5:45 a.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Robert Aaron Davis, 45, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft.

2:17 a.m. – Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 30, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree criminal mischief, Albany warrant for failure to appear and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 1200 block of 46th. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported catching a male wandering in his backyard a couple of times and wanted him to be trespassed.
11:30 a.m. – Officer posted a vehicle for removal, Mountain View and Elm.
2:14 p.m. – Mark Farris, 55, cited for driving uninsured, Highway 228 and Oak Terrace.
11:41 p.m. – Caller reported a male was stealing, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer unable to locate. Caller just wanted the male trespassed if located.
Nov. 30
1:35 a.m. – Caller reported several juveniles were fighting at Husky Field, 1012 22nd Ave. Officer contacted multiple juveniles and one adult who said they were just play fighting. They were counseled for their actions. Juveniles were warned for curfew violation. Officer advised parents.
2:52 a.m. – Caller reported a pickup hit several vehicles then drove away, 600 block of 5th. Report taken.
10:23 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was hit and the driver left a note on the windshield, 900 block of Dogwood. Officer responded. Caller was already in contact with the driver’s mother. Information noted.
11:58 a.m. – Caller reported she hit another vehicle, 15th and Long. Report taken. Damage more than $2,500. Drivers arranged their own tows.
12:55 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke out the window on a pickup, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Damage valued at $150.
1:56 p.m. – Caller reported two RV batteries stolen from an RV, 4199 Main St., Storage Depot. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.
3:42 p.m. – Denise Burrow, 52, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, and Richard Porter III, 37, cited for failure to register vehicle and driving while suspended, 1100 block of 24th. Caller had reported a female who had been evicted was trying to get into a residence and stealing tools from the property. The female left in a vehicle with a male driver in a red Chevy S10 headed east on Long Street. Officer contacted the male and female. The female had been trespassed from the location. Nothing appeared to have been taken or damaged.
5:04 p.m. – Hailey Holt, 27, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on two criminal citations and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2200 block of Main.
6:01 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s child was using a BB gun and damaged the caller’s car, 4200 block of Long. The caller said that when parents were confronted, they became argumentative. Officer contacted all involved parties and mediated a civil resolution.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported two teen males stringing video tape around 12th, 10th and Elm. Officer unable to locate juveniles. Officer picked up the area.
7:24 p.m. – Oregon State Police cited and released Frank Joseph Coelho in the field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence.
7:35 p.m. – Eric Raymond Shipp, 45, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, 4000 block of Main.
8:23 p.m. – Benjamin Derek Terry, 23, arrested for hit and run with property damage and for reckless driving, 1200 block of Main. Cited and released.
11:48 p.m. – Chaylan Dale Tosta, 37, arrested for possession of meth, violating a restraining order and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of interfering with a police officer, 1840 Tamarack St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
Nov. 29
10:50 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle broke down two days earlier, 1300 block of Evergreen. The registered owner took belongings out of the vehicle and left it. Vehicle posted for removal.
12:53 p.m. – Caller reported someone rummaged through her vehicle the previous day, 1530 Tamarack, Tamarack Ridge Estates. Report taken.
1:08 p.m. – Callers reported a vehicle backed into another, Towne Pump. Officer assisted in exchange of information.
3:47 p.m. – Randi Jo Goodwin, 34, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1300 block of Main.
7:29 p.m. – Tucker Logan Brimacomb, 28, turned himself in for first-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
11:49 p.m. – Caller reported her friend had to leave her house because her son showed up, 1800 block of Tamarack. The friend has an active restraining order against the son. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
Nov. 28
12:01 a.m. – Caller reported a dog had been barking for three hours, 4300 block of Airport. Officer contacted resident, who took the dog inside.
5:55 a.m. – Richard Lee Kintz-ley, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of reckless driving, Linn County.
10:03 a.m. – Caller reported dogs running loose, Highway 228 near Main Street. Officer contacted the owner, who had already located the dogs and returned them home. Officer warned the male for dog as a public nuisance.
4:57 p.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for four counts of failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief and Linn County warrants for probation violation on two original charges, 22nd and Main. Cited and released.
5:35 p.m. – Caller reported a firearm taken from her mother’s house, 200 block of Mountain View. Report taken. Loss valued at $500.
