April 20

8:30 a.m. – Joseph Dadey, 50, arrested for strangulation, harassment and Linn County warrant for failure to appear, 28700 block of Liberty. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:07 a.m. – Report taken for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 38500 block of Crawfordsville Drive.

1:01 p.m. – Eric Murphy, 41; Brandon Rowton, 38; and John Melton, 38, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass; and Melton cited for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 24200 block of West Brush Creek. Deputy had encountered three males on off-road dirt bikes on Weyerhaeuser property marked as closed to use.

April 18

3:42 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Browand, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

April 17

7:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in a truck in the gravel parking lot, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights Elementary School. Officer responded and seized the vehicle pending a search warrant after a drug detection dog alerted on the vehicle.

9:06 a.m. – Alisha Anne Larsen, 38, arrested for misdemeanor possession of heroin; Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin, failure to appear, failure to appear on a criminal citation and possession of meth; and Albany warrant for failure to appear on two original charges of third-degree theft, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a female sitting outside and nodding off. Caller had wanted an officer to check on her.

10:18 a.m. – RV posted for removal, Larch Street off 22nd Avenue. Caller had reported someone living in the RV.

10:32 a.m. – Kelee Joan Gatliff, 54, arrested for driving under the influence, reckless and harassment, 1900 block of Long. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded. Caller had reported a female and male fighting in the street and that the female swerved toward the male nearly hitting the caller and her child.

10:47 a.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from the caller’s vehicle, 300 block of Taylor Creek Drive. Report taken. Loss valued at $120.

1:30 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole money from the tip jar, 1203 Long St., Sunshine Espresso. Officer responded. The male refused to identify himself and ran away.

2:12 p.m. – Charity Leslie, 37, and Rebecca Long, 38, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 1700 block of Dogwood. Both cited and released. Multiple callers had reported a disturbance between adult sisters.

2:57 p.m. – Steven Andrew Williamson, 50, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

3 p.m. – Stray dog found in the 1200 block of 46th placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

3:52 p.m. – Caller reported an ongoing issue with a neighbor’s barking dog, 700 block of 12th. Referred to code enforcement.

4:19 p.m. – Tyson Boren, 35, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1840 Tamarack St. Officer recovered a 1998 Jeep Wrangler reported stolen out of Newport.

8:55 p.m. – Jamie Crystal Glass, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Silverton.

9:14 p.m. – Felisia Krystal Kay Pecue, 27, arrested for possession of heroin, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Caller had reported a female passed out in a vehicle.

11:41 p.m. – Dustin Matney, 39, arrested for driving under the influence and cited for driving while suspended, 4610 Main St. Caller had reported a male who appeared to be intoxicated walking into the park entrance screaming. The subject then got into a vehicle and headed east on Main Street.

April 16

2:08 a.m. – Anna Rochell House, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

8:52 a.m. – Michael Dashawn Ferebee, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

11:09 a.m. – Vehicle tagged for removal, 5th and Elm.

11:37 a.m. – Caller reported her cigarettes and soda stolen, 890 Main St., Towne Pump. Caller wanted the male trespassed.

12:02 p.m. – Mitchell Allen Fowler, 27, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

12:12 p.m. – Caroline Regina Pearson, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 18th near railroad tracks. Cited and released.

12:27 p.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 30, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 1658 Long St., River of Life Fellowship. Cited and released.

1:16 p.m. – Stacey Lynn Harer, 55, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for first-degree criminal trespass, 1908 Willow St. Cited and released.

2:25 p.m. – Denise Lynn Salvador, 54, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, Long and Mountain View.

2:52 p.m. – Aubrey Rain Parr, 25, cited for unlawful change of lane, Clark Mill and Main.

3:02 p.m. – Caller reported that an intoxicated male had a dog that was bleeding from its eyes, 1600 block of Main. Officer contacted the male. The dog was in an altercation, and the male planned to seek medical care for the dog.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported her credit card number had been used fraudulently at a Best Western and for an X-Box, 100 block of 10th. Report taken.

