5:18 a.m. – While on patrol, officer located an unsecured vehicle, 400 block of Elm. Report taken.
6:31 a.m. – Caller reported seeing a male who appeared to be hot wiring a green van in the Safeway parking lot, 1540 Main St. Vehicle gone upon officer arrival.
6:55 a.m. – Caller reported meeting a subject on Facebook, and she is concerned he is stealing her identity, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Officer contacted the caller and gave her options.
9:03 a.m. – Medics responded to a locked residence for a fall, 1100 block of 24th. Officers responded to assist with entry.
9:44 a.m. – Vehicle stolen from Sweet Home recovered in Waterloo.
11:28 a.m. – Bobby Ray Fowler, 47, arrested on Linn County detention order, 1439 Main. St. Cited and released because of medical issue.
11:49 a.m. – Caller reported a burned out trailer still at location after one year, 3100 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.
11:52 a.m. – Caller reported finding drug paraphernalia in a
restroom, 1200 block of Long. Items and cash seized.

12:31 a.m. – Caller reported a person inside Nandina Mini Storage, 900 block of Nandina. Officer unable to locate anyone inside. Officer would provide extra patrol as time allowed.
12:55 a.m. – Macayla Marie Jimenez, 18, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of third-degree theft and probation violation and Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft by receiving and two counts of third-degree theft, 1241 23rd Ave. Cited and released.
6:39 a.m. – Caller reported someone behind her fence, 1400 block of 13th. Officer unable to locate anyone.
8:30 a.m. – Caller reported his vehicle missing, 300 E. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Report taken.
9:55 a.m. – Caller reported that someone hit his vehicle the night before, 1600 block of 13th. Officer assisted exchanging information. Neighbor had accidentally brushed up against the vehicle.
10:09 a.m. – Caller reported finding a coin purse, 40000 block of Highway 228. Placed in found property.

12:12 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Vehicle almost hit another vehicle trying to leave the parking lot. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.

3:28 p.m. – Caller reported finding a syringe in the parking lot, 444 Maple Lane. Officer disposed of syringe.
5:37 p.m. – Katie Larissa Newman, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:27 p.m. – Sirena Marie Patricio, 22, arrested on Linn county warrants for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and first-degree failure to appear and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Cited and released.
Jan. 31
12:04 a.m. – Caller reported two females were fighting outside of location, 6000 block of Main. A male got out of a black Hummer and assaulted one of the females then sped away west. One of the females ran away. The other female got into a Honda Civic. Caller followed the Hummer for a distance before going home to make the call. Officer responded and stayed in the area. Unable to locate any issues.
12:20 a.m. – Caller reported two subjects climbing a pole in the alley to gain access to the old White’s Electronics compound, 1200 block of Main. Officer responded. It appeared the subjects left the area prior to arrival.
9:03 a.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose in the area, 10th and Elm. The dog is aggressive and charges after people and other animals. Officer unable to locate.
9:59 p.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to file a tax return in her name, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken.
1:27 p.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 21, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1500 block of Tamarack.
3 p.m. – Caller reported that a male confronted him and hit him in the head twice, 2200 block of Main. Suspect left west on Main Street. Report taken. Officers would be on the lookout for the suspect.
3:30 p.m. – Jeff Daniel Davis, 42, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of depositing human waste and Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of attempted class C felony, third-degree theft, a citation and failure to appear.
3:55 p.m. – Caller reported his security camera was stolen within the past couple of weeks, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $70.
5:51 p.m. – Ashley Marie Smith, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Klamath Falls. Cited and released.
6:14 p.m. – Danelle Lee Bennett, 33, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 1900 block of Long.
7:22 p.m. – Caller reported a male following him and yelling things at him, 23rd and Long. Male got into a vehicle and left the area. Officer unable to locate vehicle but would be on the lookout.
Jan. 30
5:50 a.m. – Callers reported a female screaming in the middle of the street, 13th near Nandina. Officer contacted intoxicated female. Officers escorted her back to her house and left her in care of her father.
8:07 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors have a rooster that crows during the night, keeping the caller awake, 900 block of Third. Referred to code enforcement.
9:12 a.m. – Caller reported an unknown female in a black truck parked across the street, 1300 block of Nandina. She was screaming and cussing at the caller. Officer contacted an intoxicated female. No crime. Left her with her father.
10:38 a.m. – Caller reported that a white SUV hit a dog and did not stop, 4100 block of Main. Dog removed from roadway by a citizen. Message left for Oregon Department of Transportation to pick it up. Officer left a card at driver’s residence and would attempt to contact the driver later.
12:15 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was dragging parts, and when he pulled into the parking lot, he hit another vehicle, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Issue with dragging equipment was resolved. Drivers exchanged information.
1:36 p.m. – Dyani Lafave, 17, cited for no license in two-vehicle crash, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. No injuries. Officer assisted with exchange of information.
2:07 p.m. – Caller reported finding a credit card in her yard, 1800 block of Kalmia. Placed in found property.
5:04 p.m. – Caller reported finding a syringe on the sidewalk, 800 block of 22nd. Officer disposed of syringe.
9:22 p.m. – Caller reported a group of juveniles in the road, 49th and Airport. He almost hit one with his vehicle. He stopped and told them to get out of the road. Officer contacted juveniles, and they denied the reported activity. Officer counseled them to stay out of the road and stop yelling.
11:55 p.m. – Caller reported his bicycle stolen from Safeway, 1540 Main St. Report taken. Bike valued at $1,000.

2:48 a.m. – Caller reported a male standing in the middle of the roadway screaming at a female, 22nd and Main. Officer contacted subjects. Female had thrown a temper tantrum, and male was yelling at her. Nothing physical. Officer counseled subjects.
5:08 a.m. – Caller reported a male in a black hoody with a flashlight looking around Chewy’s, 1200 12th Ave. Officer responded. Gone on arrival.
10:55 a.m. – Caller reported that someone has been stealing her newspaper early in the morning, 1200 block of 43rd. Report taken.
12:02 p.m. – Caller reported an RV parked in driveway with subjects living inside, 1200 block of 47th. Referred to code enforcement.
2:34 p.m. – Anson Philip Grazer, 38, cited and released in field on a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of possession of marijuana, 12th and Nandina.
4:20 p.m. – Caller reported finding a bike in the neighbor’s backyard, and it wasn’t supposed to be there, 1200 block of 41st. Officer responded. Home secure. Bike seized and placed in storage.

6:09 a.m. – Michael Scott Shuman, 43, arrested for possession of meth, distribution of meth and distribution of marijuana; and Tina Jo Winkler, 45, arrested for possession of meth and distribution of marijuana, 1005 Mountain View Road. Both transported to Linn County Jail.
9:24 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of windows and a door, 1100 block of Redwood. Report taken. Loss valued at $3,000.
10:15 a.m. – Caller reported finding a cell phone, 3900 block of Main. Placed into found property.

4:03 p.m. – Caller reported that a female had been asked to stop panhandling in front of Thriftway, 621 Main St., but won’t stop. Officer contacted female and trespassed her from Thriftway.
4:45 p.m. – Caller reported a dog jumped her fence and attacked her dog, 1900 block of 12th. Caller did not want to take action, but the owner was warned for dog at large. The parties would handle bills civilly. Report to be forwarded to dog control.

8:14 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her house, 40800 block of Country Lane. A window was smashed. Stolen items included an $80 Bosch hand planer, a $40 Craftsman skill saw, a $100 handmade fishing pole, a $62 tackle box and fishing supplies and a $10 wooden hatchet.
