $2,700.

12:48 p.m. – Deputy patrolling east of Cascadia located two vehicles stuck in snow, one on U.S. Forest Service land in 49500 block of Highway 20, and the other 58700 block of Highway 20. Drivers were loaned a shovel and able to get out. Information forwarded to USFS.

2:19 p.m. – Motor vehicle crash reported in 28700 block Pleasant Valley Road. No property damage, no injuries.

2:51 p.m. – Thomas Beckham, 33, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 1300 Block Long St. eastbound.

3:36 p.m. – Luke Thomas Ludwig, 35, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal mischief, Corvallis Police Department.

4:10 p.m. – Caller located an escrow statement on the sidewalk, 1900 Block Main St. Placed in property.

8:39 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards cited for failure to provide proof of insurance, 1200 Block 12th.

11:15 p.m. – Michael James Runyan, 47, cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering, 3100 Block Main. Cited for no valid operator’s license, driving uninsured, refusing breath test and refusing urine test.

April 14

11:50 a.m. – Caller reports hit and run at location, 1200 Block Main. Officer responded, report taken for hit and run, approximate value of $400.

12:12 p.m. – Malcolm Hicks cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

1:33 p.m. – Caller reports soon to be ex–husband’s house was broken into, 1283 44th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for burglary and theft, approximate value $1,300.

1:57 p.m. – Caller reports abandoned bike at location, 2751 Juniper St. Officer responded, bicycle placed in property.

April 15

12:44 p.m. – While searching for suspicious vehicle, deputy came upon another vehicle parked on BLM land in 39800 block of Childers Drive. Male occupant told officer he was conducting work out of the vehicle and came to this location because he was able to get more work done with more peace and quiet. No crimes.

April 16

10:38 a.m. – Arne Gerard, 43, of Sweet Home, arrested for driving while suspended after traffic stop in 31600 block Berlin Road/Waterloo Road. Cited and released. Report taken.

2:15 p.m. – Jade Pearl Lynn Holmes–Stiles, 21, cited and released on Albany Police Department warrant for initiating a false report, 23/Main.

4:33 p.m. – Marcus Wesley Hesson, 49, cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant on an original charge of resisting arrest, 1950 Main St.

5:00 p.m. – Sue Harley Bryanna, 29, arrested on an Albany Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Albany Area.

7:14 p.m. – Levi Anthony Bransom, 27, cited and released on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving, 1200 44th.

9:18 p.m. – Kaitlyn Rae Carpenter, 22, cited for invalid driver’s license and driving uninsured, Main/Clark Mill.

10:21 p.m. – Dustin Westling, 34, of Sweet Home, arrested on active Washington County warrant, 43700 block North River Drive. Report taken.

11:50 p.m. – Oregon State Police reports vehicle unable to maintain lane, Hwy. 20/ Santiam Terrace. Cheryl Lee Bowser, 51, warned for failure to maintain lane, improper display of plates, and failure to carry proof of insurance.

April 17

4:03 a.m. – Shauna Ray Harden, 27, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, possession of meth X2, criminal citation X3 and false information, 1810 Main St.

4:01 p.m. – Caller reports male threw rock at her vehicle while she was in it. Male took off running west on Tamarack St. Officer responded, checked area for male, unable to locate. Report taken, approximate damage value $400, 1530 Tamarack St.

6:53 p.m. – Misty Brook Brown, 34, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, 6305 Main St.

7:52 p.m. – Caller reports dog at large. Officer responded, dog returned to owner. Matthew Louis Clark, 40, cited for dog at large, Ironwood & 22nd.

8:10 p.m. – Caller reports hit and run at location and is following the vehicle, 1010 Main St. Officer responded, Malury Rose Martin, 19, arrested for hit and run, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

April 18

1:46 a.m. – KC King, 27, of Lebanon, arrested on cite–and–release warrant for failure to appear following call regarding suspicious person on front porch in 400 block of 50th Avenue, Sweet Home. Report taken.

2:13 a.m. – Caller reported another camper threatened him and his family at Sunnyside Park. Caller did not wish to leave his campsite. Deputy instructed both parties to go to sleep. 44900 block Quartzville Road.

9:05 a.m. – Jeffrey Smith, 43, cited for speeding 65 in a 45 and driving with a suspended license violation, 6000 block Main St. Oregon driver’s license for Smith seized.

12:05 p.m. – Caller reports he is pulling weeds at location and located a firearm stuck in the weeds, 230 W Holley Rd. Homeowners are not currently home. Officer responded, firearm seized.

2:26 p.m. – Caller located a lost dog, 1980 Main St. Bimart Pl. Officer responded, dog placed in kennel.

5:33 p.m. – Caller reported several people on ATVs riding past closed gates on timber company property, 42300 block Ames Creek Road. Deputy responded but was unable to locate ATV’s in the area.

6:49 p.m. – Destin Sebastian Lopez–Ventura, cited for speeding a 45 in a 25, 1200 Block Main.

7:34 p.m. – Eric Kane Anderson–Linares, cited for speeding 64 in a 45, City Hall.

10:00 p.m. – Daniel Richard Hernandez cited for speeding 80 in a 45, 47th & Main.
