Jan. 25

3:37 a.m. – Caller reported female is outside yelling and refusing to leave, 2200 block of Main. Officer responded, Micaela Gabrielle Horning, 27, cited and released on a Douglas County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of eluding, resisting arrest, three counts of reckless endangering, and reckless driving.

5:43 a.m. – Sheriff’s deputy responded to non-injury motor vehicle crash in 40600 block Highway 228. Vehicle ran off road after hitting ice. Driver, whose name was not included in Sheriff’s log, was not injured and no other vehicles were involved. Driver drove from the scene and parked at nearest house with homeowner’s permission.

7:57 a.m. – Caller reported sibling stole her jewelry, 1300 Sunset. Officer responded, advised of options.

11:43 a.m. – Benton County Sheriff’s Office located Anthony Edward Jackson, 39, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.

12:32 p.m. – Caller reported his wife let a male use their vehicle and he hasn’t returned it since Jan. 4, 400 block of 16th. Officer responded, report taken, vehicle entered as stolen.

2:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male pulled a knife on him just inside city limits. Officer contacted male mentioned while en route. Caller didn’t answer the door.

3:27 p.m. – Caller reported a male walking toward mill property carrying a rifle, 3700 block of Green River. Officer responded, contacted male shooting a BB gun, advised him to ensure he’s outside city limits while shooting.

4:19 p.m. – Caller reported giving bank account info to scammers, 1200 block of 44th. Officer responded, contacted caller by phone, info only.

7:35 p.m. – Lebanon Police cited Jon Julian Robertson, 49, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of harassment.

10:30 p.m. – Chance Wade Smith, 23, cited for driving while suspended, 1500 block of Main.

10:47 p.m. – John Griffith, 47, of Lebanon, cited for open container, driving uninsured and speeding 80/55 in 28900 block of Highway 20.

Jan. 26

1:11 a.m. – Caller reported her neighbor is blasting music, 2200 block of Nandina. Officer responded, music extremely loud on arrival, male agreed to turn music off for the rest of the night. He was advised of the consequences if this were to happen again.

7:52 a.m. – Operator Draven Ferbee, 20, of Albany, lost control of vehicle on icy bridge, 44700 block Quartzville Road. Vehicle spun and struck guardrail, which was not damaged, according to Sheriff’s log. Vehicle sustained less than $2,500 worth of damage. Deputies performed traffic control until Ferbee was able to get vehicle towed. No injuries.

8:30 a.m. – Caller reported finding a dog under a vehicle in the parking lot behind Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long. Officer unable to catch dog.

12:24 p.m. – Caller reported a blue Nissan parked on 18th near Long for 15 minutes. Officer advised, registered owner of vehicle known to play Pokémon Go in the area, info noted.

1:32 p.m. – Officer marked eight vehicles for removal on 2200 block of Nandina.

2:14 p.m. – Caller reported her power was turned off by the landlord, 27800 block Liberty Road. It was 32 degrees and snowing. Landlord said she did not want the trailer plugged in using the power. Deputy explained the trailer had been plugging in for numerous months and the landlord was opening herself up to civil litigation for violating landlord tenant laws.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported male took stickers from vehicles posted for removal and placed the stickers on the neighbor’s vehicle. Officer responded, male counseled for behavior.

4:55 p.m. – Caller reported a catalytic converter stolen from vehicle, 100 block of main. Officer responded, report taken for theft and criminal mischief.

5:39 p.m. – Caller reported license plates stolen from vehicle in Sweet Home area.

7:37 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle stolen, 900 block of 27th. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

7:52 p.m. – Corey Alan Smith, 56, cited for driving while suspended, 27th and Long. Also cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, an Albany warrant for contempt of court, and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

7:57 p.m. – Oregon State University served a Sweet Home warrant to Angel Sonato-Toche, 21, for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

8:52 p.m. – Ethan Mitchell Bird, 48, cited for a Linn County warrant for contempt of court and a Lebanon warrant for driving while suspended, 27th and Long.

11:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male may be stealing things from her father, 1300 block of 13th. Officer responded, caller just wanted info documented for now.

Jan. 27

9:46 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke realtor’s lock and stole things from vacant house, 3400 block of Juniper. officer responded, contacted caller, info noted.

11:18 a.m. – Callers reported male circling parking lot looking at vehicles, 621 Main, Thriftway. Officer responded, located make that detective was looking for on a prior incident. Subject attempted to flee by bicycle and ran into a moving vehicle on Highway 228. He was transported to Linn County Hospital by medics and then Linn County Jail by detective. Kenneth Keith Muskevitsch Jr., 36, arrested on a Polk County warrant for a parole violation and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to report as a sex offender.

1:41 p.m. – Caller reported squatters living at location, 28100 block of Riggs Hill. Officer advised caller that the bank that owns the property will need to contact the police if they want people at location trespassed. Info noted.

1:54 p.m. – Adult Protective Services requested a welfare check on a male who has made statements about harming himself, 1300 block of Quince. Officer responded, contacted male and provided him with resources.

2:51 p.m. – Firearm seized for safekeeping, SHPD, 1950 Main.

10:21 p.m. – Jordan Thomas Chaney, 19, cited for driving uninsured.

