7:37 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in the cardboard dumpster, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Officer responded and contacted a male, who gathered his belongings and left.
9:02 a.m. – Caller reported that she may have been scammed, 1600 block of 56th. Information noted.
9:27 a.m. – Caller reported a male standing on the corner of 12th and Nandina, taking off his shirt, swinging it around and acting oddly. Officer contacted the male, who was having some mental health issues. The male subject clothed himself and went on his way.
12:06 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a call from a 9-1-1 number stating that he had a warrant for his arrest and that he should call another number back or officers would be sent to his residence, 2100 block of Long. Caller advised that it was a scam and to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

12:04 a.m. – James Paul Chapin, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of resisting arrest, Lebanon. Cited and released.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a package from her front porch, 700 block of 27th. Report taken. Loss valued at $80.
7:07 p.m. – Officer responded to possible overdose, 4000 block of Clark Mill. Medics transported subject to hospital. Report to be forwarded to Linn County Mental Health.
8:30 p.m. – Jesse Lane Davis, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Long and Oak Terrace.

11:03 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle, license plate 697GJJ, stolen, 1600 block of 12th. Report taken.
11:34 a.m. – Caller reported that he has footage of a male trying doors and windows during the night, 4300 block of Main. Information noted.
11:50 a.m. – Caller reported a stolen recipe box, 3100 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $10.
7:21 p.m. – Caller reported water was not working, but water was coming from the meter, 1600 block of Dogwood. Officer and Public Works responded. Officer assisted.
10:18 p.m. – Marion Lee Gardner, 45, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 405 Main St., Circle K. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:38 a.m. – James Cary Fennel, 44, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, 23rd and Harding.
7:26 a.m. – Alora Lynese Fulbright, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Klamath Falls.
9:13 a.m. – Edwin Todd Hill, 50, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for hit and run, Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Cited and released.
11:49 a.m. – Caller reported junk lying around what appears to be a vacant residence, 2300 block of Harding. Referred to code enforcement.
11:50 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle sitting in the same location for several weeks, 2600 block of Harding. Referred to code enforcement.
1:06 a.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 40, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and a new charge of possession of meth, 37th and Long. Cited and released.
3:38 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle, license plate 509CJJ, stolen, 4400 block of Long. Report taken.

3:01 a.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Tiffany Ann Persinger, 32, on a Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft.
5:31 a.m. – Jory Ryan Davis, 31, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Albany. Cited and released.
9:18 a.m. – Officer located a bicycle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Bike placed in found property.
10:54 a.m. – Kyle Jordan Frederick, 18, cited for no license, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, 18th and railroad tracks.
11:33 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 19, cited for driving while suspended, Wells Fargo parking lot.
11:39 a.m. – Caller reported a maintenance company blowing leaves into the street. Referred to code enforcement.
12:30 p.m. – John Mark Taylor, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Midway Market. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:40 p.m. – Caller reported that a juvenile is harassing her daughter by text messages, 2900 block of Foothills. Suspect resides in Lebanon. Lebanon Police Department will contact and counsel the juvenile.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported that someone tried to siphon fuel from his vehicle, 300 W. Holley, Stone-brook Apartments. Report taken.
5:01 p.m. – Ernest Marion Baxter, 77, cited for failure to yield right-of-way when entering a roadway in a two-vehicle crash, 600 block of Main. No injuries. Second driver was David Adam Keutzer, 51. Report taken.
10:39 p.m. – Dennis Bruce Teigen, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon. Cited and released.
10:59 p.m. – Trevor Paul Webb, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 1671 13th Ave. Cited and released.

12:59 a.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 19, arrested for second-degree theft and arrested on Linn County warrrant for contempt of court, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Cited and released.
8:01 a.m. – Caller reported that someone tore her address off her house, 1200 block of First. Caller has been having issues with things happening outside her house. Information noted.
11:12 a.m. – Mark Anthony Simpson, 45, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, Eugene. Cited and released.
11:16 a.m. – Code enforcement officer located four dogs at location, 1000 block of 13th.
2:47 p.m. – Caller reported her purse stolen out of a grocery cart outside of Safeway, 1540 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,506.
3:01 p.m. – Caller reported her wallet and phone stolen, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $310.
5:29 p.m. – Caller reported a customer just brought a purse and wallet reported stolen in the previous call, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. They had been found in the dumpster. Property seized and returned to owner.
5:35 p.m. – Travis Trent Stach-Sells, 25, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation and Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released.

9:20 a.m. – Sherri Lynn Smith, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of frequenting a place where controlled substances are sold, Lebanon. Cited and released.
1:55 p.m. – Caller reported possible domestic violence, Vista Lane. Investigation continuing.
2:33 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running loose, 27th and Long. Officer contacted female at residence. Gate was open. Female closed it.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole a Christmas ornament, 1700 block of Main. Officer contacted the male. Male trespassed. Item returned.
8:02 p.m. – Caller reported two stray dogs coming to his home and attacking his cat, 28000 block of Riggs Hill. Officer unable to locate dogs.
10:27 p.m. – Kimberly Ann Winney, 45, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 629 Seventh Ave.
