April 21

12:32 a.m. – Caller reported that someone has broken into a location in the 4900 block of Maple and destroyed it. Report taken.

8:20 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two string trimmers worth about $800, 2200 block of Ironwood. Report taken.

April 20

1:12 a.m. – Michael Scott Seiber, 34, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on a traffic citation and state warrant for parole violation, 1435 22nd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:05 p.m. – Gay Lynn Wagner, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County. Cited and released.

12:11 p.m. – Caller reported two subjects stealing bags of cans from his shed, 2400 block of Long. Report taken.

12:29 p.m. – Caller reported that someone ran over a new pole in the parking lot at Harvest Christian Center, 4231 Long St. Report taken. Damage estimated at $40.

8:16 p.m. – Shawn Stanley Pruitt, 41, arrested on state felony warrant and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of a controlled substance and charged with interfering with a police officer, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Cited and released.

9:32 p.m. – Caller reported finding a wallet and pack of cigarettes in the bathroom at Main Street Market, 1810 Main St. Property seized and placed in found property.

11:41 p.m. – Shawna Lynn Elliott, 48, arrested on state warrant for possession of meth, Long and 18th. Cited and released.

April 19

7:33 a.m. – Caller reported finding a license plate on the road in front of his house, 1300 block of 22nd. Officer responded and seized plate.

1:52 p.m. – James Michael Edward Slaght, 19, arrested for interfering with a peace officer, 12th and Main. Cited and released.

3:03 p.m. – Caller reported someone used her debit card number at a local business that she never patronizes, 400 block of Oak Terrace. Report taken.

6:19 p.m. – Caller reported finding drug paraphernalia in her son’s bedroom, 40700 block of Highway 228. Property seized for destruction.

7:15 p.m. – James Robert Warrington, 35, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, Sankey Park.

10:09 p.m. – Scott Kevin Heinz, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on contempt of court, Linn County. Cited and released.

11:28 p.m. – While on an attempted traffic stop, subject eluded police officer, 10th and Main. Report taken.

11:49 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of $300, 1400 block of 22nd. Report taken.

April 18

12:52 a.m. – Connie Roxanne Pierce, 47, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degre theft (owes 10 days), 1200 block of 12th. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:11 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of gasoline from her vehicles on multiple occasions, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Report taken.

10:57 p.m. – Caller located a bicycle in the bushes near the High School, 1641 Long St. Bike seized and placed in property.

1:45 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of gasoline from his roommate’s vehicle, 400 Maple Lane. Report taken. Loss valued at $20 to $25.

8:27 p.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 21, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possess ion of meth and a Linn County warrant for first-degree theft. Also cited for driving uninsured, 13th and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

April 17

6:51 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle hit the center median, 18th and Main. No injuries. No citations. More than $1,500 in damage. Report taken.

12:44 p.m. – Caller reported that someone punched the screen of a video lottery machine, 1203 Long St. Report taken.

1:11 p.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for attempting to elude, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, 1300 block of Hawthorne. Cited and released.

1:39 p.m. – Brian Anthony Fox, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Milwaukie. Cited and released.

April 16

4:01 a.m. – Travis Trent Stach-Sells, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on compensatory service (owes 10 days in jail) and unauthorized departure, Old Holley Road.

6:34 a.m. – Tobe Ray Bollier, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, Salem. Cited and released.

12:07 p.m. – Caller reported that a tan vehicle hit his CRX and left without contacting him, Long near Highway 228. Report taken. Officer located second driver. Information was exchanged. The crash was part of a road rage incident.

1:34 p.m. – Caller reported a barbed wire fence in public right-of-way, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Referred to code enforcement.

5:16 p.m. – Cole Dean Fry, 50, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1700 block of Tamarack. Cited and released.

7:25 p.m. – Jordan Adams, 21, arrested for fourth-degree assault, 4800 block of 48th. Cited and released.

9:14 a.m. – Randolph Herbert Hagans, 52, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Municipal Court and released.

April 15

10:55 a.m. – Caller reported that someone used her Social Security number for taxes, 42000 block of North River. Report taken. Information forwarded to the IRS.

2:37 p.m. – Caller reported that she has a charge on her card from a business she does not patronize, 800 block of Main. Report taken.

3:26 p.m. – Caller turned din a check she found on the ground, Seventh near Oak Heights. Check seized.

4;15 p.m. – Caller reported a tree has split and could be dangerous, 49th and Mimosa. Referred to code enforcement.

4:17 p.m. – Caller reported a hedge is overgrown and obstructing the sidewalk, 1600 block of Elm. Referred to code enforcement.

4:19 p.m. – Caller reported that sidewalks are in disrepair, 400 block of 17th. Referred to code enforcement.

4:19 p.m. – Department of Human Services worker reported finding drug paraphernalia in a client’s home, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded and seized paraphernalia for destruction.

4:38 p.m. – Shawn Michael Gali, 35, turned himself in on a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

April 13

1:21 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle veered off the road during the night and damaged her fence, 40500 block of McDowell Creek. Report taken. About 100 feet of fencing had been folded over, with damage estimated at about $1,000.

April 11

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported finding a car stereo in the ditch, 43000 block of North River. Stereo taken to Sweet Home Police Department.

April 10

Caller reported a boat on fire on the Green Peter 304 line. The boat appeared to have been partially stripped prior to the fire being set. The trailer and part of the hull were all that remained after the fire was extinguished. Report taken.

April 9

2:07 p.m. – Caller reported dating a male in the past, and the male is stalking the caller, 27000 block of Rowell Hill. The male subject had warrants out of Deschutes County, and the caller stated that he was saying he had robbed a place, had hostages and was surrounded by police. He was later taken into custody by Forest Grove Police Department following an eight-hour standoff. During the standoff, he continued to call and text the person reporting. A deputy stood by to relay information to Forest Grove Police Department.