Jan. 28

2:48 a.m. – Caller reported three juveniles are walking down the street, 49th and Main. Officer responded, checked area, unable to locate.

10:54 a.m. – Caller reported someone dumped trash in their dumpster, 4296 Osage, Tech Edge. Officer responded, contacted caller, report taken for theft of services.

3:15 p.m. – Caller reported a small motor home at location for several months, 23rd and Long. Officer responded, warned resident for parking violation.

4:04 p.m. – Benton County Jail cited Luke Thomas Ludwig, 35, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.

8:01 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile male keeps calling and says he’s watching the employees and told one to meet him so they could fight, 1364 Main, Dairy Queen. Officer responded, contacted male who denied activity. He was warned for telephonic harassment and trespassed from location.

Jan. 29

12:07 a.m. – Corvallis Police located Sara Kay McBee, 29, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft of services.

12:09 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located Andrew James Freitag, 20, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.

5:08 a.m. – Caller reported a motor vehicle crash, 18th and Main. Officer responded, report taken, Codie Duane Brown, 21, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

7:23 a.m. – Dog returned to owner, SHPD, 1950 Main. Leslee Huerta-Fernandez, 34, cited for dog at large.

8:40 a.m. – Three vehicles towed from 2200 block of Nandina.

9:48 a.m. – Caller reported to Sheriff’s Office that an individual was trying to scam people out of money by pretending to be the mother of someone involved in an accident. 41300 block Port Drive.

10:52 a.m. – Caller reported a male took food without paying for it, 1280 10th, Subway. Officer responded, unable to locate male, caller requested he be trespassed. Officer located male later and trespassed him from the location.

12:39 p.m. – Haley Pett, 34, cited for driving while suspended, Cascade Laundry, 1030 Long.

1:13 p.m. – Richard King, 60, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, Cascade Laundry, 1030 Long.

1:32 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located Jeffrey Alexander McNees on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving.

2:11 p.m. – Catalytic Converter taken off a cafeteria truck, unknown time frame, 1600 block of Long. Report taken, value $300.

2:25 p.m. – Callers reported ticket booth was broken into, Husky Field. Officer responded, does not appear any entry was made. Damage approximately $200. School notified.

9:46 p.m. – Caller gave money to a female to purchase cigarettes for him and she took off with the money, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, no evidence a crime occurred. James Robert Warrington, 42, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass, cited and released.

9:49 p.m. – Lebanon Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Sammy Raymond Hughes, 20, for theft.

22:54 p.m. – Officer located Rhett Jerimiah Tucher, 24, on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, 18th and Main. Also cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear on an original charge of theft. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

Jan. 30

12:48 a.m. – Officer located Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 31, on an Albany warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of contempt of court, a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation, and Sweet Home warrants for criminal trespass and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass, 2400 block of Main. Officer also arrested on probable cause for strangulation and domestic violence – assault. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

1:08 a.m. – Corvallis Police located Samuel Armstrong Monroe Jr., 43, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving.

1:18 a.m. – Caller reported her husband has been yelling at her and took a gun from her vehicle that he claimed was stolen, 1200 block of 44th. Officer responded, contacted male at residence, firearm not stolen. Female came over to his residence to drop off property. Parties will stay separated for the night.

5:58 a.m. – Lebanon Police located Joseph Lee Shores, 49, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass.

7:08 a.m. – Caller reported his neighbor was shining a light into his window and ringing a bell to annoy him. Asked that ongoing neighborhood dispute be documented by Sheriff’s Office. 27900 block Sunny Valley Lane. Deputy visited the following day to document information.

7:58 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle missed the turn and drove up on the sidewalk near the forestry building, 47th and Main. Officer responded, contacted operator who said she missed the turn because she couldn’t see the intersection well enough in the dark. Slight damage to grass, for which the caller from the property was not concerned. No injuries.

11:09 p.m. – Christopher Jacob Stegall, 24, cited for driving without a license, 4300 block of Long.

11:43 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles out past curfew, 2000 block of Main. Officer responded, juveniles transported to their residences and released to responsible parties. Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 31, arrested for a State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation, and Linn County warrants for possession of meth, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

Jan. 31

1:22 p.m. – Callers reported a motor vehicle crash involving an SUV and a car at 604 Main, Dutch Bros. Officer responded, report taken, SUV towed. Roberta Mary Ann Olson, 73, cited for careless driving.

3:34 p.m. – Hikers reported lost in Cascadia State Park, 48600 block Highway 20. Deputy located them and directed them out.

7:34 p.m. – Lebanon Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Ryan Wesley Sechrest, 34, for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform a driver’s duties.

8:22 p.m. – Caller reported a motorhome just ran into the barricade at the gas station, then jumped the curb and drove off, 1800 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted parties involved and assisted with exchange of insurance info. Damage under $2,500.

11:03 p.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 31, arrested on a Linn County warrant for parole violations, failure to appear on original charges of five counts of criminal citations, and possession of heroin. Cited and released in the field.

11:36 p.m. – Caller reported his sister became angry when she was told she has to go back to school, 1000 block of Vista Lane. Officer responded, contacted involved parties, juvenile had an outburst. Minor physical to restrain her, all parties appear calm now.

11:54 p.m. – John Martin Chelstad, 54, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, 1900 block of Main.
