Dec. 7

3:37 a.m. – Skylar James Samson, 24, cited for driving while suspended, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

8:12 a.m. – Caller reported that a male took $500 from her and hadn’t paid her back, 4800 block of 48th. Report taken.

11:13 a.m. – Caller reported entering a house they own, and people were sleeping in the closet, 1100 block of Nandina. Officer located two subjects and trespassed them from the location.

1:36 p.m. – Caller reported someone sleeping by a building, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High. Officer contacted a female and advised her that she cannot stay there. She collected her belongings and moved on.

Dec. 6

2 a.m. – James David Stedman III, 25, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1300 block of Nandina. Cited and released.

2:44 a.m. – Bobby Ray Fowler, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Cited and released.

5:40 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle weaving from lane to lane headed into Sweet Home, Highway 20. Officer contacted the vehicle at the registered owner’s address. No signs of impairment. Driver said she was battling a spider inside her car. She was advised of the complaint and warned.

9:58 a.m. – Caller reported medication stolen, 3224 Main St., South Fork Mobile Home Park. Report taken. Loss valued at $678.42.

11:48 a.m. – Caller reported finding a phone, Husky Field. Phone placed in found property.

6:20 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors have an untended fire in their backyard approximately 8 feet from a shed, 1000 block of 13th. Referred to Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District.

Dec. 5

10:46 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1900 block of Main. Cited and released.

10:52 a.m. – James Franklin Bradley, 41, turned himself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree child neglect, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:55 a.m. – Caller reported a sign saying, “Don’t Wake the Bear,” stolen from his front porch, 300 block of Ninth. Report taken. Loss valued at $40.

12:17 p.m. – Andson Philip Grazer, 38, arrested on Linn County warrant for first-degree burglary and harassment; Lebanon warrant for failure to appear; and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of probation violation and possession of marijuana, Clark Mill south of Main.

12:23 p.m. – Caller reported a package stolen from her porch, 1200 block of 44th. Report taken.

2:11 p.m. – Caller reported that someone is building a wooden fort on the railroad tracks between 12th Avenue and Safeway. Officer responded and located a camp on private property. Officer would check on property lines and check with code enforcement.

6:37 p.m. – Officer located property on the road and placed it in storage for safe keeping, Fifth and Ironwood.

10:13 p.m. – Amber Elizabeth Martinez, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of theft of services, Linn County. Cited and released.

Dec. 4

6:21 a.m. – Arrested following a search warrant at 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park, space 80, were Robert Daryl Cate Jr., 43, for posssession of meth, felon in possession of a firearm and distribution of marijuana; Tonya Jean Whitebird, 37, for possession of meth; Roxie Ann Turner, 47, for possession of meth; Hailee Jo Smith Daggett, 21, for possession of meth; and Shannon Ranee Blackwell, 43, for possession of meth, distribution of meth and frequenting a place where drugs are distributed. Blackwell and Cate transported to Linn County Jail. Whitebird, Turner and Smith Daggett cited and released.

9:40 a.m. – Caller reported open storage of household garbage, 900 block of 29th. Referred to code enforcement.

11:14 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of a credit card, 1300 block of Main. Report taken.

4:56 p.m. – Caller reported her phone stolen, 500 block of Ninth. Report taken.

5:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male threatening him at the store, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Investigation continuing.

6:09 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole and used her Oregon Trail Card, 2400 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $547.27.

9:55 p.m. – Hailee Jo Smith Daggett, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 18th and Main. Cited and released.

12:43 a.m. – Sean Ever Robinson, 30, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 10th and Elm.

5:40 a.m. – Caller reported that something had been thrown through a window, 2425 Main St., Skyline Inn Restaurant. Report taken.

10:03 a.m. – Linn County Jail served a Sweet Home warrant on James Joseph Crites, 44, for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft.

12:12 p.m. – Caller reported a burglary, 604 Main St., Dutch Bros. Report taken.

12:50 p.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Report taken.

1:09 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Report taken. Loss valued at $16.99.

3:43 p.m. – Alec John Rice, 16, cited for driving outside restrictions, 1200 block of 40th.

6:20 p.m. – Caller reported his cell phone stolen, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Report taken. Loss valued at $80.

5:15 a.m. – Caller reported that someone knocked on her door. When she answered it, a male grabbed her by the throat, 1200 block of 44th. Report taken for harassment. Unable to locate anyone in the area, but officer would be on the lookout.

7:03 a.m. – Caller reported a burglary, 3224 Main St., South Fork Mobile Home Park. Report taken. Loss valued at $3,085.

9:50 a.m. – Matthew Adam Boehm, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on fireworks offense, 3224 Main St., South Fork Mobile Home Park. Cited and released.

10:33 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bike in the bushes near his house, 900 block of Nandina. Property seized and placed in property shed.

11:05 a.m. – Caller reported a theft, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Report taken. Loss valued at $22.99.

12:10 p.m. – Stolen 1996 Toyota pickup recovered, 43100 block of McDowell Creek. Vehicle had been reported stolen from Lebanon.

2:05 p.m. – Caller reported an abandoned vehicle, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Referred to code enforcement.

2:06 p.m. – Caller reported a travel trailer parked on the street for more than a week, Osage and Westwood. Referred to code enforcement.

3:10 p.m. – Caller reported finding a cell phone, 1100 block of Long. Phone placed in found property.

6:21 p.m. – Caller reported that she sold a wedding ring set on Craigslist but never received payment. She discovered she had been scammed, 41500 block of Kessell Hill. Report taken.

6:31 p.m. – Caller reported being attacked by an ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend while holding her infant, 2400 block of Main. Report taken for harassment.

9:04 p.m. – Caller reported two females stole items, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Loss valued at $2.49.

Dec. 1

8:01 a.m. – Caller reported that someone hit a fence, 28400 block of Ridgeway. Report taken for hit and run. Damage estimated at $100.

11:26 p.m. – Melonie Rene Adams, 50, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 11th and Poplar.

3:20 p.m. – Caller reported rolling her vehicle, 25000 block of Crescent Hill. No injuries. The 1990 Toyota 4-Runner rolled in gravel while traveling at about 20 mph. A passerby stopped to assist and was able to pull the vehicle up to the road. The passerby then left his vehicle parked without setting the emergency brake, and his vehicle rolled down the hill and into the ditch, landing on its side. The passerby was able to get help. His vehicle was removed, and he drove it away with minor damage. The driver of the first vehicle contacted her father, who made arrangements to tow the vehicle. No citations.

Nov. 29

12:05 p.m. – Stolen 1995 Honda Accord out of Lebanon recovered, 40500 block of McDowell Creek.
