Feb. 7

11:02 a.m. – Steven Dale Bergevin, 27, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 1300 block of Quince. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

11:32 a.m. – Caller reported two dogs chased her daughter, and one of them bit her, 22nd and Tamarack. Report taken. Dog quarantined.

11:34 a.m. – Laticia Pilar Sanchez, 25, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of dangerous drugs and Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation; and Tanner Lee Lester, 25, arrested for possession of heroin, 890 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported that the cart for his wheelchair was taken, 2200 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $45.

1:13 p.m. – Caller reported that a female continues to text her after being told to stop, 3200 block of Main. Report taken. Female warned for telephonic harassment.

Feb. 6

12:11 a.m. – Jaycee Ryan McClurg, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Linn County. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported that during a house inspection, he located an open door, a purse and a driver’s license inside, 3500 block of Flannigan. Report taken for attempted burglary and criminal mischief.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her vehicle and took items, 800 block of Dogwood. Report taken. Loss valued at $235.

10:58 a.m. – Caller reported a male attacking a female inside the store, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Male was refusing to leave. Officer responded. Male and female were trespassed from the store. Report to be forwarded to the city attorney for review.

2:24 p.m. – Caller reported his firearm missing, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at $297.

2:35 p.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber, 26, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of distribution of a controlled substance (owes five days in jail), 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Cited and released at the request of Linn County Jail.

2:37 p.m. – Nathan Michael Clark, 20, cited for possession of marijuana; and a 17-year-old male referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco and possession of marijuana, 1101 Spruce St. Caller had reported two juveniles in a residence that was under construction.

4:09 p.m. – Officer located a male living in a trailer, end of Willow. Male advised of city ordinance against living in an RV and also to clean up around the vehicle.

4:40 p.m. – Caller reported a homeless camp on her mother’s property, 3200 block of Main. Officer located names on documents inside a tent. Caller requested the occupants be warned for trespassing and asked to leave.

4:48 p.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1200 block of 23rd. Cited and released.

5:54 p.m. – Caller reported that a female deliberately overdosed on heroin, 1200 block of 23rd. Female transported to hospital by medics.

Feb. 5

9:43 a.m. – Robert Gary Mills, 35, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of strangulation, 1303 Long St. Cited and released.

11:02 a.m. – Alora Linese Fulbright, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Klamath County. Cited and released.

1:41 p.m. – Caller reported that someone accessed her bank accounts, 1300 block of Sunset. Report taken.

3:54 p.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 25, arrested for restraining order violation, 1028 13th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:59 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham III, 37, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of robbery, 1325 Elm St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

6:31 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject hitting her vehicle with a stick and then leaving on foot, 1900 block of Main. Report taken.

6:56 p.m. – Austin Alton Wayne Jones, 19, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and probation violation, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows, space 37. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:24 p.m. – James David Stedman, 59, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Independence. Cited and released.

Feb. 4

1:12 a.m. – Thomas Hernandez, 52, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 1300 block of 47th. Cited and released.

9:03 a.m. – Jennifer Erspamer 40, cited for driving uninsured, Main and 23rd.

11:17 a.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 22, arrested for contempt of court, 1140 12th Ave., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:48 a.m. – Two 15-year-old females referred to Juvenile Department for possession of marijuana, and one of them also referred for minor in possession of tobacco, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

12:23 p.m. – Scott Anthony Hall, 56, arrested for contempt of court, 1140 12th Ave., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:27 p.m. – Officer picked up property left by caller’s friend for destruction, 1400 block of 13th. Caller said it may have drugs inside.

4:47 p.m. – Samuel Armstrong Monroe Jr., 38, cited for open container and no license, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows.

5:03 p.m. – Richard Keith Hostetter, 62, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of homicide, Ninth and Nandina. Transported to Linn County Jail. Officer recovered a vehicle reported stolen out of Lebanon.

5:53 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a bicycle, 3000 block of Main. Information noted.

7:20 p.m. – Keith Daniel Winston, 42, arrested for hit and run and felony driving while suspended and on two Linn County supervisory warrants for driving under the influence, 12th and Grape. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Feb. 3

3:08 a.m. – While on a traffic stop, the male driver ran from the officer, 18th and Tamarack. Officer unable to locate. Officers on look out for the male.

3:21 a.m. – While on foot patrol, officer located a Stihl chainsaw, 3300 block of Osage. Placed in found property.

7:40 a.m. – George Wilhelm Drexler, 69, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, 1500 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:26 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen vehicle.

8:28 a.m. – Caller turned in two wallets found in the parking lot, 1214 Long St. Placed in found property.

9:56 a.m. – Steffan Michael Milligan, 27, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of trespassing, City Hall parking lot, 1100 block of 12th.

11:13 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bicyle in his driveway, 1200 block of Tamarack. Placed in found property.

12:46 p.m. – Blake Andrew Martin, 22, turned in himself on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.

12:53 p.m. – Caller reported a male running from behind a house pulling up his pants, 29th and Long. Officer responded. Unable to locate.

1:09 p.m. – Caller reported that someone keyed her vehicle, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,000.

2:42 p.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 20, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft; and Veronica Sue Szuch, 19, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of larceny, 1250 Nandina St. Transported to Albany Police Department.

2:52 p.m. – Darrell George Berrigan, 43, arrested on Linn County no-bail detention warrant (owes two days in jail) and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on two original counts of third-degree theft, 1306 Main St., Main Street Market. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:27 p.m. – Angela Diane May, 37, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon. Cited and released.

