April 23
12:43 a.m. – Darrell Todd Post Jr., 39, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
1:26 a.m. – Sheree Lynn Daniels, 64, cited and released in field on Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1100 block of Long.
1:25 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole some items, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. They were recovered, but the male left his backpack and bicycle. Officer seized bicycle and backpack. Male to be trespassed from location.
3:24 p.m. – Daniel Anthony
Ciullo, 28, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft, and Robert Michael Butterfield, 28, cited for third-degree theft, Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported that subjects were cutting down a tree in the yard, 1700 block of Tamarack. They do not live there and had been squatting. They had been served papers to vacate. Officer contacted the caller and subjects. The caller said he would allow them to finish cutting the branch off the tree, and then they were to stop.
6:47 p.m. – Mary Jane Stoufer, 59, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
7:01 p.m. – Caller reported leaving a package on her porch for FedEx to pick up, but FedEx never got the package, 3224 Main St., South Fork trailer park. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.
8:12 p.m. – William H. Armijo, 18, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, 1050 First Ave.
9:48 p.m. – Caller reported several transients sleeping in the carport at the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce, 1575 Main St. Officer responded and contacted three subjects, who were trespassed from the location.
11:08 p.m. – Caller reported a female screaming, “Don’t shoot me,” 900 block of Poplar. The female told the caller that a male shot her with a BB gun. Report taken and forwarded to the district attorney for review.
April 22
9:50 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor with wood pallets stacked 6 feet high in the yard and road, 100 block of Ninth. Referred to code enforcement.
10:12 a.m. – Caller reported that someone tore the mirrors from the side of her vehicle, 1100 block of Nandina. Report taken.
11:49 a.m. – Rochelle Arquette Zamacona, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Washington County. Cited and released.
1:59 p.m. – Oregon State Police recovered a vehicle stolen from Sweet Home.
6:19 p.m. – Caller reported a female stealing hair care products and ice cream, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $35.
7:39 p.m. – Caller reported finding a lost dog, 1000 block of 42nd. Dog ran off prior to officer arrival. Caller said she would take it to the pound if she saw it again.
8:41 p.m. – Amanda June Herbert, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft, offensive littering and three counts of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.
April 21
12:08 a.m. – George Josef Drexler, 41, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft, parking lot in alley near Nandina Street. Caller had reported two to three males breaking into a vehicle. Officer contacted a male who said the vehicle belonged to his father, and he was retrieving it for him. Vehicle was not registered to the male’s father. Male advised to leave vehicle at the location until the officer could verify who owned it.
1:03 a.m. – Tyler Paul Dean Malloy, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Albany. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:03 a.m. – Caller reported dogs barking nonstop earlier in the morning but now barking only once in a while, 300 block of West Holley. Officer contacted a female who was standing in front of a door causing the dogs to bark and whine. The female said she was waiting for her friend to wake up. She was advised to move along until a later hour.
5:08 a.m. – Caller reported a male and female walking west, 4500 block of Main. The female was wearing a bathrobe, and it appeared the male was taking her shoes. Officer contacted two males, one wearing a bathrobe. They had knocked over a garbage can and were cleaning it up. They then headed home on foot with a case of beer. The officer advised them not to drink in public.
11:29 a.m. – Caller reported tall grass, 1000 block of Cedar. Referred to code enforcement.
2:15 p.m. – Caller reported a physical fight between two males, 4600 block of Main. Officer contacted two subjects, who had been play fighting. Officer warned them for disorderly conduct.
5:29 p.m. – Gary Gean Townsend, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Hillsboro. Cited and released.
6:33 p.m. – Caller reported a female lying on the ground and not moving, 55th and Main. Female transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for detox.

5:58 a.m. – Brandon Scott Thomas, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Jackson County. Cited and released.
9:56 a.m. – Caller reported that her daughter’s bike was stolen during the night, 2200 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $300.

4:33 p.m. – Caller reported that when her daughter was walking in a crosswalk, a car brushed her leg. No injury. Information noted.
4:36 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle ran over an exposed pipe and broke it, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. The driver left without providing information.
4:51 p.m. – Caller found a cell phone in the bushes, 2200 block of Main. Placed in found property.
6:12 p.m. – Caller reported a dog bite, 400 block of 60th. Dog quarantined.

7:07 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking constantly day and night, 4900 block of Larch. Officer contacted dog owner, who would attempt to quiet the dog. Owner warned for keeping a dog as a public nuisance.
7:16 p.m. – Caller reported her wallet stolen from her vehicle, 2400 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $450.
9:14 p.m. – Caller reported three subjects sleeping behind the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce, 1575 Main St. Officer contacted three individuals who had permission to sleep there.
9:33 p.m. – Daniel Eugene McCarty, 56, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Benton County.
11:42 p.m. – Caller reported she caught two juveniles on the roof near the wood shop 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Officer unable to locate.
April 19
1:59 p.m. – Caller reported a travel trailer with persons occupying it, 2200 block of Nandina. Referred to code enforcement.
2:09 p.m. – Caller reported two students involved in a fight in class, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
5:07 p.m. – Nickelaus E. Sobania, 28, cited for failure to obey traffic control device in two-vehicle crash, a pickup and a moving truck, 10th and Elm. Second driver was Kenneth Martin Oberg, 56. Oberg transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
5:11 p.m. – Caller reported a dog roaming the neighborhood, 700 block of Eighth. Officer placed dog in kennel and later returned the dog to its owner.
8:45 p.m. – John Thomas Bradshaw, 42, arrested on misdemeanor driving while suspended and Albany warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court, 3000 block of Main. Cited and released.
11:49 p.m. – Caller reported a male who had been assaulted was at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital emergency room. The male had severe injuries to his face and head and was later transported to Riverbend hospital in Springfield. Investigation continuing.
April 18
6:20 a.m. – Richard Francis Burnside Jr., 25, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, contempt of court and probation violation, Main and Clark Mill. Cited and released.
9:44 a.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:49 a.m. – Caller reported subjects entering Sweet Home High School Saturday morning, 1641 Long St. Report taken.
11:38 a.m. – Caller reported a door standing open on a home that was under construction, 600 block of 12th. Officer responded. No one inside. Left card for contact.
12:55 p.m. – Caller reported a car trying to leave with the fuel hose still in the tank, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market. Officer responded. Information noted, and caller advised of driver’s information.
2:58 p.m. – Caller reported his backpack, with all of his belongings, was stolen, 800 block of 14th. Officer contacted the caller, who did not wish to pursue charges. Caller requested assistance getting his backpack back.
3:36 p.m. – Jennifer L. Marshall, 37, cited for no license, and Jodey L. Marshall, 39, cited for open container of alcohol, 4300 block of Main.
4:33 p.m. – Caller reported a faded red Ford pickup parked on the street for approximately 3 months, 1300 block of Second. Officer contacted the registered owner, who would push the disabled vehicle out of the street.
7:39 p.m. – Caller reported an older RV full of trash, 900 block of 13th. Referred to code enforcement.
7:46 p.m. – Caller reported a boat parked in a front yard for more than a year, 900 block of 13th. Referred to code enforcement.
