7:54 p.m. – Benjamin Ryan Jones, 16, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Main and 24th.

1:26 a.m. – Jesse Lane Davis, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.
4:12 a.m. – Caller reported a lost juvenile, 1530 Tamarack St, Mountain Shadows. Caller was unable to understand the juvenile and help him get home. Officer contacted the juvenile, who overdosed on medication. Transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Investigation continuing. Report forwarded to Oregon Department of Human Services.
5:50 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle ran over his foot at Clark Mill and Main. Report taken for hit and run.
7:59 p.m. – Caller reported seeing flames on something in the sky, and it was heading toward Northside Park. Officer checked area. Unable to locate any object matching the description.

12:59 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 29, cited and released in field for first-degree criminal trespass. Kelly Bennett Taylor-Harp, 54, cited and released in field for first-degree criminal trespass. Samantha Christine Mansell, 24, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, possession of meth and failure to appear, and Daniel Anthony Ciullo, 29, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, Clackamas County warrant for possession of meth, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of second-degree theft and probation violation and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Mansell and Ciullo transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported three people entering a trailer that is supposed to be vacant.
9:27 a.m. – Mark Daniel Guiley, 26, served on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Eugene.
10:28 a.m. – Caller reported a homeless camp set up about 100 yards from 10th Avenue. Officer contacted subjects and advised them to vacate based on city ordinance.
11:21 a.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Daggett, 23, served on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Albany.
12:55 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors pranked a car parked in front of the caller’s residence, 1100 block of Second. The pranksters scattered a bale of hay on top of the vehicle and all over the street. Officer contacted the owner of the vehicle, who stated that friends placed the bale of hay on her vehicle. She planned to advise them to remove it.
1:14 p.m. – Caller reported a motor home with no tags parked on 23rd Avenue between Main and Long. Posted for removal.
2:07 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for an extended period on the street, 4800 block of 48th. Vehicle posted for removal.
3:04 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for an extended period on the street, 4000 block of 41st. Vehicle posted for removal.
5:17 p.m. – Caller reported his truck entered and radio stolen during the night, 1900 block of 18th. Report taken.
7:10 p.m. – Caller reported a male came looking for his tablet, pushed the caller and took off with her phone and liquor, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken for harassment, interfering with making a report and contempt of court.

8:22 a.m. – Caller reported an RV had been parked in the City Hall parking lot for two days. Officer contacted a male, who said he would have it moved.
10:20 a.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Sweet Home Post Office.
12:46 p.m. – Caller reported a male parked a motor home on the street and was going through residential recycling cans. Officer unable to locate.
1:04 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had broken into a house and taken items, 2200 block of Ironwood. Report taken.
1:18 p.m. – Darrell George Berrigan, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 4420 Hwy. 20, O&M Tire. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:02 p.m. – Amber Rae Bly, 25, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of second-degree theft and probation violation, and Daniel Joseph Carrico, 32, cited and releaed in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and second-degree theft and for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug.
4:31 p.m. – Caller found a bunch of mail stuffed into a dollhouse in the backyard of a house in the 1100 block of 12th. Placed in found property.
5:46 p.m. – Frank Archie Thompson, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, Albany. Cited and released.
8:13 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running at large, 1800 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.
9:10 p.m. – Craig Bruce Adams, 37, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree criminal mischief, 300 W. Holley, Stonebrook Apartments. Cited and released. Callers had reported a male jumping in front of cars, yelling for them to stop and then punching another male.

8:21 a.m. – Kevin Roy Hampton, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1285 46th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:50 a.m. – David Edward McCracken, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Portland.
9:18 a.m. – Caller reported a male taking things out of trash cans and putting them into other trash cans along the street, 800 block of 28th. Officer contacted a male who was looking for cans. Officer advised him not to without permission from owners.
10:28 a.m. – Kelly Lee Ash, 34, charged with restraining order violation, first-degree burglary and third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
12:24 p.m. – Two callers reported someone broke into their vehicles, 1000 block of 12th. Report taken. Loss valued at $340.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported a window screen pried open and garage door opened, 1300 block of Poplar. Fuel may have been taken from a vehicle, but owner was unsure how much if any.
3:19 p.m. – Caller reported a white car parked on the street for more than two weeks, 42nd and Osage. Referred to code enforcement.
8:56 p.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1500 block of 47th. Cited and released.

3:05 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for an extended period of time, 900 block of 13th. Vehicle posted for removal.
3:14 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle parked in front of the church, 1800 block of Long. Officer contacted two subjects in the vehicle. They said they were playing a video game and would move on.

4:32 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
5:36 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a female, living in the 1300 block of 13th, who said her pipes are frozen, has no heat or food in the house and whose doors are frozen shut. Officer responded. Female had power, but refuses to use it due to the high cost. She claimed to have food and said she wouldn’t accept any assistance.