3:29 p.m. – Caller reported someone tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill, 2414 Main St., Dollar Tree. The customer left with the bill.

3:37 p.m. – Caller reported that a female may have been stealing medication from an elderly female, 3100 block of Main. Information noted. Investigation continuing.

5:04 p.m. – Christopher Andrew Lee Hughlett, 29, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft and probation violation and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of providing false information to a police officer and carrying a concealed weapon, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

10:57 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 26, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on multiple original charges, including fourth-degree assault, two counts of harassment, third-degree theft, two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, theft by deception, second-degree theft, two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and failure to perform the duties of a driver, Multnomah County Jail.

11:30 p.m. – Karen Ferrell, 48, cited for no license and driving uninsured, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

April 15

8:33 a.m. – Caller fell victim to a phone scam, 1100 block of 46th. Officer advised the caller of options.

8:57 a.m. – Caller found a golf club lying in an alleyway, 1100 block of Main. Placed in found property.

12 p.m. – Andrew Jacob Cartwright, 32, arrested on Albany warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

1:32 p.m. – Phillip Wayne Groff, 21, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of possession of oils, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

1:37 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 49th and Locust. Officer unable to locate dog.

3:28 p.m. – William Blake Keeney, 18, cited for no license and failure to carry proof of insurance, 23rd and Ironwood.

3:57 p.m. – Thomas Joseph Lee Burke, 40, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 18th and Willow. Caller had reported two dogs coming into his yard. The caller fired two gunshots into the ground to scare them off. A second caller reported two dogs and the owner on the neighbor’s porch and the neighbor didn’t want them there. No crime for unlawfully discharging a firearm because the first caller was defending himself.

5:38 p.m. – Andrea Michelle Gali, 38, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation and contempt of court and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.

10:55 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Carrico, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court seeking punitive damages, Lebanon.

April 14

12:21 p.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 2425 Main St. Cited and released.

12:44 p.m. – Alanna Nicole Partin, 38, arrested attempting to elude, misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of criminal driving while suspended and cited for unlawful use of a mobile device, 12th and Main. Cited and released.

1:37 p.m. – Caller reported two men sitting outside smoking marijuana, 2400 block of Long. Officer contacted the males, who had built a makeshift fort in an attempt to remain hidden from view while smoking marijuana. They were using the area in attempt to keep it away from the children inside the residence. The officer advised them of the city ordinance regarding marijuana and suggested they go to a different location next time. No further action.

2:29 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of tires, 900 block of 27th. Report taken. Loss valued at $600.

2:43 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog, 2400 block of Long. Dog placed in kennel. Owner notified.

3:19 p.m. – Caller reported an 8-year-old boy jumped out of the bushes and pulled a knife on his daughter on the trails south of 5th Avenue. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate the juvenile.

6:13 p.m. – Caller found a smart phone on the caller’s porch, 1400 block of Meadowlark. Placed in found property.

7:45 p.m. – Caller reported a glass globe and light bulb missing from the caller’s porch, 1000 block of 1st. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.

8:16 p.m. – Joseph Lee Shores, 47, cited for driving while suspended, near the Swan restaurant.

8:56 p.m. – Jordan Isaiah Thein, 19, arrested for using an invalid license and for no ignition interlock device, North River and Epps. Cited and released.

9:33 p.m. – Shawn Romay Wixon, 59, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.

9:50 p.m. – Bryce Paul Baldwin, 34, arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to comply and two counts of failure to appear, and Linda Eveleene Kennedy, 28, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation and failure to appear on a citation and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 900 block of Long. Both cited and released.

April 13

2 a.m. – Wyatt Snapp, 24, arrested for felony driving while suspended, attempting to elude an officer on foot and driving under the influence, 600 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:37 a.m. – Caller reported receiving a letter from the IRS saying that someone may be using her Social Security number to seek employment, 1700 block of 11th. Information noted.

10:54 a.m. – Caller reported a window had been forced open, 5th and Juniper. Officer responded. The building is vacant with the exception of a few animals. Window secured. No new damage.

1:31 p.m. – Caller turned in a credit card found in the Sweet Home area. Placed in found property.

