1:46 p.m. – Shelly Marie Taylor, 31, arrested on warrant for failure to comply on original charge of possession of a schedule 2 substance and Joseph Martin Wagner, 28, arrested on warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth and second-degree disorderly conduct, 3224 Main St. Taylor transported to Linn County Jail. 11:09 a.m. – Irma Louise Snyder, 50, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, 1300 block of 13th.
12:59 p.m. – Marion Lee Gardner, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of offensive littering and charged with possession of meth, 1200 block of Nandina. Cited and released.
1:38 p.m. – Caller reported that a female parked her motor home at Safeway, 1540 Main St., and was asking customers for money. Officer contacted female who was buying groceries and leaving.
1:54 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a set of sprockets from her tool shed, 500 block of Surrey. Report taken.
3:02 p.m. – Joey Eugene Tackitt, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.
3:29 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject walking around with no clothing on, 12th and Nandina. Officer contacted a male who admitted to doing it for a bet. Male counseled for his actions.
5:42 p.m. – Aaron Keith Cunningham, 44, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of contempt of court and Albany warrant for second-degree theft, Sweet Home Choppers. Cited and released.
8:34 p.m. – Caller reported a sleeping bag in Strawberry Park that looked like it may have someone inside it. Officer contacted a female and sent her on her way.

5:30 a.m. – Caller reported that a dog had been barking all night long, 1400 block of 13th. Dog owner warned.
8:16 a.m. – Caller reported that a pitbull had attacked his smaller dog, 1400 block of 53rd. Owner of pitbull warned.
9:03 a.m. – Caller reported that someone siphoned or attempted to siphon fuel from his pickup, 900 block of 22nd.
9:19 a.m. – Caller reported that someone egged her vehicle, 2400 block of Long. Caller advised it has been an ongoing problem, but this is the first time she has reported it. Report taken.
10:42 a.m. – Officer contacted a female subject and advised her to vacate and remove her belongings from a camp set up near the railroad tracks and 24th.
11:08 a.m. – Caller reported seeing a cougar about 10 minutes earlier, 42nd and Osage. Unable to locate.
12:02 p.m. – Lane Garret O’Neal, 18, cited for speeding, 53rd and Wiley Creek.
12:14 p.m. – Bobby Ray Fowler arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Transported to Linn County Jail.
1:19 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a Toyota with windows cracked, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. The caller believed it was still too hot inside the vehicle. Officer contacted and counseled the registered owner of the vehicle.
4:49 p.m. – Caller reported a scrape on his car after getting into an altercation with a female the night before, 100 block of Eighth. Report taken.
4:53 p.m. – Caller found a strange note on his door, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Information noted.

12:03 a.m. – Richard Alan Walls, 44, arrested on Klamath County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of dangerous drugs, grassy area near Foster Dam. Transported to Linn County Jail for shuttle to Klamath County. Caller had reported she was punched in the face. Officer contacted a female who denied any criminal activity and did not want to report any crime. While on the call, the officer located Walls.
12:52 a.m. – Caller reported a garage door was open, and homeowners appeared to be sleeping, 700 block of 28th. Officer responded and could not get a response at the door. Officer shut the door.
1:02 a.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 30, cited and released in field on an Albany warrant for failure to appear.
1:48 a.m. – Caller reported a male lying in the middle of the northbound lane, 1200 block of Nandina. Male was shaking. Officers and medics responded. Male chose to walk home. He had a blood sugar level in the 300 range.
7:53 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke into his car and took personal property, 300 block of Strawberry Loop. Report taken.
8:30 a.m. – Caller reported rabbits and chickens coming into her yard and garden, and her husband also tripped and fell over on one of the rabbits, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Referred to code enforcement.

10:50 a.m. – Officer transported Darell Vasquez, 55, to Sweet Home Police Department for booking on a contempt of court charge, 1140 12th Ave., Sweet Home Municipal Court.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reported people living in a motor home for the past three weeks, 800 block of Alder. Officer located a motor home and tents on the property and contacted the residents of the motor home. He advised them of the city ordinance, and they said they would move to property outside the city limits. Referred to code enforcement.
2:51 p.m. – Caller reported a very tall fence built recently, 1100 block of 27th. Referred to code enforcement.
3:01 p.m. – Caller reported brush growing over the sidewalk, 1300 block of Sunset. Referred to code enforcement.
3:01 p.m. – Caller reported a female was in McDonald’s asking customers for money and then had gone to the parking lot asking customers at Bi-Mart for money as they left the store, 1900 block of Main. Officer responded and told the female she needed to move on.
4:06 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles playing on box cars on the railroad behind Safeway, 1540 Main St. Officer responded, counseled juveniles and trespassed them from the tracks.
6:26 p.m. – Brian Clayton Braught, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to comply on original charges of driving under the influence and harassment, Albany. Cited and released.
10:21 p.m. – Luke Daniel Lagares, 28, cited and released in field for offensive littering, 1129 First Ave. At 8:04 p.m., a caller had reported a male throwing a lamp into the roadway. A female picked up the bottom half of the lamp but left all the glass, then the male and female left in a vehicle.
10:26 p.m. – Caller reported a dog continuously barking every night, 1700 block of 11th. Officer sat in the area but did not hear any barking. He would continue to check throughout the night.

8:57 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bicycle in the bushes behind the auditorium, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Bicycle seized and placed in found property.
8:59 a.m. – Jennifer Lynn Harp, 41, arrested on two Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported her car was keyed while in town. Information noted.
3:57 p.m. – Melissa Margaret Jorgensen, 47, turned herself in on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

6:37 p.m. – Caller reported that a silver van ran into him and shoved him into a chain link fence, then a male jumped out of the vehicle and started hitting him, 1100 block of 12th. Officer responded. Unable to locate victim or vehicle.
7:04 p.m. – Anthony Allen Victor, 30, cited for operating a vehicle while using a cell phone and failure to carry proof of insurance, Main Street Market.
7:36 p.m. – Caller reported a water heater taken from the bathroom at Towne Pump, 890 Main St. Report taken.
8:21 p.m. – Officer located a camp set up on old mill property, 2200 block of Tamarack. Officer advised a male and female they need to have things cleaned up and be on their way by noon.