6:23 p.m. – Caller reported a male wearing all black and walking around the track, Husky Field, 22nd Avenue. Second caller reported a male was walking around singing. Both complainants had called regarding the other. Officer unable to locate any criminal activity.
7:32 p.m. – Caller received information that her ex broke into her house while her mother was there babysitting, 1530 Tamarack St., Tamarack Ridge Estates. Male gone upon officer arrival. Report taken for first-degree criminal trespass. Investigation continuing.
7:33 p.m. – Kaby Patricia Keith-Heidt, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.
9:05 p.m. – Ashley Kay Miles, 31, cited for dog as a public nuisance, 5300 block of Osage. Caller had reported a neighbor’s dog attacking his dog.

7:35 a.m. – Kammie Turner arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and several warrants for failure to appear, 1000 block of Pleasant Valley.
9:16 a.m. – Collin Church, 27, cited and released in field on Mill City warrant failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
9:42 a.m. – Lester Hendrix Jr., 44, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on a criminal driving charge, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of attempting to elude a police officer, Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and Marion County warrant for contempt of court, 950 Poplar St. Cited and released.
10:01 a.m. – Caller reported finding drug paraphernalia in the parking lot, 679 Main St., Samaritan Sweet Home Family Medicine. Officer seized it for destruction. Caller asked for extra patrol during the morning and evening and if anyone is on the property after business hours that they be trespassed.
12:16 p.m. – Caller reported a male driving a green pickup ran into the building and left, 1621 53rd Ave., The Rez Church. Officer contacted the owner of the building. Damage to building was old. Information noted.
12:52 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running loose, 49th and Locust. Officer unable to locate.
2:48 p.m. – Kevin Roy Hampton, 56, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main St. Cited and released.
3:20 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole multiple pieces of clothing, 4400 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $33.
4:38 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dogs were roaming the neighborhood, 4900 block of Maple. Officer unable to locate.
Nov. 26
10:44 a.m. – Caller reported a caretaker may have taken unauthorized money from a client’s account, 2200 block of Main. Report taken.
11:23 a.m. – Rebecca Fox, 22, cited for driving while suspended, behind All Star Pizza.
11:43 a.m. – Bronson Garrett Putney, 24, cited for no license and driving uninsured, A&W.
1:11 p.m. Caller gave permission to a female to drive his car for three hours and it was returned six days later with all the tools missing out of it, 22nd and Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $3,000 for electrical tools.
5:27 p.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Jacob William Jones, 27, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft.
6:11 p.m. – Andrew James Frei-tag, 19, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of strangulation, fourth-degree assault and menacing, 3200 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
9:32 p.m. – Vicki Ann Hamilton, 59, cited for driving uninsured, 1501 Main St., Speedee mart. Invalid stickers seized.
Nov. 25
7:21 a.m. – Caller reported hearing an animal “making an awful noise” in the area of Ames Creek between 18th and Mountain View. Unknown what kind of animal it may have been or what residence the noise was coming from. Officer could hear the animal upon arrival, and then the noise stopped. Officer unable to determine the location of the noise.
8:34 a.m. – Caller reported seeing a male climb over his neighbor’s fence and enter the neighbor’s shop, 1800 block of 19th. Officer contacted the neighbor, who allowed the officer to check his shop. The officer checked the shop and found the neighbor’s son, who was skipping school. Officer counseled the boy.
9:09 a.m. – Caller reported finding counterfeit money in a till, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Caller did remember where the money had been taken.
12:04 p.m. – Caller reported fuel taken and U-Haul vehicles damaged, 250 Main St., OK Feed. Report taken. No fuel appeared taken, but the U-Haul vehicle had more than $200 in damage.
1:40 p.m. – Caller reported a travel trailer with her belongings inside had been taken from the front yard, 1800 block of Vine. Report taken.
2:48 p.m. – Caller reported a loose dog, 1400 block of Westwood. Dog returned to owner.
3:36 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.
3:55 p.m. – Kaleb Banta, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of heroin and failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth and new charges of resisting arrest and third-degree escape, 1530 Main St., old Santiam Drug. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:49 p.m. – Caller reported a male was harassing her via phone and wanted him warned for telephonic harassment, Sweet Home area. Officer to look for and warn the male.
7:59 p.m. – Callers reported a two-vehicle crash at Main and 15th. No injuries.
10:47 p.m. – Deputy found a rotted tree fallen across the roadway, 24900 block of Springer. Deputy removed the debris.