7:30 p.m. – Eugene James May, 41, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

9:10 p.m. – Steven Wayne Richardson, 39, cited and released in field for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Main and 60th.

10:07 p.m. – Jimmie Bodenschatz, 55, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass; and Julie Lynn Maurice, 50, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of contempt of court, 1220 23rd Ave.

10:39 p.m. – Caller reported that someone tore a tarp off of his mother’s trailer and tore into her van, 2200 block of Main. Report taken.

Feb. 2

12:32 a.m. – Caller reported a fight between a male and female, 1300 block of Nandina. Officer responded. Nothing physical. Officer advised female to get in contact with court regarding a possible no-contact order. Officer to forward report to district attorney.

4:24 a.m. – Matthew Charles Nill, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on two original charges of third-degree theft, Salem. Cited and released.

9:50 a.m. – Caller reported a 55-gallon drum of garbage in the road, 2000 block of Main. Officer responded. Larger pieces had been picked up. Driver of vehicle warned for failure to secure load. Oregon Department of Transportation advised.

10:59 a.m. – John Mark Taylor, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, Lane County. Cited and released.

11:13 a.m. – Caller reported that a female stole money from his wallet then turned it in to an employee, 1200 block of Long. Report taken.

11:39 a.m. – Donna Ashley Claxton, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

12:13 p.m. – Caller reported that someone has been dumping trash in her dumpster, 4200 block of Osage. Pill bottle had the name of the person. Caller requested extra patrol as time allows, and officer would attempt to contact the person listed on the bottle and warn him.

12:15 p.m. – Juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco, 1000 block of 14th.

12:34 p.m. – Raymon Wayne Littel, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree forgery and negotiating a bad check, 2230 Main St. Cited and released.

12:43 p.m. – Caller reported a cart taken and not returned, 1100 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $300.

2:33 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a vehicle, 5900 block of Nandina.

2:59 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of an EBT card, 5900 block of Nandina. Report taken.

3:22 p.m. – Caller reported that someone shot a hole in his vehicle’s window with a BB gun, 4100 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

3:53 p.m. – Caller said someone broke into caller’s garage and stole meat from the freezer and propane bottles, 29100 block of Fairview. It occurred sometime within the previous couple of days. There were no signs of forced entry. The value was approximately $200.

4:41 p.m.- Denise Lynn Salvador, 50, cited and released in the field on a Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 1110 24th Ave.

4:43 p.m. – Caller requested that an officer pick up drug paraphernalia that had been left in her house, 1400 block of 47th. Officer seized the property.

5:15 p.m. – Travis Trent Stach-Sells, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows, space 78. Cited and released.

9:40 p.m. – Caller reported a male harassing him via text and phone calls, 900 block of 14th. Report taken for telephonic harassment, and male warned.

Feb. 1

1:17 p.m. – Andrew Leon Oliver, 32, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear, 13th and Main. Cited and released.

2:22 p.m. – Billy Joe Richardson, 50, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 3108 Main St. Cited and released.

3:22 p.m. – Joshua Lee Roebuck, 29, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 12th and Poplar.

3:52 p.m. – Christine Nicole Killian, 30, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 1408 47th Ave. Cited and released.

6:47 p.m. – Caller reported $300 missing, 1100 block of Nandina. Report taken.

7:06 p.m. – Caller reported that his daughter found a vial with drugs inside it on her way home from school, 1300 block of Grape. Vial seized for destruction.

7:45 p.m. – Caller reported a note left on her door stating that “they would shoot her dog if they located it in their yard again,” 1400 block of 40th. There was no name on it. Caller said her dog is disabled and unable to leave the residence without assistance. Information noted.

7:50 p.m. – Amanda Lee Darnell, 36, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of contempt of court, 1241 23rd Ave.

Jan. 31

4:07 p.m. – Caller reported that a female hit him with a vehicle, 3000 block of Main. Report taken.

7:20 p.m. – Caller reported a young male in a gray hoody standing on the side of the road for several hours, Wiley Creek at the city limits. Officer contacted the male, who lives just down the road. He gets poor cell reception at his home, so he walks to the area so he can get better reception.

Jan. 30

5:43 p.m. – Caller reported her storage shed was broken into in the 24900 block of Brush Creek Road. She didn’t know if anything was taken. No report taken.

5:55 p.m. – Caller said there were four vehicles on the CTC property, 1100 block of Turbyne. People were shooting paintballs. Deputies were not able to catch up to those who were shooting the paintball guns, but it would be legal in that area if the property owners allowed it.

Jan. 29

1:31 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from a vehicle, 41900 block of Marks Ridge. Someone put a hole in the gas tank.

6:59 p.m. – Caller said she got a call from someone claiming to be from the IRS, and she gave them $3,000. Deputy said the suspect is from out of state and potentially from out of the country, so apprehending the suspect is unlikely. Report taken.

Jan. 27

11:15 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for four days, 37800 block of Northern. Vehicle tagged as abandoned for removal.

2:20 p.m. – Caller said a friend of her brother brought over presents that had drugs in them, 1000 block of North River. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

5:51 p.m. – Sweet Home Police Department reported to Linn County Sheriff’s Office that a male stopped on the side of the road, dumped a pregnant cat then took off, 29000 block of Highway 20.
