Caller had reported her boyfriend threatening to kill her. He had a firearm and was driving intoxicated, according to the caller. The caller jumped out of the vehicle and hid at the Downtown Lounge. 1:02 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s pit bill damaged her fence and is running loose again, 1200 block of Fourth. Officer contacted owner and advised the owner of the complaint.

6:07 p.m. – Trevor Patrick Thomas, 42, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, menacing, domestic violence and interfering with making a 9-1-1 report, 1340 Sunset Lane. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller reported that a male subject had a knife and was threatening her and kicking her dog.
6:25 p.m. – Caller said a pit mix wandered onto her property, 38200 block of Courtney Creek. She wanted a deputy to come get the dog. Report taken.
8:14 p.m. – Caller reported a kitten had been spray painted blue, with a swastika carved into it, 18th and Vine. Information noted.
10:45 p.m. – Jordan Ray Manasco, 22, arrested for driving under the influence, Long and 40th. Cited and released. Caller had reported a possibly intoxicated driver hitting a curb, blowing out a tire and driving away.
11:57 p.m. – Caller reported people sleeping on a mattress behind location, 1700 block of Main. Officer contacted subjects, who advised they had permission to be there. Officer would have day shift follow up.

11:49 a.m. – Caller reported two bags, which contained personal information, medication and other belongings, were stolen from the back of the caller’s truck, 44500 block of Quartzville.
8:39 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog was loose and running in the road, 4300 block of Main. Officer responded. Officer was unable to secure the gate to keep the dog in and brought the dog to the Police Department to stay until the owner could pick it up.
8:53 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors have been gone for two weeks, and their children left their dogs in the backyard, 4400 block of Long. The dogs were barking. Officer responded. Nobody at the residence. The caller was to call when residents returned.
11:16 p.m. – Kaleb James Elmer, 20, cited for driving while suspended and failure to install ignition interlock device, Ninth and Elm.
July 24
8:18 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a generator, Yellowbottom Campground. Report taken.
5:01 p.m. – An intoxicated male with an elbow injury was found in a ditch crying, 25900 block of Old Holley. Oregon Department of Forestry was on the scene until deputies arrived. Medics were also en route. It was reported that the man was chasing the medics and ODF on the scene. He was transported to the hospital.
July 23
9:48 a.m. – Caller reported a theft, Camp Tadmore. Caller had video footage of the suspect vehicle. A toolbox full of compasses for map reading taken. Report taken.
July 22
6:14 a.m. – Trash was left on caller’s property, 1000 block of North River. Caller advised he found the name and address of the subject who left the trash. A deputy contacted the subject who owned the trash. The subject said it must have blown out of the back of the subject’s pickup truck. The subject went to the location and picked it up.
July 20
11:42 a.m. – Caller reported his wife missing, 4500 block of Weatherly Ln. She has Alzheimer’s and was last seen at about 10:30 to 11 a.m. The caller went looking for her but could not find her. She was found by neighbors across the street.
2:14 p.m. – Caller reported one of her friends stole her iPad, 30500 block of Fairview Road. The iPad belongs to Rent-A-Center. Report taken.
