2:00 a.m. – Caller reported someone cut a catalytic converter off his vehicle, 1100 block of 43rd. Officer responded, report taken for criminal mischief and theft. Approximate value $300.
8:20 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle with no plates was dumped on the property, 4400 block of Long. Officer responded, vehicle clear, caller advised of options to have vehicle towed.
9:45 a.m. – Cristy Jane Cromwell, 39 arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of meth possession and a criminal citation, Marion County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, and a Polk County warrant for reckless burning, Sankey Park. Cited and released in the field.
10:07 a.m. – Peter Robert Piazza, 36, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of animal neglect. Cited and released from the SHPD lobby, 1950.
10:58 a.m. – Officer located a male slumped over in vehicle, 53rd and Nandina. Male evaluated by medics and is OK. Nicholas Adam Ames, 31, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief.
11:12 a.m. – Officer gave an intoxicated female a courtesy ride home, Dollar General, 1937 Main.
1:07 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor bought a pig a few weeks ago which has been confined to a small crate since then, 1000 block of Mountain View. Officer responded, contacted resident, advised of city ordinance. No immediate neglect concerns, advised of minimum space requirements for the animal.
2:15 p.m. – Officer located Amanda Teoli, 44, on Linn County felony warrants for failure to appear on original charges of three counts of criminal citations, interfering with a police officer, computer crime, and theft, 1200 block of Main. Cited and released in the field.
5:07 p.m. – Caller reported ex screwed doors shut at location, but unscrewed doors when caller asked him to, 700 block of Mountain View. Another caller reported ex is not telling the truth, he unscrewed the doors for her like she wanted and was attempting to leave. Officer responded, verbal disturbance over civil issue, caller advised of proper civil steps. Chelsie Baxter, 31, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation and a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court.
9:05 p.m. – Benton County located James Michael Heaberlin, 26, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.
9:57 p.m. – Caller reported a female is at location, intoxicated, started breaking the door and acting aggressive, and is now attempting to leave, 3300 block of Juniper. Officer responded, non-mandatory arrest on a physical disturbance. Female transported by medics.
Feb. 2
9:23 a.m. – Caller reported she was scammed out of $700 in December and the female who scammed her continues to harass her online, 2300 block of Harding. Officer responded, info noted, caller advised of options.
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported trash dumped on Army Corps of Engineers property in 45500 block Highway 20. Deputy checked location, found old and new trash at location, which appeared to be from a transient camping there “multiple times,” according to Sheriff’s log. Corps notified of situation.
2:25 p.m. – Redmond Police located Michael Eric Clendenen, 38, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving.
2:52 p.m. – While on a traffic stop, officer located males with warrants, 1300 block of Main. Richard Botts II, 59, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation. Kenneth Crawford, 49, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for contempt.
4:19 p.m. – Caller reported 17-year-old son is out of control and stating he’s going to harm himself, 400 block of Ironwood. Officer responded, contacted all parties involved, verbal only, parties have separated.
4:32 p.m. – Caller reported a male setting up camp near the creek, 1208 10th, Century Link. Officer responded, contacted both parties, advised they’re on private property. One male left, other in the process of leaving.
10:15 p.m. – Joshua Robertson, 29, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended and no ID after minor non-injury crash in 42300 block North River Drive, caused by black-tail fawn running in front of Robertson’s vehicle. Report taken.
Feb. 3
1:41 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputy, patrolling CTC property in 27100 block Scott Mountain Road, found evidence of unknown individuals entering property on ATV and mining for rocks. Under investigation.
1:51 p.m. – Caller reported attempted theft of catalytic converter. 43100 block North River Drive. Estimated damage $100. Report taken.
7:38 p.m. – Caller reported truck broken into on Monday evening, 3225 Main, City hall. Officer responded, report taken for three reports of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft. Approximate loss of value $2,150.
9:23 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors left dog behind when they moved, someone has been checking on it but no one has been there within the last five days, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded, dog is healthy, unknown how often the owner is stopping by for sure. Left business card requesting contact, info noted.
11:41 p.m. – Caller reported his son is at the location and would like him to leave, 1100 block of 55th. Officer responded, son has left location. Calvin Ames, 55, arrested on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Cited and released in the field.
12:07 p.m. – Justin Walker, 33, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft; Linn County warrants for meth possession, failure to appear, failure to appear on a criminal citation, on original charges of two counts of meth possession and driving under the influence of intoxicants, harassment, as well as three new counts of criminal trespass, 10th and Long.
1:42 p.m. – Caller requested a subject be trespassed from location, 900 Main. Officer responded, contacted subject and trespassed him from location.
2:59 p.m. – Caller reported a male who she has told not to contact her is leaving letters in her mailbox, 4400 block of Airport. Officer responded, contacted male in question and trespassed him from the residence.
3:52 p.m. – Caller reported an abandoned trailer, 4th and Ironwood. Trailer posted for removal on Feb. 5.
4:52 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor just ran outside, screaming that someone sprayed him with mace, 1200 block of Poplar. Officer responded, contacted involved parties, minor physical altercation, non-mandatory arrest.
5:12 p.m. – Caller reported his wife, who has dementia, just left the house in her wheelchair, 3100 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted female who said she was planning on going to the store to call her relative. Female does not appear to be a danger to herself or others.
5:36 p.m. – Caller reported her mother just attacked her, 4100 block of Osage. Officer responded, minor physical altercation, non-mandatory arrest, parties agreed to remain separated for the time being.
