10:57 a.m. – Caller reported that he trapped a dog in his backyard, 1300 block of Nandina. Caller agreed to keep the dog for now due to the Police Department kennel being full. Linn County Dog Control advised.
10:59 a.m. – Caller turned in two dogs located on Main Street at west city limits. Officer responded. Dogs returned to owner.
11:04 a.m. – Caller reported a dog at her residence again, 1300 block of 43rd. Officer responded and contacted dog owner, who stated that her daughter left the side gate open. Owner given another warning for dog at large and told she will be cited the next time.
12:45 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor’s dog is constantly barking, 1700 block of Dogwood. Dog was not barking upon officer arrival. Officer contacted owner and advised her of the complaint.
1:02 p.m. – Caller reported subjects living in the trees, mill property off the end of Willow Street. The caller could see garbage piling up, and the subjects were cutting down trees. Officer contacted three juveniles but unable to locate any illegal camps. Caller advised to call next time she sees anyone go into the area.

9:15 a.m. – Caller reported a large brown dog was aggressive toward the caller as he walked by, 2300 block of Harding. Officer warned the owner for dog at large.
9:18 a.m. – Caller reported being brought to Sweet Home, assaulted by her boyfriend and left stranded in Sweet Home, 4100 block of Main. Report taken for harassment. Neither party was interested in charges. The couple split up and planned on staying that way. The caller was provided assistance to get home.
9:26 a.m. – Caller found a large handbag sitting on the front steps, 1658 Long St., River of Life Church. Backpack placed in found property.
4:19 p.m. – Caller reported concerns for a male who had a broken arm and said that another male urinated on him and then broke his arm, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken for fourth-degree assault.

1:53 a.m. – Jennifer Marlene Robertson, 42, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.
7:21 a.m. – Katina Leann May, 43, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1800 block of Elm. Cited and released.

2:08 p.m. – Casey Lee Hurley, 31, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth and Marion County warrants for possession of meth and failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, 620 Mountain View Road. 9:49 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dogs were barking, 1800 block of Kalmia. Officer responded. Owner not home. Officer would try to contact owner later.

12:11 a.m. – Caller reported transients camping and yelling, 13th and Kalmia. Officer responded. A cart had fallen over and made noise. The subjects agreed to keep it down.
5:14 a.m. – Caller reported his vehicle 900 block of Main.
1 p.m. – Caller reported a female smoking marijuana near the bottle return, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Manager did not wish to pursue charges. Subjects educated on where they can smoke marijuana.
2 p.m. – Caller reported that the neighbors leave for the weekend, and their kids leave the dogs out in the yard where they bark nonstop, 4400 block of Long. Officer responded and left business card at the owner’s residence.
6:27 p.m. – David Nils Lejon, 44, arrested for encouraging second-degree child sexual abuse, 1145 Second Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail. According to the Oregon Revised Statutes, a person commits the offense for knowingly possessing or controlling or knowingly accessing with the intent to view a visual recording of sexually explicit conduct involving a child for the purpose of arousing or satisfying the sexual desires of the person or another person. Police officers executed a search warrant at the address and seized a computer and computer-related equipment, which were sent for forensic analysis. Lejon remained lodged at Linn County Jail on Monday.
6:54 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located vehicle reported stolen earlier in the day, 125 Central Ave., Lebanon.
10:14 p.m. – Jaycee Ryan McClurg, 29, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 5301 Main St.

10:56 p.m. – Caller reported that a male who watches the park blew an air horn at kids playing Pokemon Go in the park and then grabbed one, ripping his shirt and hitting him in the head with the air horn, Sankey Park. Officer responded and contacted the male, who said it was mostly verbal with minor physical but denied striking the other male with the air horn. Information noted.
11:08 p.m. – Caller reported that while playing Pokemon Go in her vehicle, 18th and Long, a male attempted to open her rear passenger door. Officer checked area. Unable to locate.

3:30 p.m. – Caller reported that his ex-girlfriend took his vehicle without permission. She left him a message that she parked it at 1540 Main St., Safeway, with the keys inside. The caller requested that the officer verify that his vehicle was parked at that location, and then he would respond and pick it up. Officer responded. Title and keys secured.

5:37 p.m. – Kelly Lee Ash, 33, arrested for a violation of restraining order, 4910 Osage St. Linn County Sheriff’s Office had reported an open line and a male and female yelling at each other. Officer responded to a disturbance over a crash that happened outside the city limits. Information referred to Linn County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police.
7:06 p.m. – Daniel Lee Gosline, 60, arrested on Douglas County warrant for parole violation on original charge of possession of a firearm violation, 805 Long St. Caller had reported a male harassing customers, falling over and lying on the porch. Transported to Linn County Jail and held for detox.
10:10 p.m. – Caller reported subjects camping in a dumpster, 2300 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.

2:21 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female walking in the street and pushing baby carriages with no babies, 1100 block of 12th. They were yelling and screaming obscenities at each other. Officer contacted the female, who said she was yelling for the male. She was advised to stay on the sidewalk.
3:11 p.m. – Caller turned in a backpack left at the Oregon Jamboree office, 401 Main St. the backpack had reportedly been dropped by a subject stealing from one of the campgrounds. Officer seized clothing, pills and marijuana, but the backpack had no items to identify the owner.
4:42 p.m. – Caller reported a gas can stolen, 5200 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.
4:30 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject gong through freezers on a front porch and refusing to leave, 1700 block of Spruce. Officer responded. Male gone upon arrival. Unable to locate.
