10:57 p.m. – Jacob Paul Hayes, 31, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and violation of release agreement, 1202 Clark Mill Road. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a neighbor outside with a small child and yelling about being locked out of the house.

3:06 a.m. – Nicholas Scot Warren arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court on original charge of failure to appear, Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass and Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and a criminal citation, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Warren also charged with possession of meth. Cited, held for detox and released.

9:55 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 20, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights. Cited and released.
10:57 p.m. – Ladonna Gayle Bales, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Eugene. Transported to Lane County Jail.