7:20 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle is high centered on the median, 1000 block of Main. Officer responded, roadway cleared, vehicle towed.

6:31 a.m. – Corvallis Police cited Corey Eugene Myers, 36, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespassing.
2:11 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor made inappropriate hand gestures towards children when she drives by, 1900 block of Willow. Officer responded, contacted caller by phone, info noted.
2:50 p.m. – Caller reported finding bag of prescriptions and syringes in RV that caller repossessed, 800 block of Alder. Officer responded, no narcotics found, syringes new and unused, advised of disposal options.
6:28 p.m. – Caller reported a female is lying near the ditch, 4th and Main. Officer responded, contacted female who is fine and said she stopped to rest after a long walk.
7:42 p.m. – Caller reported his sister stole his credit card, other caller reported male is having mental health issues, 1100 block of Poplar. Officer responded, contacted callers, a family member will be taking him to the hospital for an evaluation.
7:57 p.m. – Officer located a male with a warrant, 700 block of 9th. Obed Pizarro, 34, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
8:01 p.m. – Caller reported someone broke into his mailbox and stole his mail, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken for criminal mischief, unknown value.
Feb. 5
12:25 a.m. – Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office served warrants to Ronald Kolbee Credille, 25, for failure to appear on original charges of three counts of failure to report as a sex offender, escape.
4:01 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle crashed into a pole and the driver fled on foot, 1500 block of 12th. Officer responded, report taken, vehicle seized pending search warrant.
9:27 a.m. – Caller reported a friend called her and she could hear her boyfriend yelling threats in the background, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, male counselled for conduct, advised of sex offender reporting requirements.
11:18 a.m. – Officer located a male with warrants while on a traffic stop, Highway 228 and Valley View. Timothy James Shehan, 26, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a Linn County warrant for a probation violation. Shehan also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Cited and released in the field.
11:34 a.m. – Kevin DeWayne Williams, 47, turned himself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1950 Main, SHPD. Cited and released from lobby.
12:24 p.m. – Caller received a call from her neighbor stating someone was inside her home, 300 block of Juniper. Officer responded, contacted male at location, civil issue.
2:36 p.m. – Report of skinny cattle in 39400 block Mountain Home Drive. Deputy spoke with owner, who is changing feeding regimen to get weight back on them. Deputy will follow up in a couple of weeks to check conditions.
7:55 p.m. – Caller is at location to drop off some things and one of the kids said a man she has a restraining order on was on the other side of the fence, 300 block of Juniper. Report taken.
8:04 p.m. – Priscilla Wood-Vanderark, 45, of Crawfordsville, arrested on probation violation warrant. 38300 block Main Street. Cited and released. Report taken.
10:31 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle just drove over a median and blew out a tire, 18th and Main. Steven Gear Wohlers, 69, cited for speeding 65 in a 45 and operating an unsafe vehicle.
Feb. 6
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported a male hit a building and left, 2400 block of Main. Officer responded, info noted pending contact with building owner.
3:23 p.m. – Caller reported a male pulled a firearm on them, 1800 block of Ulex. Officer responded, parties have worked things out civilly, male warned for menacing.
3:28 p.m. – Caller reported phone was stolen while they were at work, 2414 Main, Dollar Tree. Officer responded, report taken.
4:51 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female having intercourse in a vehicle parked at Thriftway, 621 Main. Officer responded, vehicle was unoccupied.
5:20 p.m. – Keith Peterson, 60, of Sweet Home, arrested for third-degree theft after allegedly having a riding lawn mower scrapped. Christopher Baker, 38, of Sweet Home, arrested for fourth-degree assault after allegedly assaulting Peterson for having his lawn mower scrapped. Both wanted the other charged. Both cited and released. 41200 block Highway 228. Report taken.
5:57 p.m. – Albany Police cited Robert Edward Hilliard, 51, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
7:15 p.m. – Caller reported a female is at the location and she has restraining order paperwork that needs to be served on her, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded, restraining order served on female, child given to caller.
11:28 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle got backed into at 7-Eleven, 2405 Main, and the driver left the scene. Officer responded, report taken. Caller does not want to pursue charges.
Feb. 7
10:44 a.m. – Per radio traffic, cardiac arrest at location, 1200 block of 45th. Officer responded, report taken for death investigation.
12:22 p.m. – Caller reported she located drug paraphernalia where her ex-boyfriend had been staying, 1300 block of 46th. Officer responded, property seized for disposal.
12:24 p.m. – Dawnita Janette Ritter cited for 57 in a 45, 43rd and Main.
3:05 p.m. – Dog returned to owner, 1950 Main, SHPD. Leslee Gail Huerta-Fernandez, 34, cited for dog at large.
11:23 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle broken into two different times within the last two weeks, 1100 block of 38th. Officer responded, report taken. Approximate loss valued at $300.
Feb. 8
2:45 a.m. – Albany Police located Chavana Ann Bowser, 29, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
3:02 a.m. – Officer located Dustin Clarneau on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief, 1530 Main, Santiam Discount. Cited and released.
3:02 p.m. – Deputy on patrol noticed large maple tree had been cut down and burl removed from base of tree, 47700 block Quartzville Road, upper Whitcomb Creek area. Area is U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property leased by Linn County Parks Department. Theft report taken.
10:11 p.m. – Joshua Shaddon, 42, of Albany, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass for entering and remaining on private property in 48000 block Highway 20, Cascadia. Report taken.
