11:39 a.m. – Caller reported someone entered her vehicle and took items, 1200 block of Evergreen. Report taken. Loss valued at $600.

12:32 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs at large, 100 block of 10th. Dogs returned to owner.

4:51 p.m. – Caller reported people in the area were selling wreaths, Evergreen and Highway 228. Officer advised them to obtain peddler’s permits.

7:03 p.m. – Caller reported items missing from his apartment, 1200 block of 23rd. Report taken.

10:22 p.m. – Eudean Tate, 31, cited for driving uninsured, Main and 23rd.

11:52 p.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

Dec. 14

12:26 a.m. – Caller reported his neighbor had a loud generator running, 1100 block of 27th. Officer advised the neighbor of the complaint, and he agreed to turn the generator off.

7:41 a.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 47, arrested on two counts of first-degree forgery, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market. Caller had reported a male trying to use a counterfeit $20 bill.

9:56 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole a heater, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Report taken.

10:37 a.m. – Whitney Dawn Denherder, 31, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 2110 Main St.

10:58 a.m. – Caller reported someone entered three of his vehicles, 900 block of Birch. Report taken. Loss valued at $79. Vehicles had been left unsecured.

11 a.m. – Caller reported transients sleeping behind her property, 1300 block of Nandina. Officer located unoccupied tents in the area. Officer would check back later to attempt contact.

12:54 p.m. – Donald Blake Miller, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem.

12:59 p.m. – Desarae Josephine Fulbright cited and released on Linn County warrant for first-degree burglary, 5400 block of Main.

2:01 p.m. – Caller reported theft of beer and dog food, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.

4:31 p.m. – Caller reported a theft from the previous night, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Loss valued at $8.13.

6:22 p.m. – Tucker Downs, 19, arrested for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

8:54 p.m. – Franklin Joe Whitton, 39, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 2200 block of Long. Cited and released.

9:22 p.m. – Caller reported a light on inside and a homeless female standing outside 1502 Main St. Officer responded. Building was secure. Officer advised the female to move along.

11:50 p.m. – Justin Seibert, 31, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of sexual assault and a new charge of possession of methamphetamine, and Rebecca Fox, 22, cited for driving while suspended, 3137 Main St., Trailer Villa.

Dec. 13

1:16 a.m. – Dwayne Hershel Flesher, 46, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured and arrested on Linn County warrants for possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to carry and present a license, 29th and Long. Cited and released.

4:25 a.m. – Nicholas Gregory Godell, 35, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 2405 Main St., 7-Eleven.

11:24 a.m. – Teri Jefferson, 54, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 900 block of Main.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a male claimed the business gave him counterfeit $5 bills, 621 Main St., Thriftway. A cashier exchanged the counterfeit bills for valid bills. Caller then reviewed security footage and found that the male did not receive counterfeit bills at location. Officer responded. Bills seized. Information noted.

12:19 p.m. – Jacob Mitchell Thurber, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, Albany.

12:38 p.m. – Paul Richard Landers, 64, arrested on Linn County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.

1:30 p.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Amber Dawn Barton, 41, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft.

2:05 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 52, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on three criminal citations, 3025 Main St., Highway 20 Church of Christ. Cited and released.

3:26 p.m. – Caller reported that while the caller’s grandson was walking home from school, a male threw his phone, breaking it, 300 block of W. Holley. Information noted. Additional contacts to be made later.

4:24 p.m. – Louis James Ennis, 77, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, 1502 Main St., old American Family Video. Caller had reported a blue pickup running into the building.

9:31 p.m. – Jacob William Kilpatrick, 29, cited for driving uninsured, Sunset Lane at the Elks Lodge.

10:03 p.m. – Caller reported that he sold a bicycle to a male in front of Safeway, 1540 Main St., then a female walked up and said, “That’s mine.” The caller said she grabbed it and left with it. Report taken. Loss valued at $15.

Dec. 12

8:32 a.m. – Kent Allen Vannorsdall, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, Deschutes County.

11:36 a.m. – Sara Kay McBee-King, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of theft of services, Albany.

12:46 p.m. – Caller reported that an employee received a counterfeit bill, 890 Main St., Towne Pump. Report taken.

12:53 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street in front of the caller’s house for six days, 700 block of 8th. Vehicle posted for removal.

1:11 p.m. – Caller reported two thefts, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Losses valued at $10 and $25.

2:55 p.m. – Caller found a dog, Marcola and Log Creek Road. Dog placed in kennel then released to Animal Control.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole a donation bucket, 900 block of Going Green. Report taken. Loss valued at $3.