3:07 p.m. – Etta Francis Ross, 36, arrested for third-degree assault, strangulation and tampering with a witness, 1767 Grape St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:49 p.m. – Joseph Lee Shores, 47, arrested for third-degree escape, criminal trespass, two Linn County warrants for probation violation and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree criminal mischief, 2414 Main St., Dollar Tree. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported the business was closed and a white car with someone inside was parked on the side of the building.

April 12

8:29 a.m. – Richard Lee Kintzley, 30, arrested for felony possession of heroin, misdemeanor possession of meth and probation violation, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart parking lot. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a male passed out with a vehicle running.

10:46 a.m. – Sarah Elayne Clarke, 48, cited for unlawful use of a mobile device, 800 block of Long.

11:15 a.m. – Kristina Larizza Boswell, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reported a dog tried to attack his dog and then the owner started yelling at the caller, 11th and Cedar. Officer contacted both parties and warned the owner for dog at large.

12:54 p.m. – Caller reported a loose dog, Hawthorne and 2nd. Officer unable to locate dog.

1:53 p.m. – Caller reported two Chihuahuas left outside, 4800 block of 48th Loop. The caller said the dogs chase children and try to bite vehicle tires and people. Officer left a business card at owner’s residence for contact.

5:04 p.m. – Rebecca Charlene Fox, 22, cited for driving while suspended, and Amanda Leah Binks, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft, 1700 block of Long. Cited and released.

5:52 p.m. – Caller reported a subject burning tires, 23rd and Long. The subject was last seen heading west on Long. Officer to watch for the subject.

6:33 p.m. – Michell Dawn Slay, 30, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:23 p.m. – A 15-year-old juvenile male referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of alcohol, 3100 block of Long.

April 11

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported that a resident cut a lock and turned water service back on, 2700 block of Juniper. Information noted. Officer to contact City Hall to see if the city wished to pursue charges.

10:16 a.m. – Caller reported that someone opened a bank account with his name, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Information noted.

1:13 p.m. – Caller reported a boat stolen, 700 block of Birch.

1:20 p.m. – Caller reported old radiators stolen, 3200 block of Main. Report taken.

2:01 p.m. – Caller requested officer assistance for a stop sign that had been knocked down, 2200 block of Nandina. Officer assisted in retrieving the sign.

3:46 p.m. – Caller reported a customer received $2 in fuel and didn’t pay, 1306 Main St. Information noted at this time.

3:56 p.m. – Vehicle tagged for removal for violating city code, 900 block of Nandina.

4:06 p.m. – Vehicle tagged for removal for violating city code, 2400 block of Long.

5:14 p.m. – Patrick James Winge, 31, cited for careless driving and failure to install an ignition interlock device, 900 block of Main. Caller had reported a motor-vehicle collision.

11:55 p.m. – Caller reported that a male hit a friend’s vehicle and drove toward Main Street, 1200 block of Clark Mill. Information noted. The victim did not want to pursue charges.

April 10

7:31 a.m. – Jeremiah Luke Robles, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for third-degree theft and three counts of failure to appear and Marion County warrant for possession of meth and second-degree theft, 3224 Main St., South Fork manufactured home park. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a male causing a scene. Disturbance was verbal only.

8:24 a.m. – Caller reported a pit bull running loose, 49th and Main. Officer unable to locate the dog.

10:56 a.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 55, turned himself in on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

12:39 p.m. – Albert Jay Thomas, 35, cited for driving uninsured, 2000 block of Main.

1:33 p.m. – Caller reported a student pulled a knife on her son, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights Elementary School. Officer responded. Juvenile counseled. School officials handled the issue.

2:59 p.m. – Mark Daniel Guiley, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Ashland.

5:42 p.m. – Douglas Pickle, 48, cited for no license and driving uninsured, 1100 block of Mountain View.

6:51 p.m. – Caller reported a son attempted to assault his father, 3100 block of Long. Report taken to be forwarded to Juvenile Department and Department of Human Services. Both agreed to remain separate.
