11:42 a.m. – Harold Highwood Tonkin, 85, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured and arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 3205 Long St. Vehicle impounded. Tonkin transported to Lebanon Police Department.

10:16 a.m. – Caller reported a trailer parked on the easement for his property, 4500 block of Kalmia. Referred to code enforcement officer.
10:31 a.m. – Caller reported tall grass and weeds and a mattress leaning against a fence, 4000 block of Osage. Referred to code enforcement officer.

10:43 p.m. – Caller reported hearing someone move a ladder outside her residence, 4100 block of Main. Caller saw it move but didn’t see anyone. Officer responded and checked the area. Unable to locate anyone. There was indication that someone had been there. Officer moved the ladder back to where it belonged.

11:34 p.m. – Caller reported a fight at the Oregon Jamboree campground at Community Chapel, 42200 block of Ames Creek. One male was knocked out, according to the caller. Deputies responded and learned that all parties had been drinking and no one wanted to pursue charges at this time.

11:38 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of an outboard Honda boat motor worth $1,500, 44900 block of Quartzville. Report taken.
5:05 p.m. – Brennan Templeton, 22, and Levi Moles, 21, arrested for boating under the influence, 40800 block of McDowell Creek. Cited and released. Caller reported subjects floating down the river near Bates Bridge on pontoon boats claiming to be pirates and causing problems with other boaters.