4:57 p.m. – Caller reported a female deposited fraudulent checks from the caller’s account, Linn-Co Federal Credit Union. Report taken.

Dec. 11

3:18 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke into a shed, 6000 block of Main. Report taken for criminal mischief. Damage valued at $100. It did not appear anything was taken.

7:47 a.m. – Caller reported a package stolen from the porch, 100 block of Nandina.

7:49 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor had items stolen, 1200 block of 23rd.

10 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for an extended period, and a motor home parked in the yard had people living in it, 2200 block of Main. Officer contacted the owner of the vehicle. The owner said he just purchased the vehicle, and it had a flat tire. He said he would move it as soon as possible. The motor home was referred to code enforcement.

11:25 a.m. – Caller wanted an officer to look at a duffel bag with contraband in it, 1300 block of 18th. Officer seized it for destruction.

11:53 a.m. – Caller reported that a male passed a counterfeit $20 bill, 1203 Long St., All Star Pizza. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

11:57 a.m. – Caller reported a cougar sighting in the area of the Water Treatment Plant about one hour earlier, 1500 block of 47th.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reported that someone ran into the building sometime during the morning, 5480 Main St., Foster Lake Mall. Report taken. No estimate on damage at the time.

3:42 p.m. – Caller found a Visa card at Highway 20 and railroad trestle. Placed in found property.

5:50 p.m. – Nidia Jean Bellon, 37, arrested for hit and run with property damage, 5494 Osage St.

6:23 p.m. – Caller found a bank card, 4800 block of Main. Placed in found property.

7:22 p.m. – Caller reported a minor car crash, 18th and Long. Officer assisted in exchange of information. Damage less than $2,500.

8:17 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked half on the caller’s property and half in the street, 1200 block of Poplar. Officer unable to locate a responsible party. Vehicle posted for removal.

9:11 p.m. – Caller reported a male had been harassing her by phone, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer contacted the male who had a conflicting story. Information forwarded to city attorney for review.

10:13 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog, 100 block of Osage. Dog placed in kennel.

10:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a male broke into the caller’s residence but had since left, 1400 block of 53rd. Report taken for trespassing.

Dec. 10

8:50 a.m. – Willa Hopkins, 53, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, Cascadia Village Apartments.

9:53 a.m. – Konane Leslie, 26, turned himself in on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

10:27 a.m. – Caller turned in a sack full of property that had been left on the bus over six months, Sweet Home Senior Center. Officer will attempt to locate owners.

11:17 a.m. – Robert Dwayne Pollock cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment.

1:34 p.m. – A 14-year-old female excluded from city parks, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High.

1:53 p.m. – Caller reported a custom-built trailer stolen, 28200 block of Scott Mountain.

1:58 p.m. – Caller reported males going door to door, 46th and Long. Officer contacted the subjects and advised them to obtain peddler’s licenses.

2:12 p.m. – Joseph Charles Tenbusch, 71, cited for driving uninsured, and Kirstin Marie Mengore, 48, cited for following too closely in three-vehicle crash, 2400 block of Main. No injuries.

8:15 p.m. – Caller reported a male backed into the building and left, 4804 Main St., Spoleto’s. Report taken.

10:07 p.m. – Caller reported a male may have stolen credit cards and a cell phone, 1500 block of 12th. Report taken for theft.

Dec. 9

10:09 a.m. – Officer posted an abandoned vehicle for removal, 2300 block of Long.

11:57 a.m. – Ruth Robbins, 46, turned herself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released from lobby.

1:31 p.m. – Caller reported two vehicles parked on street for several months, 300 block of 7th. Vehicles posted for removal.

1:48 p.m. – Caller reported his vehicle was hit the previous day while he was in town. Report taken. Damage estimated at $500.

1:56 p.m. – Caller found a dog, 35th and Juniper. Dog placed in kennel.

3:05 p.m. – Crystal Strickland, 30, arrested for third-degree theft and possession of stolen property, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

5:12 p.m. – Michael Ferebee, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 18th and railroad tracks. Cited and released.

5:29 p.m. – Amanda Leah Binks, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Prineville.

5:55 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 35, placed on detainer on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon Department of Corrections. DOC advised to contact Sweet Home Police Department closer to her release date.

8:28 p.m. – Caller reported two employees started they received a text from the caller requesting they wire $9,000, 1027 Main St., La Mota. The employees removed money from a safe and wired it to another country. The caller said she never sent a text requesting that. Officer responded. Employees were the victims of a scam. Information noted at this time.

9:26 p.m. – Caller found a loose dog, Pleasant Valley and North River. Dog placed in kennel.
