7:29 a.m. – Dallas Michael Loewen Beutel, 22, cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, Radiator Supply House.
7:34 a.m. – Caller reported a two-vehicle crash, 6000 block of Main St. Report taken. Rodney Lee Clement, 47, cited for unlawful lane change.
1:07 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor boy was hit by a vehicle the previous night, 200 block of Main. The driver stopped and asked if the boy was fine. The boy told him he was fine, but the boy went to urgent care because he can barely walk.
2:33 p.m. – Caller reported his wallet missing from the front porch, 3200 block of Main. Information noted.
8:44 p.m. – Caller reported a dying nutria suffering in the front yard, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Officer responded and dispatched the animal.
9:51 p.m. – Caller reported a group of juveniles trying to break into a pickup, Elm and Seventh. Officer responded. Nothing wrong with vehicle. Juveniles ran when the caller yelled that she was calling the police.
9:59 p.m. – Caller reported that the back door handle was broken, and it looked like someone tried to break in, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Manufactured Home park. Report taken. Loss valued at $15.

7:36 a.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 37, arrested on Lebanon warrant for third-degree theft and Albany warrant for contempt of court, 920 Dogwood St. Cited and released.
8:57 a.m. – Caller reported that the building next to him is dilapidated and a danger to children passing by, 1100 block of Cedar. Referred to code enforcement.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 4600 block of Main. Report taken.
4:43 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole her wagon, 1000 block of Nandina. Report taken.
4:55 p.m. – Luke Daniel Lagares, 28, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct, First and Highway 228. Cited and released. Caller had reported that a male threw pants and then a pan at her vehicle.

8:55 a.m. – Ian Michael Dawson, 32, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft, contempt and probation violation, 1200 block of Main. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
9:19 a.m. – Officer located a black backpack with women’s clothing in it 1200 block of Nandina. Placed in found property.
12:45 p.m. – Caller reported a dog continuously barking for the past few days, 900 block of Poplar. Officer contacted owner of dog, who said she will address it.
1:37 p.m. – Daniel Wayne Kelley, 23, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 1237 Nandina St.
2:02 p.m. – Terry Lee Anderson, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
3:22 p.m. – Caller reported vehicles in violation of city code, 1300 block of 54th. Referred to code enforcement.

8:55 a.m. – Caller reported an Ebay scam after attempting to buy a vehicle and sending money. Driver never received vehicle and lost $2,500, 40000 block of Highway 228.

8:48 a.m. – Caller reported litter and drug paraphernalia, 28300 block of Highway 20. Items seized as evidence.
9:33 a.m. – Caller reported finding a backpack with clothing and computer parts but nothing to identify the owner, 28200 block of Harmony. Items seized by deputy as found property.
